perfect delivery and amazing food

On a business trip and ordered in, thought I'd give this restaurant a try due to 4.5 rating. I'm half Italian so wasn't expecting Naples on a plate, but the pizza and garlic bread were just an over oily cheesy mess I'd expect from a late night take away to the point it was inedible as too greasy and not much topping apart from grease and cheese. Chicken wings were ok, but hardly any BBQ sauce on them, the wedges were the only passable part of the meal....really expected better than this 😞

ordered a pizza with tandoori chicken , mushroom , chilli and jalapeños , also extra chillis and mushroom . I received a pizza covered in jalapeños but no tandoori chicken ,or mushrooms ,or extra mushrooms ? literally all jalapeños , disappointed

Always our go to takeaway place, so much so they probably know our address off by heart. The delivery drivers are always friendly and they tend to deliver earlier than expected with food still hot and all items accounted for. I cannot recall having a bad experience with them once and the food is absolutely BANGING. I highly recommend the shawarma wrap and the shawarma loaded fries, which they have a meal deal for as well as other amazing deals. Thanks again Caprinos!

The food was excellent. We always order from here, instead of the other two big pizza companies. once you try them you won't go back. the loaded fries are sensational!!!

My order didn’t turn up, I tried to call the restaurant multiple times and had no answer

The food was of good quality but the food was supposed to arrive between 7.05 and 7.25pm. It didn’t arrive until around an hour later. No proper explanation given for delay. Whilst the driver apologised, there was nothing offered for the delay either. This isn’t normal, so hopefully just a bad day.

My food has not come and I have no credit to complain I want a refund

The delivery driver went to the wrong address again. He to 1St Johns Road instead of 1St Johns Court. Please can you correct this mistake so it doesn't happen again, thank you.

The fries tasted like they were bought from Aldi and cooked in the oven, I could not finish them. The Ben and Jerry’s was completely in explainable I had loads of clumps that tasted like they were the vegan one. It was not the vegan one and I think it had been sat in the freezer for several months and or been took out melted and put back in more then once. Apart from that the wrap was pretty nice and a good value for money and I can say the same for the chocolate pizza

I just hope that delivery can be within 30 minutes but overall I’m happy with the service.

When we spoke to the man on the phone we tried to emend our order as it added on another larger pizza for extra price and he just put the phone down on us and was very rude

Lovely but very filling though not a complaint as to me a filling meal is amazing. Would like to just comment the food was more lukewarm when I received it but that could be due to a long journey time to my location. Otherwise would reccomend

I ordered from just eat, they delivered to the wrong address, but the driver was very honest and very apologetic on the phone they prepared me another order and delivered it very quickly

Didn’t even come. Ordered at 12:53 restaurant closes at 1:30. 2 hours later phone goes straight to answer phone can’t get any update or cancellation or confirmation or anything from them. Why accept orders not to deliver them.

i never got my order I've been told "Enjoy your food!" twice at this point I've called 3 times each time being brought to voice mail, if you guys wasnt going to complete my order I wouldnt have bothered.

My pizza was like the frozen microwave Chicago pizzas you used to get. Hard upturned edges, plastic tasting pepperoni and cardboard cheese. Sent the wrong chicken wings, which were bland, breaded pieces. With a late delivery to top it off. Overall, really disappointing.

Food was delivered fast and hot. Pizzas were lovely, one of the best takeaway pizzas I've had. Garlic bread, wings and milkshakes were really nice as well. Would definitely recommend, one of the nicest takeaways in Wrexham.

The Shawarma wrap was an absolute flavor sensation. Tender, perfectly seasoned meat combined with fresh vegetables and a drizzle of creamy garlic sauce created the perfect balance of taste and texture

the lateness wasn’t too much of an issue for me, but they still gave a free carrot cake with my order which was really kind of them and the staff were really apologetic and understanding so i have nothing but good things to say about this place! 😊

Ordered quite late tonight, daughters fancied a late night sweet treat. So we ordered some warm chocolate cookies which were soo gooey, a biscoff milkshake and kitkat one and also a smash burger pizza with stuffed crust, so tasty. Barely even touched the sides. My daughter said your food is 100% 5* all day long.

The Mrs’s favourite pizza bar in all of Wrexham, she especially likes the special. Nice delivery guy too, almost banged his head on our porch though! Would love it more if the fries were better, they taste too frozen somehow. Either way we keep going back !!

We always order from here, and the pizza is always amazing. The delivery driver is so lovely, even remembering we had a newborn baby & noisy dogs, so rang rather than knocked on the door so she didn’t wake up! Brilliant service!

without doubt the best pizza in Wrexham. I'd go as far to say the only Pizza in town. Don't know the chaps name. however the tall driver who delivers is always the consument gentlman cannot recommend enough
