Pizza always on point; staff is very kind and sweet.

An awesome pizza hut take away always fresh and hot food never had a complaint for the 2 years Ive been having food from here the staff are brilliant and if you don’t know what deals to get they will happily arrange one for your needs

Food arrived much earlier than expected, to my surprise. Pizza wasn't fully cooked, with a majority of the toppings being either lukewarm or cold. Ended up trying to heat up the order myself, in an attempt to salvage what I had received. Would've preferred if the establishment took time to check that the order was ready to be delivered instead of just sending off an undercooked pizza to get the order completed faster.

I came in and was serviced by shift manager lucy, she was very helpful and showed me the best deals

Had vegetarian and Hawaiian. JoJy (I think it's his name the guy serving) as always very polite and helpful. Pizza was great and tried the new crust which was light and tasty. Great 👍

Ordered a medium hawian deep dish pizza with chicken and extra cheese for delivery . Pizza arrived 40 minutes later cold. Hardly any cheese and the crust looked like it had been sat on. Never again.

I will not be ordering from you again. I was ment to have to large pizzas and you sent to medium I asked for no tomatoes on the pizza and you put lots of little pieces of tomatoes on it it was not worth the £33

Just a heads up, ring to confirm if they received the order. Pizza hut lad, Tom, was brilliant, he said it hasn't connected to their system, once I rang after the delivery time passed, and they dealt with the order promptly and sent it out straight away. It was appreciated, thank you!

The pizza was cold and greasy. It had tomato base when I asked for barbecue. A complete waste of money this time

Food was decent when it finally arrived. Food was due to be delivered at 19:30, I called up at 19:45 to see where it was, only to find out the order wasn’t on their system. Finally got the food at 20:35. No compensation or apology. Please do better!

No stuffed crust - wasn’t told this either and still been charged for it too.

The order was great for the most part, the melts were great, unfortunately when i opened the ice cream it was like an orange sludge/sorbet type consistency potentially melted and has formed ice crystals after it’s been refrozen, so it’s had to be thrown away, but justeat have sorted that and I’m sure it was just a one off, rest of the order was great as usual

The website said 'enjoy your food' 45 minutes before I'd actually recieved my food. I called the restaurant twice to get it sorted. They apologized and resent out my order which included a cheese pizza for free.

App telling me order delivered, then a txt saying on way still had not arrived had to ring the restaurant twice will not be ordering from pizza hut again, or fix the app its shocking

I ordered the margharita pizza like I always do, this time it was a little burnt, maybe next time make sure what you send to customers, if you see it is burnt yes it is time consuming but make another one amd if the prder is late well its all about explaining and communication right? The rest of the order was lovely.

Delivery time is nowhere near what is stated when ordering, food was over an hour late than what was stated, for the food to then arrive nearly cold.

Accidentally ordered a meat supreme instead of veggie, being vegetarian it could have been a very disappointing evening, but I called the branch and they were happy to send a replacement. Great service. Thank you!

I ordered margarita (cheese and tomato) and I looked on the just eat app and it said it delivered it never came I think it’s sent it to the wrong house very very disappointed not happy a tall shocking isn’t the word

I ordered a 13 inch margarita and 4 pierces and garlic bread and it sent it to the wrong address and it said it sent to me but clearly didn’t not happy at tall shocking

Called to see where the order was 20 minutes after it was due to be told there was an issue with the printing machine for just eat orders and would be there in another 15 mins, 20 minutes after this it arrived there was a bottle of drink given as a apology but to be told there had been a mix up with the order and that’s why it was late so not sure who to believe just feel fobbed off with an excuse.

The pizza was very under average! Unable to cut the pizza properly becomes a real cause for concern. Miles behind the other main franchise pizza places. The word inferior can get used out context, but now would be the perfect example. Wouldn't recommend and won't be ordering again. (Ralph, the dog, enjoyed the crust. Hence the 2 stars)

No issues with the food, just poor delivery time. Ordered it at 15.45 to be delivered at 17.15, didn’t come til 18.15. Had to ring twice, offered free pizza next time but it’s not the pizza that was the issue, just poor delivery time. Bit gutted as they’re normally spot on, pizza was for children so you can imagine the amount of hangry going on in the house 🤦‍♂️

Just received my order at work for just under £50 and one of the items are missing. Tried calling the delivery location several times from different phones and no way of getting through. Not impressed.

Pizza black underneath all burnt looks like from a dirty pan. Rang to complain to be told by the manager he serves 100 people a day and I'm the only 1 to complain then said he has to go as hes busy! Shocking pizza hut

Food was good, but delivery is always later than the stated delivery time. Even on their own website they say if they're ten minutes later than their stated time they'll give you a £10 voucher. Never recieved any vouchers so complained via their customer service (Cs) portal, I had no response. Spoke to their Cs on messenger who informed me that the cs had messaged me and closed the case? I told them I'd recieved nothing, so they got Cs to contact me again and so when I recieved the email saying I had a message I checked and still nothing. Asked them on messenger again last night and still no response. So overall, good food but slow delivery, terrible customer service from the online services and won't be wasting my time or money with them again.

We just ordered a takeaway from here and ended up with deep pan crust instead of the Italian thin crust we ordered. Wouldn’t have minded that TOO much, but the pizzas actually had NO tomato sauce on the base. It was just like eating a very tasteless cheese on toast! And the nachos had almost no topping at all. We didn’t have time to go back to change it, but it’s a lesson learned. We certainly won’t be going to this branch again. Not a good advert for Pizza Hut at all.

Went with my daughter for a sit in meal and ordered two pizzas. 1 Meat feast and 1 pepperoni. I swear I could of got a £1 pizza from asdas with more toppings. I wouldn't recommend If you want value for money. Sorrry
