Ordered meals at 11:15 pm on a Saturday evening told to wait Parked up with about another 8 cars all waiting Had to wait 20mins and when the food arrived it was cold put both meals in the bin Complained online using the receipt Asked to be contacted And received nothing, not even an email. Never going to the Mold branch again .

Visited cooks of Pwllheli in haven on 15/03/25 ordered a kids sausage and chips. Extremely disappointed £6.99 for a small sausage and 12 chips. Awful portion size. Avoid.

Really poor experience today. Salad box is pretty much empty. I come regularly but never have I had a box so empty before. The woman who made my husbands sandwich had to be asked by him to spread the salad across his sandwich instead of placing the ingredients on one side of his sub.

We’d seen the reviews before going but thought how do you get chips wrong ! We had a pie and chips and fish and chips. The pie was good and the fish also. Not too greasy and thin batter and a decent size too. The chips were very over cooked and burnt. Very disappointed

Don't let yourself be put by the bad reviews personally I found the place amazing the food was absolutely delicious and big portions I had a Donner Chicken and an 12" Pizza and it was just over 20£ for 2 people.

Lost potential, fries are not the same as they used to be. Drinks are badly organized. It's just NOT "it" anymore.

Going to the Dogs? Full of barking yapping dogs, seriously stretching the "well behaved dogs allowed". rule Not a pleasant experience. Pity , but also starting to look a bit scruffy and not smell completely of coffee,which is synonymous of establishments that become infested with dogs. Find somewhere else for a coffee next time.

Asked for chicken to be very very very well done as that's how I prefer my chicken and once again after giving central a chance was disgusting , called and complained and too be told well chicken was cooked, yes I know that but not how I asked and if I was In the shop in person it would have been cooked the way asked, customer service shocking bring back the old staff

Booked a table for 4 over a week in advance. We turned up 5 minutes before our allocated time to find the place all locked up. Despite there being lights on in.the upstairs rooms no one came to answer the door despite ringing the bell and knocking!!! We left a note through the door stating that we had in fact been to the place but still no one had the decency to ring with an explanation. We left our telephone number at the time of booking. Never have we experienced such treatment from anywhere in Anglesey and would.not advise anyone to go there. Incidentally we had travelled some 15 miles to get there!!!!
