Perfect Pizza in Wrexham

Not only did it coat my hands and lips with oil, but it also left a lingering sensation in my throat, causing discomfort. Overall, a disappointing experience deserving of only one star."

I wouldn't order from here the delivery drivers are awful and lie thru there teeth left a massive review on just eat to awful!!! The lady answering phone nice lady but drivers!!!! OUTRAGEOUS

Ordered a value box and not impressed the tiny amount of donner meat that was on there was a joke an also ordered a strawberry cheese cake it came frozen I won't ordered from here again

Not really impressed. Kids meals were fine. But the chicken from the mighty box for one was inedible it was definitely old pieces. for an order that cost £37 I would have expected better. Won't be ordering again.

** delivery late 1 hour 15 minutes ** did not get my drinks ** staff behaviour was not good.they need to learn how to talk with customers . i ordered some food for delivery .the delivery i got after 1 hours 40 minutes.its to late and i contact with them over the phone but the staff behaviour was not good .it was rude also i did not get my drinks what i ordered.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery. Phoned then up unapologetic no care in the world. When the food finally arrived it was stone cold I had to heat it up in the microwave.

Delivery was well over what they told me on the phone. I already paid for my delivery so I had to wait until they showed up. Foods still not here. I won’t order from here again.

The food was disgusting for the price. I bought the chicken variety box for £19.99 and there wasn’t enough to feed two. The chicken was dry. I also added a portion of cheesy chips but they came without cheese on. The chips tasted like grease. They forgot to add the dips to the meal to make matters worse as the chicken was that tasteless and dry. I phoned to complain and was told they’d offer money off my next meal. I won’t be using them again so that’s completely useless to me. The only good thing about the meal was the bottle of tango. I could have gotten so much more food from else where for £25. I won’t ever be making that mistake again. I’ve got hungry kids after forking out for a meal that was inedible and the takeaway couldn’t care less

Waited over an hour saying they tried to ring me but didn’t, then said I had to pay an extra £5 for re delivery, then went to collect it and it was a regular instead of a large.

Ordered last week .. waited 2 hours for the food to be delivered. When it finally came it was all cold and pizza was squashed. Phoned them up and was told all they could do was offer us money off next time. Gave them the benefit of the doubt so ordered again tonight and was only offered 10% discount as the manager wasn’t there to offer anything else. Agreed to order it anyway. Called them back a couple of minutes later to say we would collect it but the phone got put down on us as the woman on the phone spoke very poor English. When arriving at the store we were told our order was cancelled because the woman on the phone didn’t know what we were saying when we simply asked to collect instead of deliver. Terrible service. Would. It order again.

Bloody awful. Arrived 1.5hours late even after me calling and speaking to two different women(both twice). It arrived and opened then boxes completely cold. I’ve had a refund but still an absolute pain all of it . Won’t be ordering again

Ordered food from here last night (Wednesday) for the first time. Phoned after an hour and a half after placing the order as the food hadn't turned up. Was told it would be five minutes. 25 minutes later it arrived. My chicken was burnt, my potato skins were cold, my partner's chips had been reheated and his kebab was boiling at the top, but cold at the bottom suggesting it had also been reheated. We ate it because by that point we were too tired and hungry to care (it was 1am). And since eating it my partner has been throwing up and running to the toilet. Terrible food and terrible service. Will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered four chicken meals with family. Every single one of us were ill. All that evening and the following day. Days later we were still bad. Would not recommend. The chicken was barely tasty and the fries were dry. Wont be back, will opt for other takeaway options.

My husband rings up at 2050 to order a pizza he was told an hour at 21.35 he had a phone call back off perfect pizza saying they’re going to have to cancel his order as they only had 1 driver in and in high demand Wht didn’t thet say that when he first rang up after waiting 45 minutes then to cancel it Service is absolutely diabolical

Have been ordering from you twice a week most weeks. The last multiple times you don't read anything on the notes and just throw together what you want. Don't bother putting no sauce on as that will be completely ignored. Will never order from you again take notice of your orders while you still have a business left to run. STAY AWAY!!!

Appalling customer service Over 2 hour delivery time after being told ‘40 to 45 minutes’ to which there response was ‘we are very busy’. No other restaurant seems to have this problem. No apology given or explanation.

Utterly shocked at the poor service... Waited an hour & twenty minutes for 2 pizzas, called them 3 times to chase with no answer. Finally found the text chase option on just eat's email & tried that - they called me back to say my order is going to be another hour!!! Over 2.5 hours for 2 pizzas... It would have been faster to make them myself from scratch! Needless to say, we bought quick cook ones from the Co-op instead so no idea if their pizza is actually any good... Regardless we will not be attempting to order from them again.

They tried to bribe me my money back to change a Review and cus I didn't change it they didn't give my money back instead just given me a pizza that was still disgusting

The delivery drivers were very Polite and good to deal with. Conclusion Good pizza, polite delivery drivers but very poor service. Won't be giving them our custom again.

I am not local, but I have been visited Perfect Pizza - Wrexham twice. I found theme very professional and friendly with me and my family. We ordered few pizza and thoser were so delicious. Very poor service and poor quality food. Added additional time once the delivery time had been reached. Order was showing out for delivery for over 20 min, we live 5 min away! Food arrived cold and poor quality. Tou could tie it in knots it was like rubber. Garlic bread with cheese, least amount of cheese I have ever seen, i feel like we have deprived the resident mouse! Pizza cold, rubbery and minimal topping. Chicken donner with pita, looks plentiful and may be nice if it was hot. Some pieces of chicken luke warm others cold. Salad looked nice and well presented. Always ordered classic crust think they must have changed to the most economical base possible not had them this thin previously Enjoyed many orders over the years, this was our first order for a few months would not order again, plenty of other places in Wrexham that will appreciate the custom

Since they’ve had new owners the service has become the worst! Tonight they didn’t bother being outside my flat as usual they had me walk to a nearby car park! While in my pjs! And plus because I had my phone to call the driver I ended up dropping my phone and breaking it when he dumped the food in my arms took the money and left!

After waiting over 2 hours for our order, we were starving, by the time it arrived the chicken was tough, dry and inedible, the bottle of pop that comes with the meal didn't come with the delivery, and the driver just shrugged. Never had an issues before but I certainly am not impressed with the service tonight

I have been a customer for many years, the l Past 6 months since the new owners the service has been really poor.. 4 times now the order has been late, currently tonight its 1.4 hours late... food can be cold, service when you call is really poor, I.e cant reach the driver or its 5 mins away... complete rubbish, bring back the old owners

Ordered a special burger, doner meat was pink in the middle, Also ordered a doner kebab and got a box of doner meat - no pitta bread. When queried was told pitta bread is extra.

I can only speak of a 2 piece chicken meal, which is almost always my meal for take away/fast fiod When they make it fresh and juicy one feels like nothing like it. But disappointingly very often it's poor tast every dry, rock solid crest and can say with certainty they are "not fresh" and probably sitting there for many days

Had kebab meat in a nann.....never again the nann was rock hard and even the bits that had mayo and kebab juice on them were rock hard too had to bin the whole lot very disappointed

I ordered food. I waited 2 hours, then went to sleep. The next day I called and the lady who works there said that there was a driver, but nobody was at home. I came to the window every few moments and checked when the driver arrived. Then she said that at 6 pm he will be a manager and will call back to us. Nobody called. I tried to call again 6 or 7 times, but they blocked my number. Very poor.

Ordered from here a few times but I definitely won’t be again, food was all cold when it got here, the burger was wrong, and the chilli cheese bites were awful and tasted out of date, should just stick to making pizzas😷

By far one of the worst takeouts I have ever had. They don't seem to care what they serve you, brown lettuce on my burger with 4 tiny strands of onion and to top it off my chips are black.

To save cooking for 17 friends we ordered the mega party banquet, it was fantastic great pizzas and all the sides, loads of food and some was left for the next day,yum yum. The service was great, I will be ordering from here again, great value for money. And delicious food.

Used before as a collection in the past and they were great. But seems like people take the mick a little bit with the hole "ahh well its being delivered so what they don't know until we've gone won't harm them". My kebab was hard and greasy, the chips were stone cold and dry.. And to top it all off, the garlic bread was something I would have got out of lidls freezers for 49p.. Paying £2.69 for that again? Nope..

Pedimos un pollo y Donnor kebab mató cuando llegó no tenía una ensalada o pan pitta sólo carne. La col no es la mejor, además de muy pequeñas en comparación con otros lugares. kebab Las patatas fritas eran medio cocinado y pasada. En el lado positivo el pan de ajo con queso era muy agradable.

Called to make an order the man on the other end could not speak very well and made ordering extremely difficult also asking if i wanted double the chips with my meal very odd and even got the order wrong when it was delivered to me, also the WORST chips i have ever had i will never order from here again!

After ordering many times from here I will never ever order again their customer service and attitude is shocking, My autistic brother and his girlfriend ordered food and they completely got it wrong wich is fine mistakes happen but then refuse to replace it or change it until you argue then you have to wait until the next day when they had no food to eat, anyone who knows someone with autism will know if they don't like spicy foods they are not going to order a pizza with spicy meat and spicy peppers on it I am so so disappointed I don't know what's happened to this place I will definitely be using the many other places in Wrexham over this one!!!
