Cheesy garlic foot long was cold and hard

Food was cold, drink leaked all over the food and was missing extras that I paid for

Visited yesterday on the way home from work. I like Subway, but yesterday it was flat and soggy. Felt it rushed to be made. The price is very expensive. I ordered 2 foot long chicken teriyaki and one just chicken. With £7 off due to point's i still had to pay £5. I think.its way to expensive for what it is.

Food was cold and one meal deal was missing the crisps. Overall alright.

The store is always clean and tidy with miss items usually in stock. Tclick and collect service is handy.

Just s standard subway in a petrol station. Huw served me. Very friendly and polite. No issue whatsoever with service. Meatballs weren't ready so score reduced due to limited menu availability.

ordered a chicken & bacon submelt- instead I received a tuna and salami. looked on the bag and it still even says chicken and bacon...

there was items missing! phoned the store and Jayden was so polite and sent the missing items back out! thank you!

Want refund food was stone cold

Little disappointed I use this place like 2-3 times a week just lately the fillings are short today. 2 peppers not 6 , not much chicken although I paid for extra , 2 slices of onions not 14 grams . Just generally poor the last two orders

I couldn't see what I wanted to eat from the vast choice on the menu. I just fancied steak, cheese and salad. It was no problem for the young lady who served me. The sub was delicious 😋!

No cheese on our sandwiches that we asked for, no sauce along with our side order and not toasted.

arrived 10 minutes late again 2nd time in a row and food was cold. I only live 2 minutes down the road from the place and still bring my food late and coldnot sure if I will be ordering again

I don't eat fast food 😞 Subway is attached to garage so every time I. Buy a newspaper or get petrol it thinks I am buying food. If that was the case I would be obese like most of Subway customers

Absolutely fantastic 90% of the time! If a certain staff member is working then I thoroughly enjoy my subway! He looks after regular customers, goes above and beyond to ensure we are 100% satisfied everytime😃😁 Thank you brother you know who you are🤣🙏🔥

The woman that served me in subway was very pleasant and lovely when in there for a subway and came out with a subway and a smile

My sandwich didn’t have enough sauce on it and everything was fallen off the veg tasted funny and off also always have problems with getting it delivered as they always forget something out my order and I have to walk to them what’s the point in me paying for it to be delivered,also the phone number is invalid and won’t go through so that needs sorting

No sign of our delivery. Then decided to check the doorstep. Our order had been sitting there since apparently 1pm. The delivery person did not ring the doorbell. Now our food is cold.

The subway sandwich had all ends of the green peppers that I cut my mouth on. Wasn’t expected when I just bit into the many ingredients that I picked for my subway order. This isn’t the quality I have come to expect from subway as a brand that deals with fresh vegetables daily.

Half of my order was missing and my sandwich’s was cold I had to walk to the subway to sort it out because the phone number was invalid

The food we received was lovely however we did not receive our drinks. We tried to phone the restaurant but the phone number is not recognised! Tried to raise it with just eat, the option to say missing drinks was not there

A couple of times I've noticed a double charge on my card for the same thing so look out for that. Most people working in subway seem friendly but there's one guy at the Denbigh subway who comes across as rude because he throws the food at you rather than passing it to you, By that I mean he throws it down on the counter then walks off. I consider that as rude and disrespectful.

The nachos only has cheese and not the salsa that was stated to be on top.

Food was still hot and was very well packaged. Delivery time was much sooner than expected, that was a huge plus!!
