Ordered pizza driver couldn't find address 2 tiny pizzas cold and cost 20 pounds, overpriced not even very nice, called shop no answer, if they stay open I would be amazed, just go somewhere else,

I am writing to bring to your attention an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your establishment on the 26th of December 2023 wrexham branch. Regrettably, I encountered an issue when attempting to tender a £20 Scottish note for payment. I am aware that Scottish banknotes, including the £20 denomination, are legal currency and are issued under the authority of the Bank of England. Given that my last inquiry confirmed that your establishment accepts legal tender, including the English note, I was surprised by the refusal to accept the Scottish counterpart. I would appreciate it if you could provide a clear explanation for this discrepancy. I did not observe any signage indicating a non-acceptance of Scottish notes, and as such, I am seeking clarification to better understand the circumstances surrounding the rejection. While I understand that operational challenges may arise, I would like to emphasise the importance of ensuring that staff members are adequately trained to handle various legal tender, including those issued in different parts of the United Kingdom. If there are specific policies in place regarding the acceptance of certain banknotes, I would appreciate being informed so that I can better align my expectations accordingly. £31.45 for two TINY 7” pizzas and two small sides. Very over priced food, would not reccomend and won’t be ordering again.

The food itself was freshly prepared and tasted very well the only what I would suggest is to keep the wings slightly longer because they were undercooked however they still tasted very well. I haven’t been in the restaurant itself yet just ordered via just eat …. but maybe in the future I will make a visit

Have had several orders from Caprinos, We opt for the Pepperoni thin pizza, although not an Italian style they are tasty, Unlike other restaurants the pizzas are consistently topped, never burnt and arrive hot. Only downsize is the delivery can take a while on busy days and there isn't a tracker to keep you updated.

Ordered a pizza and the wrong pizza was delivered. I rang up and asked for the correct pizza. They said they would send it out. They never did!! And the staff were rude. I will not be ordering here again. Nor will I recommend it!!
