Subway in Flintshire

Always seem to be missing items from this Subway, this time missing dips and 3pk cookies

only issue I had was the 3 meal deals were missing 3 cookies! no option to report missing items

very pleased with my order, pleasant courier very polite

For the cost it arrived cold. Not impressed

Really poor experience today. Salad box is pretty much empty. I come regularly but never have I had a box so empty before. The woman who made my husbands sandwich had to be asked by him to spread the salad across his sandwich instead of placing the ingredients on one side of his sub.

Quality of nachos and topping was very very poor for price - delivery driver polite

Went in for a sandwich, no member of staff even raised their heads, they were doing online orders. Was told 'theres a long wait' basically online orders take priority and you're just left standing there. I walked out! Awful.

Really tasty full of flavour our crispy onions were missing though which was a shame

Awful I rang the restaurant with specific instructions and my food was wrong smothered in sauce, had bacon on it and I’m not allowed to eat bacon and I’m allergic to sauce, cookies were in shambles and I was missing 2 hashbrowns awful.

waited 10 minutes to pay because the woman was just on her phone ignoring everyone, even with people waiting in line. the staff are unfriendly and rude. wouldn’t recommend at all.

poor service, badly done subs, with a veggie patty sub completely missing the veggie patty. delivery was exactly on time but the meal was disappointing.

This particular branch isn't great at the best of times, on this occasion the service was shocking and the lady was so rude and blunt. I stood in the que with 3 other people behind me for 5 minutes, only for the woman the eventually say if we want to order we have to use the touch screens, do the 3 people behind obviously got to the machines first, so I then basically became last in the que out of the 4 of us. So what should have been a 10 minuted stop I to subway, turned out to be 35 minutes. What a joke. Bad attitude vibes 100% here. Terrible service. Shocks me how they still get service.

Terrible service in Dobs hill. The manager was rude and rushed off her feet. Not allowed to speak- you have to use a machine. Waited 30 mins for a fast food chain as they were more interested in the uber/just eats than the actual human cUstomers. DO NOT GO THERE!!

I absolutely hate self service, I don't work for subway, I do not serve myself. I do enjoy the food tho.

No complaints here, used the order screens (first we’ve seen in a Subway) and food was quick with no errors.

Said delivery would be 25 minutes before ordering then took over an hour to arrive. I had no drink and without the chipotle dip. Not acceptable!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend the garlic bread but everything else is perfect

worst subway ever. got orders mixed up. added things i never asked for onto my sandwiches. then when i rang to ask how to fix it they called me a liar and swore down the phone at me. Bread not toasted. No meat inside only salad and way to much mayo making the bread very soggy.

I was really disappointed with my food. I ordered two meatballs marinara's and was very disappointed to discover that it may aswell have been a sweetcorn sandwich with a side of meatballs. I did order sweetcorn but the amount given was insane. it was on both sandwiches too.

missing sauce and sub was tiny more bread than filling look like it had just been slapped on, paid for extra cheese can't see the 1st lot never mind a second lot. ordered a Large waffle fries would hate to see the small portion

Ridiculous in here just been in I saw 3 staff members one on till the other two just in an out floating about avoiding any customer engagement so if one’s in the till an the other two are avoiding serving customers in a dead quiet shop how is it still here not even a (be with you in a moment ) one guy came out looked at me then went into the back an was munching peanuts I hope he has been trained properly I wouldn’t want to be cross contaminating with those basically a bunch of lazy some one ellse can do it kinda staff with an unfriendly an unprofessional unwelcoming vibe I’m going to tell this experience to as many people as posible

I ordered 9 hash browns with bbq sauce. I recieved 5 rubbery cheese bites (I think?) and no lid on the bbq sauce, so there was none left when it got to us. I also ordered cheesy garlic bread but what I recieved was toasted bread

The food was cold and no dips came with it. We ordered 3 cookies and none came. Very disappointing.

AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT! THEY SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO BE SUBWAY FRANCHISEES.I would give zero stars, if I could. The staff are VERY UNFRIENDLY & UNHELPFUL. It's the second time I've been made to feel as though I'm an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. I think it is their aim to repel walk in customers. A young female member of staff completely ignored me & a young male member of staff scowled at me. I don't think they could smile if their lives depended on it. I asked to give an order over the counter as I find the screens difficult to use. I have an essential tremor in both hands. Therefore my hands shake uncontrollably. I had to dictate this message to my phone. Also, the screens are a breeding ground for microbes! He looked at me and said, 'I have 4 sandwiches to make already!' then continued to ignore me. There were no other customers waiting. You are forced into using the screens to order, as they also obscure your view of sandwich fillings with a large Subway sticker. If the establishment only wants app orders and deliveries, then don't subject the public to your miserable staff who clearly have a terrible work ethic. I decided to leave without giving an order. Try Gregg's next door. They have more options (including healthy food) & the staff are friendly & professional.

Wow. I guess I’m not the only one to receive horrible service. Very unprofessional and rude. They Didn’t even look at me in the eye once…. whoever is the franchise owner. Sort it out.

Rubbish. Asked for a wrap, we all know what a wrap looks like don't we. Apparently not the lady who works at this subway. She made what can only be described as a small square, with about 3 slices of meat. If she were to cut it in half (which she didn't) it would have been two thin strips of food. Oh and she was training a new guy. She also tried to argue with me when I corrected her on the other part of my order. Don't bother!!

the last two times i’ve ordered the fries they’re cold which i’m aware can’t really be controlled, but both times they’ve forgotten the sauce

I think I had the whole pepper on my sub in one big clump. No Jalepenos which was asked for and it was cold, hadn't been toasted as asked for, disappointing, won't be using this subway again.

These robots you employ are becoming slightly more convincing. Unfortunately they do not yet seem to of grasped customer service.

Absolutely disgusted when I went yesterday there was a young lady with hair down to the counter. She kept putting her weave ((Hair)) on the counter. The hair was in the previous customers nachos she had all the sauce from the food in her hair. She was making food her hair was going all in the salad and on the chopping surfaces which were not cleaned once. I decided to choose to leave and not eat there. Absolutely disgusted to be honest how unhygienic it was in there. Her attitude towards people was vile. A food hygiene inspector would have a field day in there.

Very unhygienic behaviour of staff who was on phone all the way, didn't wash hands after taking trash out and keep putting her phone where food lays. Also language extremely unprofessional. Also forgot half the order and made me drive all the way back.

Ordered double portions of meat- didn't get them. It was clearly one portion split between two salads. Loads of salad items were missing; bacon bits, cheese, gherkins, sweetcorn etc- as was the sauce. One single piece of sweetcorn on one of the salads. No answer on the number provided- so that the issues could be rectified. No provision to list the missing items online and have it rectified that way. Absolutely shocking.

The sub had way too much sauce. It was covering everything and dripping out.

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Rude staff shouting that they won’t take anymore orders for 1 hour. Forced to use the machine to order but it doesn’t cater for all dietary needs. Avoid.

i paid extra for the tangy cheese nachos and didn’t receive them. all they did was put a note on the bag saying they had ran out and didn’t bother to substitute it.

Toasted subs were ice cold had to reheat and the bmt packaging was not sealed

The salad was made nice and food was fresh etc, but I asked for a tuna salad with extra tuna and I didn’t get any tuna whatsoever. I tried calling you multiple times but no one answered my calls. I have unfortunately had to submit a refund request with JustEat, I was hoping we could’ve resolved the problem without having to do this. Usually very good from here.

I would give the food zero stars if I could, I ordered a salad that came with zero toppings and no sauce, considering I paid extra to have to have double toppings is unacceptable. Do not order from here and save your money
