Dinos in Conwy

Penmaenmawr is probably not the 'hottest' location in Northern Wales and Dino's neither the fanciest place ... but if you look for fingerlickung food at reasonable prices and portions that feed two you should go for the kebaps here. Visiting the UK quite regularly, I knew they can do fish & chips as well as burgers but so far thought the country failed with kebap... until I had Dino's version with naan bread and garlic sauce. Check it out!

Ordered two large chicken tikka kebabs and a large portion of chips to share for delivery. £30.00 The kebabs were disgustingly small and the chips were rank. We thought we would treat ourselves. Wish we did not. Very bad and poor quality and small portions especially when you order large. Won’t go back

Stopped here in our way from Holyhead, food was amazing and the service was so friendly. We had pizza, lamb kebab, Chips and a delicious Strawberry milkshake. Well worth the visit and would definitely recommend it.

Working away and always try a mixed kebab for 2 with my work colleague..this was delivered prompt and the food was cooked perfect and fresh..ive had many takeaways due to working away and i rate this as one of the best..get on the dinos special..quality.

Genuinely the worst kebab ever. Surly staff with dirty clothes. Awful. Not going back. No photo as it's already in the bin.

Undecided whether to go to new Llandudno grill or dinos , Went to dinos as had reasonable meal from there previously, but now regretted our decision ,ordered chicken shish kebabs and on arrival at home, found so called kebabs to be small pre formed chicken fillets and not kebabs, Looking forward to our meal and most disappointed. Will not use again.

After £24 and a long wait my pizza and Donner wrap finally arrived. My mother was shocked she said "son you shouldn't get pizza from there it'll make you sick. I laughed as nothing can penetrate my immune system. stoned I began devouring my pizza slice by slice. It was avarage nothing special a bit greasy but all okay. The trouble began the next morning I woke up around 6 with intense dry mouth, which granted may not be the foods fault... However I went back to bed after getting some water. Before my shift at work I decided I needed to use the toilet as I got out of bed my stomach began to feel a little unruly... So I ran to the toilet but unfortunately it was occupied so I continued into the bathroom and low and behold, through up my gracious meal. Moral of the story. Dino's Penmaenmawr is incredible if you want an expensive day off work through throwing up having the runs or even food poisoning. Seriously avoid at all costs. Weird driver too.

Absolutely rank. One greasy pizza and 3 chips (one with cheese) and 2 cans of coke - £23. The chips looked 65 times cooked and the pizza was slimes and greasy, sad it took over an hour to arrive. Avoid.

£17 for a burger and a kebab, average….. Will not return, had to stand outside and wait forever, yes it’s covid but 2 years down the line 🙄🙄

The food is extremely expensive and of poor quality, their website will charge you £1.60 for delivery even if you live in the village plus £0,50 service charge so for xlarge kebab your now looking at £15.00 just for a kebab and then the naan bread is a wrap not a naan bread and the meat is so dry is horrible. stay clear of this place

Good service but food consistently bad. Have lived in Pen 6 years and ordered from Dino’s probably 20 times and not ONCE has my order been correct. Something wrong, something missing, something cold. Only ever end up coming here out of desperation when everywhere else closed and regret it; every time.

First and last time we'll order from here. Base wasn't cooked through and didn't know you could cut the toppings so small

Bad food get my order wrong every single bloody time and rip off over price,THIS is what you get for a donner kebab with all salad apart from red cabbage, but no they decide to cake it in RED CABBAGE, don't even think they turn the fryer on when they cook the chips same thing 2 years again and again

I phoned this evening, asking for a thin pepperoni with chilli oil added, plus a side of chips. I won't be back for a pizza with it's current recipe. The fact it cost me near a tenner to have it cooked for me instead of a shop bought, is a little bewildering.

Delivered food 2 hrs late! Impossible to get hold of them as they disconnect when I tried to call them! Unreliable! Unprofessional! Food 🤮

Me and my partner order dinos regularly and have never been disappointed,they have such a large menu , they’re my go to takeaway no matter what I’m in the mood for ! They’re pizzas are always fresh and you can tell they’re handmade. Lovely staff too :) Thankyou dinos

Make no mistake the food here is great especially when it comes to their Pizzas. Unfortunately they have a bad habit of getting orders wrong or missing out certain items. On my last 2 orders I've had items missing or the wrong sauce on my kebab (got BBQ sauce instead of chilli sauce). Only thing that let's them down.

Chips not cooked, ordered many of times, every single time nothing changes looks like they've been cooked in water soggy as hell 🤮🤮 Over priced And 1 star food do not order from here!!

Although the staff were friendly and it only took 15 mins for a take away, these were by far the worst pizzas we’ve ever tasted. We got told the dough was freshly stretched but unfortunately that effort was wasted as tasted like a bad frozen pizza. It was stodgy and the toppings were cheap quality... very processed pepperoni. I wish I could rate this higher but it was disgusting.

The food is good, however overpriced for what you receive. Our order took almost 2 and a half hours to arrive. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a quick bite.

We’ve recently moved to Penmaenmawr and used Dinos a couple of time and always greeting by lovely friendly staff with great conversation. The food we’ve had has been brilliant. Will be visiting again.

First time visit. Very pleasant and friendly proprietor. Told there would be a 20 min wait which was fine. Piping hot and stayed hot throughout the meal. Lots of tasty topping. Able to watch the preparation which is always a plus.

Ordered my food at around 8 didn’t come until 10 and when i opened my food the burger bun was soggy and the chips and cheese and the chicken were freezing cold. I also ordered a kids pizza meal and the chips were missing. The fact it took so long to come for not that much food ordered and it was made with what looked like 0 effort and tasted disgusting is disappointing as i payed £20 for something that we couldn’t even eat!!

Servis very good staff lovely food amazing try fhe beach towel it's a feast on its own love the hawaiian burger and they put extra on whatever you want plus they deliver fast love eating from there

Ordered a pizza and chips and cheese to collect- the pizza was awful and the sauce tasted like fairy liquid. Ordered a take away last week and the food came cold and again pizza wasn’t nice and chips cold. Had a take away a few weeks before that and again food like warm and not tasting the best. They used to make lush pizzas- I’m afraid I won’t be ordering from them again. I spend a lot of money to then put the food in the recycling food box. Hopefully they will go back to producing the good food they used to a couple of months ago.

Phoned to order 1 portion of chips and was told it wouldn’t be ready for an hour. An hour to reheat some chips? Joke. Never again.

Had a dinos many times whilst visiting family and friends in Penmaenmawr and was really looking forward to having my Dino fix again (it’s always been my favourite kebab house) we ordered the famous beach towel which didn’t come in a nann bread it was in a wrap and very small for the price, and I’ve never seen such a small portion of chips !! I also ordered a chicken kebab which are usually stunning but it wasnt this time !! i will try dinos again as I’ve always loved this place, I’m just hopeng it’s just a one off !! if it’s the same on next visit I won’t be going again as I found it very expensive for the portion size we had ,

Disgusting kebabs from there will put some pictures up of the amount of grease ive never had a kebab like that in my life and to pay £7.50 for it is a joke i wouldnt eat there again and wouldnt recomend to anyone!!

As a regular, I buy any takeaway pizzas from this place. The staff are very comforting and they always make a conversation with me. I only ever get pizza, a milkshake or both from Dino’s and the pizza is the best from Penmaenmawr to Llandudno junction. The amount of toppings is perfect, ensuring you get everything you want. I have always gone to dinos and I always will.

Absolutely fantastic food definitely worth the price. We ordered a pizza aswell as a special mixed kebab. The pizza tasted as if it was home made and the kebab was cooked to perfection. Order for delivery got told it would be 45 minutes and arrived in 50 cannot complain aver 5 minutes. Brilliant service from the delivery driver

Not impressed that I paid £31 for a bucket I didn't even order! I ordered the 10pc variety bucket with 2x gravy and a bottle of coke and received the boneless feast with hot wings and basically bisto gravy, the chicken was tasteless and dry also the hot wings were soggy and tasteless. Never going to eat here again, beyond unacceptable.

I found a hair in my food and it put me off for life. ( the man serving me offered to replace my food but I refused as I didn’t feel hungry after the experience)

Food consistently gone down hill over recent months, cheaper ingredients being used to the detriment of quality, and yet the prices are going up and up! Used to order from Dinos at least 3 times a week but have stopped using it

Ordered a takeaway and the food was awful. Freezing cold, chewy/rubbery burger, brown salad, nachos which cost £6 covered in slop with no cheese, it was just disgusting! This isn’t the first time I have had trouble with this place. I ordered off just eat for a collection which dinos confirmed I could collect at 20:40, I got there at 20:35 to be told ‘you’re well too early, it’s going to be another 30 minutes, I haven’t even started yet’, I couldn’t believe it, Hence the reply I gave telling him to forget the order altogether treating a customer like that after walking 20 minutes to collect. The whole place is a shambles and I wouldn’t advise anyone to waste their money on food and service like this.

Not happy with tonight's meal I'm a regular and tonight i have to say was not up to normal standars! Ordered food 8.30 for 9pm got there still waiting 20 mins. I live across the road and tucked in to half cold food not happy guys I know it was busy but I could of made a better job myself really contemplating not going again me and my partner works hard so take outs are easier for us at times but was not happy with tonight's service or food!!!

Really nice freshly made kebabs. Lovely salads and lots of other choice on the menus. Can pre order by telephone. Recommend.

Bought chicken strippers for £18 got them delivered and they were burnt black had to go in the bin !!!

Sometimes you will phone to place an order, it will ring and you will get no answer all night. Other times you will get through and wait an unacceptable time for delivery. The last time I ordered from them, it took two hours to arrive! Shocking customer service!

Esta es la mejor experiencia que he tenido en Gales la comida era realmente genial fue genial pizza cata y cantidad saludable de coberturas kebab estaba fuera de este mundo Cinco estrellas para mí. Personal incluso nos dio unas pocas latas extra después ya darnos una botella brillante tres veces y me compartirá y recomendar encarecidamente. Por cierto, yo soy muy quisquilloso

Klassisches Amerikanisches Burgerlokal zum Mitnehmen. Vor Ort nur Stühle zum Warten, kein Essen im Laden möglich. Am besten vorbestellen, aber es wird auch direkt vor Ort auf Bestellung zubereitet. Leider ist die Sauberkeit auch laut Bewertungsaufkleber an der Tür nicht zum Besten. Aufgefallen ist dies beim schmutzigen Boden. Hoffentlich ist dies auch der einzige Punkt. Von den Burgern her war nichts zu beanstanden, es wurde gefragt was alles drauf soll, der Service war sehr freundlich und das Essen schmeckte auch prima. Besonders gut ist uns aufgefallen, war die Sosse. Die Pommes Frites waren Standard. Es gibt auch Angeboten neben den Burgern, wie zum Beispiel Kebap. Da der Grill aber aus war und nur auf Bestellung angestellt wird, denke ich ist wohl eher Burger zu empfehlen. Leider mangelte es beim Hawaii Burger etwas an Ananas. Die Stücke (sic!) waren einfach zu wenig für den charakteristischen Geschmack. Eine komplette runde Scheibe wäre einfach besser gewesen. Ansonsten; wer mal Lust auf Burger hat ist hier richtig. Nicht mehr, aber auch nicht weniger.

Had a huge order for 8 people and the guys did a great job in getting everything right and threw in a bottle of Pepsi and a tub of ice cream.

If their there was such a rating, this food has the danger of being VERY below sub-standard. You never get exactly what you ask for. Absolutely tasteless and owners seem to take it upon themsleves to choose what extras must be added at any given time. They are also very rude and frequently belittle and suggestions and tips you may have for them. Food is not cooked properly. Every time I have had one of their ''''''''specials''''''''' food has NOT been cooked for long enough in the first places meaning everything is hard and they cover anything in cheese to disguise the fact there their food is so terrible. I AM DAIRY INTOLERANT and this has happened many occasions even though is specifically ask them NOT TOO. My partner had to wait and entire hour for a ten inch pizza and was subsequently late for work without any type of apology after phoning up later the owner was just very rude and said 'that just how long it takes mate'. The delivery drivers however are very polite and friendly and get spoken to quite badly within the establishment.

I ordered a chicken risotto about 2/3 weeks ago from dinos, it took about an hour and half until it got delivered and when I finally got it, it's was very poor quality the Risotto was mushy and sticky and no flavour what so ever, wouldn't recommend this dish

Use Dinis all the time always good the food is fresh and the owners are very friendly. Kebabs are excellent delivery takes a while but don't be lazy and go in person!

Este lugar solía ser un favorito para un regalo, pero después de esta noche que sin duda no será perder más dinero aquí!! Esperamos casi 2 horas para que se entregan. Hacía frío (patatas fritas frías son realmente no es bueno!) El donner carne que pedimos estaba tan duro y escaras era sólo apto para el perro!! Puedo entender que este lugar se llena, pero si no pueden soportar la carga, deje de tomar pedidos en lugar de mandar comida por debajo del estándar.

Este lugar ha ido cuesta abajo, la actitud del personal es pobre, cuando finalmente reconocer a un cliente son gruñones y todo parecía bastante estresados. La comida es cara y de muy mala calidad, patatas fritas eran frías, mi viejo y había probado un insecto en medio de ellas. No regresaré.

Cargos para llevar más que la cara de menú. Tiempo de entrega tarda demasiado tiempo. Mejor ir a otro en el mejor y más barato. villageuch

This is a fast-food take-away outlet who also deliver, but don't be fooled, there's much much more on the menu than the usual items, and what we had were vey tasty. I gave it 5 star on the basis that it is better in terms of choice and taste than most other fast-food places. Staff were friendly too.

Well what can I say this place has gone down hill. I last tried here when I was pregnant and could not eat the chicken kebab as the chicken was black and greasy I put my pickiness down to being pregnant so gave this place another go on Saturday as a treat for my son and myself. What a disappointment from the phone call I made to order the food down to the actual food. Firstly the young girl on the phone was rude and didn't seem to know what she was doing. Placed my order paid by card only to receive a phone call back saying payment was void so checked my bank online whilst in the phone to the girl and they payment had gone through fine. When I told her this she didn't question it. Luckily I checked otherwise I would of paid £50 for one pizza a portion of chips and mixed shish kebab. The pizza was bland and yet again the kebab was black and very greasy which is a baffle to me as it says cooked on a grill. Needless to say I won't be returning. But on a positive note my dog really enjoyed the food

I was very pleased with the service I got when I went to Dinos very friendly and fast service, and the food is amazing something for every one on the menu. And if there isn't they will always make you what you want brilliant

Hello! If you plan to reopen I suggest you quit selling your frozen pizza in the grocery store. We have now 2X had a horrible experience when we were "giving you a try". We (family of 5) eat frozen pizza at-least once a week and were looking for a new favorite. You need to either adjust your directions or do something with your crust. It isn't working. We followed directions exactly...and both times...this is what we got:

When first opened was good but standards have slipped I am sorry to say. Orders for delivery were wrong once they arrived on more than one occasion.

The two blonde girls who work in Dino's are AMAZBALLS, they make amazing pizza's. Easy to understand and very friendly. They are hard working, polite and very hygienic.

Dinos provide excellent and extremely friendly service. Good value for money and family friendly. Very tasty food. Well worth a visit.

I was severly disappointed in the quality of service, I could not understand the person taking my order, i dont speak turkish! it took nearly an hour for this pizza to arrive despite myself being the only customer in store and they just chatted away to eachother. The food itself after i got home was satisfactory until on my second slice i noticed a long black thick hair on my pizza and was mortified!

We have been here twice first time years ago was not impressed.We have since been back and it's improved a lot the kebab was so tasty could have done with more of it though. It was a family event this last time and everyone felt for the amount of food to the price paid the portion size was a little small. Which was a little unfortunate otherwise some tasty fare!!

So I called at 6:30. My food arrived just before 9pm. 2 meals. That's it. 2 and a half hours. Shocking. I won't be ordering again. Very disappointed

went to dinos first time tonight (why its our first time I don't know) fantastic pizza cheesy garlic 10 inch great chips lovely people great service. would recommend this place to anybody 5 stars

I always order with Dinos lovely staff when going into the shop but even when delivering never late always on time and defiantly worth every penny

Ordered pizza from here with chicken, pepperoni and ham. The underneath was burnt and the topping tastes like plastic we had to bin the pizza because it tastes disgusting!

I visited this shop approx 7pm,there was 1 other customer in the shop.I ordered a pizza and a chicken kebab,and did not have to wait very long at all.The pizza was very tasty and I was impressed at how the server was spinning the dough in the air,making my pizza base,he made it look easy!! The chicken kebeb tasted good,decent sized pieces.The staff were friendly and chatted away with me so my wait didn't feel long at all.We don't come to Penmaenmawr very often (in area to buy car),but if I was in the area again we would certainly stop by.

Very happy with the food that i have ordered there, never had any complaint. you can get it delivered or collect from the shop, staff are friendly and what I have seen food it made fresh in the shop!Will be ordering again, a very happy customer ;-)

Great food delivered to you door with in an hour you can order online on website so much better than phoneing order in as line is sometimes busy

Barely hot food. Chips had a fly in and the pizza tasted as though it had been sat around for a while. Won't be visiting again.

Have tried a few things on the menu. Particularly like the pizzas, angus burger and chicken royal burger. They do deliver which is fab. Sometimes delivery is quite a wait, around 45 mins, but worth it. I'd say it's fairly reasonably priced. When we do go there the majority of the staff are nice and friendly. Will continue to order form here and would recommend.

Ordered a chicken tikka a Mexican chicken kebab asked for extra large and I had 2 small ones if anything too much salad 3Pieces of meat in each poor

Delicious food always from Dinos, delivery service is great. Always a smile and all staff in the shop are polite and helpful. We use this shop very often.

Got recommended to use this takeway it was good not cheap but worth it fast delivery too. Food arrived hot , wouldn't say it was the freshet but after all it is a take away

We recently had surprise visitors and decided to have a takeaway from Dinos who had been delivering flyers around the area, We were quite impressed with the quality of the food and the price wasn't bad either, however we did have to wait over an hour so I was beginning to think they had forgotten us!!!! it was a Saturday night and apparently they were busy and it did arrive eventually. They do have quite an extensive menu.

I ordered some take away from here and got it delivered to the house. The pizzas are gorgeous and the half pound cheese burger are gorgeous.

Have a good offering pizza, kebabs chilli burger etc, but rather expensive for a takeaway. Delivery was fast though
