Food was amazing. Chips a little overpriced for the size however they tasted great.

Delivery was fast, service was great, food was fantastic.

Disappointing, chicken burger was cold hard and inedible

2x reviews, 1st ordered food and then received a message saying order cancelled so then made a order elsewhere to then 1hr later the 1st order and then the new order turned up! sort you system. 2nd ordered and have still been waiting over 2h30m and received a message saying "enjoy your food" SORRY WHERE IS OUR FOOD.

Ordered and received a message to say order was cancelled, ordered elsewhere 1hr later both ordered arrived at our doors, so for 2 people I had over £85 worth of food. Next time don’t contact and say orders cancelled if you’re going to send it.

Food was great, did wish the mac n cheese had more cheese sauce but it was still yummy. Defo will order again

Delicious. Well worth the money. Delivery was super speedy too and the food was lovely and hot when it arrived. 10/10 would order again.

Took two hours for the food to arrive, only for it to be cold, soggy and an incomplete order. Absolute disappointment to pay almost £60 for two burgers. Will not be ordering again.

The time kept changing on the delivery with no option to refund - ended up waiting over an hour and a half when initially it was less than an hour.

Got a phone call they had run out of what I ordered but went out of there way to ring and get me something else off the menu.

Missing items and when phoned basically accused of lying about it, rude management response will never order again.

Order arrived more than an hour late ordered Mac and cheese that was vegetarian for my Mrs for it to turn up covered in chicken

Ordered from these guys loads of times but the new menu is not great. Tried a few burgers on the new menu and not as good as old ones. Tonight delivery was awful and landed after 8 o clock when I ordered around 6.30pm. Shame as previously always enjoyed the burgers

Delivery was almost 2 hours amd missing mushroom on steakhouse burger other than that food quality was perfect as usual.

Ordered a delivery. Food turned up 20 minutes later than the time stated it would arrive and was stone cold. Absolute waste of money as it was then inedible. Very disappointed and no way of contacting the restaurant to complain

Food was absolutely amazing!!! So so tasty! Never tasted good quality like it! Order was 10 mins late we eneded up waiting 1 hour 20 mins for the food. But was definitely worth the wait! And will 100% be ordering again!

Burnt chicken burger, 3 tiny pieces of chicken in the salt&pepper chicken loaded fries

Very mixed feelings. Ordered take away from Prestatyn branch and our delivery was missing the Mac and Cheese (£8!) with no way of contacting the restaurant amd no resolving. We also asked for no sweet chilli sauce on the loaded fries and it was covered in it! Gutted as it made the fries completely sweet. Delivery was 1.5 hrs but the food that we did recieve was lovely! Burger spot on!

Ordered over 2 and a half hours ago and still no delivery. Apparently we have to wait because it’s been busy! Requested money back through just eat and they declined it straight away saying enjoy your food. What food? Nothing has been delivered! For the price of this place the service is shocking, save your money and go elsewhere! Won’t be ordering again.

Food was cold when it arrived, beef burger was really dry. There were topping missed on the burger and the burger buns were awful, description says brioche roll, what arrived was a floured topped dry white roll. Really disappointed a lot of money for some below average food.

Received the wrong source on chicken tenders, but other than that it was great

Food was ok but portions were very small for the price. The child’s meal is actually bigger than I will though loaded fries.

It was two hours late. Was told three times that it was on its way and it wasn’t the food was Luke warm when it arrived. Absolutely shocking attitude from staff when we called to enquire how long it would be. Prices are ridiculously high for the quality of the food. Very poor service. Will definitely not be ordering from them again.

The food was 20 mins late, and the cheese fries were so so salty, I couldn't eat them, I don't think I'll order again, for the money I paid for one meal, I really don't feel I got my money's worth! :-(

It was okay, but expected more after looking at photos online. The burger tasted great, just expectation from the photos didn’t match the reality.

Gorgeous food and a delicious change to the usual kebabs and pizzas.

£26.50 for 1 burger and 2 portions of chips!It was cold. The portions were relatively small. The burger just had a plain old Warburtons bread roll. One of the portions of chips (which cost £8) had ingredients missing and a bunch of random ones thrown in instead. Definitely won't be ordering again, even if it was half price 😬

Appalling experience. Delivery arrived freezing cold, virtually inedible and with items missing. Called to get it resolved (refund) and was told this could be achieved through by contacting the Clwyd Eats customer service team. Hungry Cow have now refused to refund, leaving us out of pocket for food that we didn’t eat. I implore you… DO NOT EAT HERE. An absolutely disgusting establishment.

Food was tasty but cold because it took just over two hours from order to be delivered. It took an hour for them to inform us that they couldn’t fulfil the original order due to an item being unavailable. No apology or explanation was given for any delay.

Spent almost £70 and the food turned up stone cold with a meal missing. Waiting on a refund. Don’t waste your time.

Best burgers in the area by far we’ve ordered countless times and every time it’s delivered earlier than stated it’s always red hot and the food tastes amazing A++++

I loved it and it made my vacation I ate there multiple times during my two weeks and will definitely be back the next time... It's perfect pub food and it washed down lovely with a pint of Guinness compliments to chef Nathan and kieron keep up the awesome work... I work as a chef myself and can honestly say I've never tasted a burger with such texture and flavor

Very disappointing, although delivery was fast, the food was below average. Was originally very excited to find a local Hungry Cow, after eating at the 'Mold' Venue..however this was no comparison. Immediately deleted the app and won't be ordering from there again

Hungry cow, operating out of jolly sailor in Prestatyn is one of the better quality burgers you can get in the area. Obviously, charging a premium for a premium product 😉

When to the Hungry Cow base in The Fat Cat in Llandudno on the 7/4/23, and honestly I wouldn’t waste your money or time coming to this establishment. It’s was so disgusting and overpriced the food was truly awful it was honestly like McDonald’s but four times the price. We ordered two trap boxes, and the pulled pork Mac and cheese, which was £35 and it’s was so so basic and rancid. The Mac and cheese was just pure water with some pasta in, and it looked nothing like how it shows on their Instagram and Facebook pages so misleading and the taste was terrible.

Ordered food however we wasn’t able to pay as we only have money. They don’t accept it for some reason.

This establishment will not accept cash thereby discriminating against 10 million who depend on and use it. Utter disgrace. AVOID.

Don't accept cash is discriminatory against many people. I'll go elsewhere to spend my legal tender.
