Subway in Conwy

So it was casual Wednesday afternoon and as soon as i walked into the establishment i was greeted by such friendly staff i think he goes by Mathew in subway. He was such a gentleman and made my sub with such love and care i almost started to get emotional. He caressed the sandwich with such compassion it brought a tear to my eye I highly recommend visiting if you get a chance it should be the 8th wonder of the world.

Called in today, two new members of staff serving whilst two staff members went in the back. I had to explain to the servers what I wanted and how they should prepare it(wrap and Nachos) also asked for a child's meal again had to explain what went in a child's menu. Poor service and food not warm The servers were apologetic and I did say it wasn't their fault they shouldn't be left.

Visited today for a large order, woman which served me was very rude. There was no que and sandwich she made fell apart which she did not acknowledge & huffed as I pointed it out. She then started whispering with her co-worker as if it was a problem she was doing her job.

Staff friendly, food great fast service. Use regularly never had a bad experience. Am at the older age range but my wife and I really enjoy the food here

Rude staff member serving on the 17/02/2020. Mother hasn’t had a subway before and was ordering for someone else also, so not very aware of what’s on offer. The attitude of this member of staff was very off putting and for a women of her age should know better. If you do not like your job and visibly show the last thing you want to be doing is serving then find a new job.

Didn’t take the overpass decided on the subway, it’s the 1st time Iv used this one in Abergele three ways even though I’m fairly local, the 2 ladies serving were so friendly unlike some of the others Iv been to, the steak & cheese meal yes not the cheapest but really lovely, sat in the cleanest seating area too, really enjoyed it & will be back - soon

A subway is pretty much a standard establishment. You know what you are getting. The food was as ordered but what stood out about this restaurant was how lovely the staff were and how immaculately clean the restaurant was. Would definitely call in again

Really really slow to get served even when it's not busy The prices have risen significantly since it first opened aswel

Its just like any other Subway except it in a garage. The staff were pleasant enough ,it has the shop from the garage at the side of it and the store its self was clean
