Pizza Hut in Wrexham

Absolute disgrace, ordered at 5.30. Says it’s been delivered on this app, it’s not been delivered! Called the store twice and get “my driver has left it will be 10 minutes “ that was 20 minutes ago! How can the order be delivered to the wrong address when you have a code given to confirm your order at the door!

The pizza was not given to me, but left in the yard near the dog. Naturally the dog ate my dinner. Courier "Thank you"

Very delicious, staff is very polite!

Although the delivery was very late it was an issue with Just Eats system and Pizza huts system. Basically, a member of their staff has to manually put just eat orders into their system. A member of staff didn’t see my order and, that is what caused the delay. The manager was fantastic and gave me an extra free pizza and ice cream to make up for the error. The food quality was outstanding and, the customer service was amazing too.

Food arrived much earlier than expected, to my surprise. Pizza wasn't fully cooked, with a majority of the toppings being either lukewarm or cold. Ended up trying to heat up the order myself, in an attempt to salvage what I had received. Would've preferred if the establishment took time to check that the order was ready to be delivered instead of just sending off an undercooked pizza to get the order completed faster.

I came in and was serviced by shift manager lucy, she was very helpful and showed me the best deals

Ordered a medium hawian deep dish pizza with chicken and extra cheese for delivery . Pizza arrived 40 minutes later cold. Hardly any cheese and the crust looked like it had been sat on. Never again.

I will not be ordering from you again. I was ment to have to large pizzas and you sent to medium I asked for no tomatoes on the pizza and you put lots of little pieces of tomatoes on it it was not worth the £33

Just a heads up, ring to confirm if they received the order. Pizza hut lad, Tom, was brilliant, he said it hasn't connected to their system, once I rang after the delivery time passed, and they dealt with the order promptly and sent it out straight away. It was appreciated, thank you!

Food was decent when it finally arrived. Food was due to be delivered at 19:30, I called up at 19:45 to see where it was, only to find out the order wasn’t on their system. Finally got the food at 20:35. No compensation or apology. Please do better!

No stuffed crust - wasn’t told this either and still been charged for it too.

The order was great for the most part, the melts were great, unfortunately when i opened the ice cream it was like an orange sludge/sorbet type consistency potentially melted and has formed ice crystals after it’s been refrozen, so it’s had to be thrown away, but justeat have sorted that and I’m sure it was just a one off, rest of the order was great as usual

The website said 'enjoy your food' 45 minutes before I'd actually recieved my food. I called the restaurant twice to get it sorted. They apologized and resent out my order which included a cheese pizza for free.

App telling me order delivered, then a txt saying on way still had not arrived had to ring the restaurant twice will not be ordering from pizza hut again, or fix the app its shocking

I ordered the margharita pizza like I always do, this time it was a little burnt, maybe next time make sure what you send to customers, if you see it is burnt yes it is time consuming but make another one amd if the prder is late well its all about explaining and communication right? The rest of the order was lovely.

Delivery time is nowhere near what is stated when ordering, food was over an hour late than what was stated, for the food to then arrive nearly cold.

Accidentally ordered a meat supreme instead of veggie, being vegetarian it could have been a very disappointing evening, but I called the branch and they were happy to send a replacement. Great service. Thank you!
