Hungry Cow in Denbighshire

2x reviews, 1st ordered food and then received a message saying order cancelled so then made a order elsewhere to then 1hr later the 1st order and then the new order turned up! sort you system. 2nd ordered and have still been waiting over 2h30m and received a message saying "enjoy your food" SORRY WHERE IS OUR FOOD.

Ordered a delivery. Food turned up 20 minutes later than the time stated it would arrive and was stone cold. Absolute waste of money as it was then inedible. Very disappointed and no way of contacting the restaurant to complain

Very mixed feelings. Ordered take away from Prestatyn branch and our delivery was missing the Mac and Cheese (£8!) with no way of contacting the restaurant amd no resolving. We also asked for no sweet chilli sauce on the loaded fries and it was covered in it! Gutted as it made the fries completely sweet. Delivery was 1.5 hrs but the food that we did recieve was lovely! Burger spot on!

Appalling experience. Delivery arrived freezing cold, virtually inedible and with items missing. Called to get it resolved (refund) and was told this could be achieved through by contacting the Clwyd Eats customer service team. Hungry Cow have now refused to refund, leaving us out of pocket for food that we didn’t eat. I implore you… DO NOT EAT HERE. An absolutely disgusting establishment.

Spent almost £70 and the food turned up stone cold with a meal missing. Waiting on a refund. Don’t waste your time.

I loved it and it made my vacation I ate there multiple times during my two weeks and will definitely be back the next time... It's perfect pub food and it washed down lovely with a pint of Guinness compliments to chef Nathan and kieron keep up the awesome work... I work as a chef myself and can honestly say I've never tasted a burger with such texture and flavor

Had food here tonight for the first time. Absolutely lovely full of flavour and great service. Would definitely go back again.

Four of us had a takeaway from the Prestatyn kitchen and all loved it. Very nice food, and fast delivery. Made a nice change from the usual local takeaways.

Very disappointing, although delivery was fast, the food was below average. Was originally very excited to find a local Hungry Cow, after eating at the 'Mold' Venue..however this was no comparison. Immediately deleted the app and won't be ordering from there again

Hungry cow, operating out of jolly sailor in Prestatyn is one of the better quality burgers you can get in the area. Obviously, charging a premium for a premium product 😉

When to the Hungry Cow base in The Fat Cat in Llandudno on the 7/4/23, and honestly I wouldn’t waste your money or time coming to this establishment. It’s was so disgusting and overpriced the food was truly awful it was honestly like McDonald’s but four times the price. We ordered two trap boxes, and the pulled pork Mac and cheese, which was £35 and it’s was so so basic and rancid. The Mac and cheese was just pure water with some pasta in, and it looked nothing like how it shows on their Instagram and Facebook pages so misleading and the taste was terrible.

Ordered food however we wasn’t able to pay as we only have money. They don’t accept it for some reason.

Don't accept cash is discriminatory against many people. I'll go elsewhere to spend my legal tender.

This establishment will not accept cash thereby discriminating against 10 million who depend on and use it. Utter disgrace. AVOID.
