Dee Dee's Family Cafe in Denbighshire

At dee dees cafe, bad service.ordered tuna toastie. No butter, one small teaspoon of tuna. Complained replaced with same again. Very poor, needs sorting.

I was very pleased to find that the previous reviews were out of date. when we visited a year or two ago it was rubbish but on our recent visit although still fairly basic the food was good everything was very clean staff friendly and helpful. I won hesitate to go again.

Staff were nice enough but food was terrible pizza was still frozen and chips were microwaved extremely poor won't be going back

Ordered 4 dinners. Tikka came without rice. Cottage pie without the peas or gravy . Burnt jacket potato and was supposed to be a paninni ( but that came after we had eaten ours). Definately wouldnt return but staff were pleasant and did offer refund.

Don't come here if you want good customer service!!! so rude and abnoxious asked for hot food which is advertised on the desk to be told there's none and when asked why it advertised was told 'so what because it is' I informed the young girl she had a bad attitude for dealing with customers she replied 'whatever' and laughed as she walked away Never came across a young girl with such attitude..here's your tip get yourself another job preferably one where you don't have to deal with the customers

Awful cafe, the staff need to learn some basic manners. It a good job I take my coffee black as otherwise the surly staff would have turned the milk sour. I ordered a black a americarno and got Nescafé instant. Will never return again avoid like the plague would have given zero stars if given the option.

Shocking place.. Over priced dry toastie with very weak coffe food all over the floor and scruffy staff. Not worth it

Lovely open area nice staff food selection a bit limited but what there is very nice

The staff are ignorant and hardly acknowledge the customers the food is not fresh and the texture of the sausages was like rubber, only one slice if bacon on the bacon roll and to top it off it's overpriced for the quailty you get also the cheese in the kids meal was hard and curled not fresh left out all morning by the looks of it poor length of expire date on the sandwiches

Overpriced. The paninis aren't real, they have lines drawn on them to look like they're grilled. The coffee is not good.

Found we wanted a sit down for a bit and a drink so decided to have a couple of hot drinks, biscuits and a pastry, staff very nice, a man and a lady there, bit on dear side but we did enjoy what we had and enjoyed the sit down for a while so it was worth it so alright for a treat now and again

There was 12 breakfast items to choose from on the menu, unfortunately the staff only made 5 items to sell. I also asked the member of staff what was the fully loaded roll, her reply was " I don't know " she did enjoy the cup of coffee she was drinking as she was dealing with some customers. Not coming back here again !!!
