I paid for garlic mushrooms and got onion rings that I don't like

Tasty, arrived on early and at last a decent portion as lately some places have been poor but plenty from here.

I am afraid I was unhappy with the chicken wrap. Nowhere on your menu does it say the chicken wrap is breaded chicken. This was a real disappointment

Review from yesterday. When the order eventually arrived one item was missing. Rang the place multiple times got through to then be asked “are you sure?” Had to phone AGAIN to ensure that the item was coming. We were then asked another time if we were sure the item was missing! Don’t waste your money here. Such a frustrating experience.

Food was cold when it arrived and was missing items from the order, when I rang and told them their response was are you sure. I then asked for it to be replaced and all they sent was a burger. Terrible customer service if you want nice hot food don’t order from here

Food 2 hrs late, staff rude on phone . Be. 10 mins . 40 mins later still no food. No answer phone now. Just eat app useless. Cold food , more salad than meat , burger no salad and thinner than a pizza. AVOID

Over 1:30minutes late, and wrong order.

Fries were soggy, no crunch at all, spicy chicken wings were not spicy really and very overcooked as the coating was very hard. The pieces of chicken were very dry and I suspect that they had been on the hot plate a long time as they were also overcooked and not fresh. The Donor kebab meat was passable, but both portions were small, never again!

I ordered at 6.30pm and my order arrived at 8.45pm. I tried calling and nobody was picking up and when they eventually did they kept saying on the way 10mins. 2.5 hours is not acceptable when the app said and still states 45-60 mins

Some of the chips were hard and cold. There wasn’t much cheese on the chips only cheese on the top and the bottom ones were normal chips.

Food was very disappointing, waited 1.5hrs delivery , the burger was extremely basic and overcooked just cheese on a dry piece of meat, chicken went in the bin was again dry and overcooked.

I ordered donner meat with garlic mayo and it came dripping with grease and no mayo on it at all. The cheese from cheesy chips had hardened because of how late it was and stuck to the styrofoam box which was coming off with the chips and the food was overall cold. Was not happy with this food which is a shame because it used to be great

I really can't complain about this place. I was skeptical because of the reviews but my god was I impressed. First of all the pizzas with the garlic sauce absolutely banging I loved it plus the chips can't go wrong on point. I know it sounds crazy but making a sandwich outta two slices of garlic donner pizza and chips hits hard would recommend. I do plan on ordering again.

Very clean place and friendly staff. 4 Stars as Delivery Time really needs to improve (I have previously waited 2 hours for their delivery service), as this is really the only thing letting down the establishment. I chose to collect this time around, and they were very prompt.

Ordered at 6:47, didn't progress at all until a minute before the delivery due time 8pm when it zipped straight past preparing and delivery to tell me my order had been delivered, it has not and looking at other reviews they seem very untrustworthy.

Think this chicken as been here from 1986, in other words dry! Disgusting dry is not the word, I was after a cheap bargain, never again this place needs to be closed down or start cooking fresh food

Hardly any cheese on the chips, curry was basically flavourless yellow water, the chilli sauce on the burger was disgusting and it took over 2 hours to deliver, will not be using again as there are about half a dozen alternatives in town that have much better food and can get my food to me in 30 - 40 minutes

I don’t think I will be ordering from this place again, my order was incomplete and late, I do not recommend this place to get your order to you by the estimated time they give you, if you do order from this place, I would suggest, you check the order before the cubby leaves, very disappointed with the service.

Just ordered from yourselfs and the chicken kebab has barely any meat and loads of salad, phoned the store and the excuse was that if there is salad there is less meat, at what point does that make sence?? The proportions of the food should all be equal, if this is how you treat your customers now, well im afraid I wont order again!

The quality of food from this place isn't fit even for your dog seriously the gravy was literally a pot of Grease I'd of been so ill if I had of eaten the kebab meat smelt off and was like cardboard as if it have been left to rot! When called to inform them I was completely fobbed off customer care is diabolical I would highly recommend u find somewhere else to eat!

not had a marmaris for a year or so ,gave it a try and it was very nice ,best kebab I have in ages ,nice and hot and plenty of real chicken pieces , and fresh salad ,will defo be ordering again now ,very good 👍

Have previously ordered and really enjoyed the food, tonight it was awful, donner kebab and donner and chips the meat was dry and overcooked like I'd been given the last on the spit. Chicken burger was half the size of the bun and very thin. Won't be ordering from here again, there is many kebab takeaways near here that are a lot cheaper too.

Order late and food stone cold shocking

They always say it’s been delivered when it hasn’t!… the food is always cold when will they sort this out

Poor very poor had one from here previously and it was decent enough tonight it was terrible donner meat was rock hard chips over cooked. Chicken burger well couldn't even call it that don't order that as a main meal it's small enough for a toddler. Never again.
