Milo's Diner & Takeaway - Robin Hood in Denbighshire

Do not under any circumstances eat from this place. Eating here completely ruined our holiday and we lost about 3 days because of them. The whole family ended up with a very severe case of food poisoning and ended up projectile vomiting in the caravan only a matter of hours after eating their food. My youngest daughter in particular being incredibly ill to the point I thought we were going to have to take her to hospital. We had burger and chips and sausage and chips. The chips were foul and tasted like they had been reheated. I later found out that the lady who had rented the caravan the week after us had suffered the same ill effects at the hands of these people. On doing a few inquiries I discovered they hadn’t been changing the oil frequently enough and hadn’t been adhering to good hygiene practices. I will never eat here again. The place needs to be shut down and I will be reporting them to the Food Standards Agency.

Quite possibly the worst fish and chips I’ve ever had and to top it off I was over charged and when confronted about the guy behind the till just shrugged and said “I dunno” will never be ordering/dining in their ever again.

Quite possibly the worst chips I've ever had. Chips look like they've been recooked more than once and tasted if nothing but grease. Staff all looked miserable, like they were waiting to die. I wouldn't even give my left overs to a homeless person in case they threw it at me.

Staff are lovely food was amazing highly recommended

Food wasn't th best but get what you get on a caravan park lovely lively staff couple funny kids working asked for there names ilhan and Lewis if you see them working make sure to say hello lovely kids

Food was vile cheeseburger was cremated cheese was like a slab of plaster salad stale chips where vile staff look like they need a wash fish was pure grease waste of money

Need to change the times as was closed at 8pm while I was satying on site

Everything was cold. Fish was small even though we asked for large. I made the server wash her hands as she kept touching her face and nose then handling food. Very unhygienic and rude staff. They didn't seem to give a damn about the food hygiene or customers wellbeing. Definitely won't be using them again. Need to be closed down in my opinion.

Absolutely beautiful food, the best fish and chips by far.

If you’re staying on site and in a pinch it’s ok. Prices are high for the portion size you get but since it’s onsite it’s convenient. Food was good fresh to order and was mainly ok. I’m sure you can find a better chippy if you go off site

I don’t understand the bad reviews, I’ve had this chippy twice since staying at Robin Hood and it’s been one of the best. Lovely chunky fish that was delicious, and the chips were tasty and crispy. Would definitely come here if I stayed Robin Hood again!

I expected a better range & lower prices. Too expensive for what you get. Pity it advertises fresh pizzas. Sadly the bases are more made & nothing authentic about too skimpy ln toppings, fresh pizza dough is alot cheaper & tastes 100% better
