Never ordering from here again

Order twice food was cold both times Will give it one more try if it’s not hot will not use again

says delivered 7.18, still have not recieved it

ordered a donner wrap, got a chicken wrap instead. food was quite cold when it arrived.

Delivery was late,but weather conditions/flooding caused this

Ordered large kebabs hardly any meat all salad. Everything was cold and not worth £23:80 for two kebabs and small chips. Very disappointing will not be using these again

Absolutely shocking service and staff at shop are so rude 😡. Told would be delivered within the hour, took 2. Phoned and had ohone put down on me twice by a very arrogant man!!!!only positive is delivery driver was very nice and apologetic. Definitely won't be using again!

lovely meal. delivered on time and even provided the extra onions and chilli sauce I'd asked for. always an empty plate, definitely recommend again

delivery is late. one food had sauce on that it wasn't meant to have so that's wasted. other food had no sauce

I ordered donner meat with garlic mayo and it came dripping with grease and no mayo on it at all. The cheese from cheesy chips had hardened because of how late it was and stuck to the styrofoam box which was coming off with the chips and the food was overall cold. Was not happy with this food which is a shame because it used to be great

It was delayed 30 mins then was told it had been delivered, then had to wait a further hour after that for it to actually be delivered, delivered cold too

It says it was delivered,no one has knocked on my door and then I called the restaurant to say that nothing has been delivered and the gentleman on the phone was rude and shouting then put the phone down on me,will definitely not be going there again

I really can't complain about this place. I was skeptical because of the reviews but my god was I impressed. First of all the pizzas with the garlic sauce absolutely banging I loved it plus the chips can't go wrong on point. I know it sounds crazy but making a sandwich outta two slices of garlic donner pizza and chips hits hard would recommend. I do plan on ordering again.

original delivery time was 6.40-7pm. at 7.15, no sign of order. contacted restaurant who said it would arrive at 7.25. at 7.35, still no sign of order. contacted restaurant again, partial refund refused. order finally arrived at 7.45

Very clean place and friendly staff. 4 Stars as Delivery Time really needs to improve (I have previously waited 2 hours for their delivery service), as this is really the only thing letting down the establishment. I chose to collect this time around, and they were very prompt.

Ordered at 6:47, didn't progress at all until a minute before the delivery due time 8pm when it zipped straight past preparing and delivery to tell me my order had been delivered, it has not and looking at other reviews they seem very untrustworthy.

Think this chicken as been here from 1986, in other words dry! Disgusting dry is not the word, I was after a cheap bargain, never again this place needs to be closed down or start cooking fresh food

Hardly any cheese on the chips, curry was basically flavourless yellow water, the chilli sauce on the burger was disgusting and it took over 2 hours to deliver, will not be using again as there are about half a dozen alternatives in town that have much better food and can get my food to me in 30 - 40 minutes

I don’t think I will be ordering from this place again, my order was incomplete and late, I do not recommend this place to get your order to you by the estimated time they give you, if you do order from this place, I would suggest, you check the order before the cubby leaves, very disappointed with the service.

Just ordered from yourselfs and the chicken kebab has barely any meat and loads of salad, phoned the store and the excuse was that if there is salad there is less meat, at what point does that make sence?? The proportions of the food should all be equal, if this is how you treat your customers now, well im afraid I wont order again!

not had a marmaris for a year or so ,gave it a try and it was very nice ,best kebab I have in ages ,nice and hot and plenty of real chicken pieces , and fresh salad ,will defo be ordering again now ,very good 👍

The quality of food from this place isn't fit even for your dog seriously the gravy was literally a pot of Grease I'd of been so ill if I had of eaten the kebab meat smelt off and was like cardboard as if it have been left to rot! When called to inform them I was completely fobbed off customer care is diabolical I would highly recommend u find somewhere else to eat!

made my order over an hour ago, paid for it, it never showed up. now the store is closed and no way to contact them. I want a full refund and won't be ordering from here again

Have previously ordered and really enjoyed the food, tonight it was awful, donner kebab and donner and chips the meat was dry and overcooked like I'd been given the last on the spit. Chicken burger was half the size of the bun and very thin. Won't be ordering from here again, there is many kebab takeaways near here that are a lot cheaper too.

Poor very poor had one from here previously and it was decent enough tonight it was terrible donner meat was rock hard chips over cooked. Chicken burger well couldn't even call it that don't order that as a main meal it's small enough for a toddler. Never again.

A nice little takeaway. Order online prompts you to download their own app. So we did and placed order. When arrived to collect, staff hadn't seen the order so had to wait. Staff were very dismissive and not particularly friendly.... Food was ok. Wouldn't necessarily revisit

Delivery is always a little longer here but I enjoy the food so don’t mind too much .Decent offers and a good amount of choice .Ideal for when craving a take away.

Packaging had changes from being in same box to coming separate and the fries were cold and soggy which wasn’t great as you may expect and I also prefer the burger and fries in the same box as it keeps it more warm and less packaging over all 7/10

food took 2 hours to arrive, wouldn't have minded but it was stone cold!! phoned them twice to see where the order was and just said driver is on its way!! not the first time the foods been late and cold, definitely put me off. won't be ordering again. don't order the chips and cheese either you get the smallest amount of cheese on the chips! just pointless! order a chips and add your cheese on yourself.

I just want to start by saying the person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and apologetic, however I was really disappointed. Food was hugely late. When I called to check on progress I was told over and over that it was a couple of minutes. This therefore meant food was stone cold. Shame as the pizza looked great but obviously cold cheesy chips and pizza isn’t ideal. We paid £30 for our order. He said our area isn’t easy to deliver to, maybe don’t say you can then?
