Pizza Hut in Wrexham

Food was 10/10. Delivery was quick. Recommend the bbq meat feast with the garlic crust it was amazing

Went in for collection, jojy (the guy serving) was very helpful and found us the best deal for the best price, and really helpful and friendly

Ordered a medium hawian deep dish pizza with chicken and extra cheese for delivery . Pizza arrived 40 minutes later cold. Hardly any cheese and the crust looked like it had been sat on. Never again.

Really greate pizza rlly good deals the only thing is it takes 10-15 minutes BUT WAS WORTH it!!!!

Ordered 2 pizza 1 came covered in oil (uneatable) phoned store manager sent out new pizza but came exactly the same. The rest of the order was nice and the service is good just a shame about the pizza

Have pizzas quite often from here delivered. However on this occasion there was far too much crust. Not enough topping. Shame as we always look forward to it.

Accidentally ordered a meat supreme instead of veggie, being vegetarian it could have been a very disappointing evening, but I called the branch and they were happy to send a replacement. Great service. Thank you!

Just ordered a pizza - AVOID! very rude customer service including been sworn by a member of staff. Stay away from these idiots!

The pizza was very under average! Unable to cut the pizza properly becomes a real cause for concern. Miles behind the other main franchise pizza places. The word inferior can get used out context, but now would be the perfect example. Wouldn't recommend and won't be ordering again. (Ralph, the dog, enjoyed the crust. Hence the 2 stars)

Just received my order at work for just under £50 and one of the items are missing. Tried calling the delivery location several times from different phones and no way of getting through. Not impressed.

Pizza black underneath all burnt looks like from a dirty pan. Rang to complain to be told by the manager he serves 100 people a day and I'm the only 1 to complain then said he has to go as hes busy! Shocking pizza hut

Food was good, but delivery is always later than the stated delivery time. Even on their own website they say if they're ten minutes later than their stated time they'll give you a £10 voucher. Never recieved any vouchers so complained via their customer service (Cs) portal, I had no response. Spoke to their Cs on messenger who informed me that the cs had messaged me and closed the case? I told them I'd recieved nothing, so they got Cs to contact me again and so when I recieved the email saying I had a message I checked and still nothing. Asked them on messenger again last night and still no response. So overall, good food but slow delivery, terrible customer service from the online services and won't be wasting my time or money with them again.

We just ordered a takeaway from here and ended up with deep pan crust instead of the Italian thin crust we ordered. Wouldn’t have minded that TOO much, but the pizzas actually had NO tomato sauce on the base. It was just like eating a very tasteless cheese on toast! And the nachos had almost no topping at all. We didn’t have time to go back to change it, but it’s a lesson learned. We certainly won’t be going to this branch again. Not a good advert for Pizza Hut at all.

Went with my daughter for a sit in meal and ordered two pizzas. 1 Meat feast and 1 pepperoni. I swear I could of got a £1 pizza from asdas with more toppings. I wouldn't recommend If you want value for money. Sorrry

Spot on. Told delivery would be between 45 & 55 min but arrived within 30min. Nice and hot and great taste. Certainly use again.

Tried pizzahut for the first time . Quality and taste of the product was so good . Even they got good offers. I will be back again .

Ordered myself a meat feast with cheesy bites. Took over an hour to arrive so the promise to deliver in 30mins is a load of rubbish. The pizza was the most blandest pizza I have ever had. It was disgusting totally disappointed. Will be writing to head office. Either employee new staff that can cook pizza or otherwise close the place down!

Easy to order on line, but when our food arrived it was cold. Disappointed!!

Ordered at 6:30 and website said within 30 minutes or £10 voucher...it arrived at 7:30 - no mention of the late voucher... When we came to eat the pizza it was stone cold!! Called the very rude staff and was just offered a free pizza next time...I paid for two large pizzas tonight that where cold though! Asked for the order to be sent again and was told all he could do was offer me a free pizza next time. Will be contacting the head office on monday about it. Will take to facebook and twitter to advise of the poor quality and service - Use the other pizzahut near the post office sorting office and collect yourself. Absolute crap service from this Pizza hut

Ordered at 6pm, said it would take 35-45 mins. 7:25 still no delivery so phoned to be told it was on its way. 8pm still no delivery phoned again to be told it's on its way. Still awaiting delivery at 8:10pm. Either a snail is delivering it or they simply can't be bothered. Shame really as I've used them alot and they usually deliver ahead of the alotted time.

Requested by one get one free one 8 inch One just cheese one with beef chicken onion and mushroom. Chicken wings 21. When I asked what for they dropped amount to £19 When I came home no beef no chicken 🙄 Won't go again

We ordered a large pizza and two sides at 6.40, it arrived at 7.30, 20 minutes late, ok this can happen however they had the wrong post code on the receipt so he went elsewhere, then he dropped the order spilling the nachos, he promised to deliver another order, the order do not arrive, when we rang back at 7.55 he had not re-ordered, so the manager credited us with some free items for our next order. When we rang again at 9.15 he then said they would not be delivering the nachos as he had credited our account. so in effect we have paid for an order we have not had, not impressed very poor. Poor attitude from manager who got really shirty and argued with me when I told him I was not happy!

Blandest pizza I've ever had, tiny amount of sauce and a sprinkle of cheese, would not us recommend if ever use again

The restaurant is fantastic but when I had ordered a delivery last week, I was extremely disappointed, the pizzas were so overcooked they had no taste atal, the cheese was no existent and the tuna was no where to be see and I won't be ordering online again

En primer lugar, miembros del personal era amable cuando me llamó para confirmar tiempo entregado. La orden fue entregada a tiempo cotizado y el conductor era muy amable y profesional. Pagamos un poco menos de £18 para una fiesta y un gran tamaño peperoni suprema de pollo (que todavía es muy caro con 50% de descuento).Fiesta peperoni era muy mala relación (parecía nada como las fotografías en línea). Me llamó para transmitir mi decepcionado y me dijeron que realmente poner algunas de las rebanadas de queso (bajo el 18 piezas de mi hijo contó en total).Yo preparada de pizza en el restaurante chester a mediados de los 90, y su una vez estricto estándar de preparación y cantidades ciertamente ha sido perdido ya que mover de Whitbread de Yum. Mmm es una de esas compañías que simplemente no contestan cartas queja (traten con desdén).Nos acercará a Pizza Express de ahora en adelante!

En línea ordenados. No pude cambiar de ranura la entrega poner en notas de entrega "vigilará" y lo antes posible después de 10 minutos 'Rang ranura para informar no llegamos. Dicho conductor izquierda hace 15 minutos, dije comida fría como live 5 minutos. Finalmente llegó la Orden 35 minutos después de tragamonedas. Toda la comida sosa y seca, de muy mala calidad, no en todas. No usar de nuevo, pérdida de dinero.

Disgusting Food always burnt or somethings always wrong with order. Staff extremely rude doesnt help they dont speak a word of english either. Dont use unless your really drunk and desperate for an overpriced pizza.

Hicimos un Pizza Hut llevar la orden. Se tardó años en conseguir entregado, y cuando lo hacía era tibia y la parte superior de la caja de la desprendidas de un montón de queso. Era repugnante. Cuando ordene una marca de reputación de confianza, tales como Pizza Hut, uno esperaría un servicio mucho más profesional. Sí, puede haber sido una enfermedad/falta de empleados, pero esto debería haber sido mencionado cuando pedí en el teléfono. Lo que más me decepcionó fue y no será con este nuevo!

Ordered at 6.15 to be delivered at 7.15. After several phone calls to ask where the delivery was they constantly said it will be there in 5 minutes! Eventually arrived at 8.20 COLD!! Demanded HR number to claim a refund. I'll be going to Domino's next time definitely!

Used this place on numerous occasions as my boys school bus stop was opposite (unfortunately). I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They normally take around 15-20 minutes before they are ready and if you collect them they are always piping hot. If you have them delivered I have to say they are only just warm even though they wrap them up in pouches. I have picked up a couple of wrong orders on occasion but they rectified this immediately making a fresh pizza and letting you have the wrong order as well. Reasonably priced.

Pizza was good. Service was crud.
