Perfect Pizza in Wrexham

The chips were stone cold, they got my order wrong & it was so greasy.

Very little toppings, I paid £1 something for extra sauce and had a drizzle of ketchup on the top, definitely will not be ordering again!

Missing the cheese chips i ordeded so need a refuns of £1.50

I ordered a kebab wrap I am very disappointed on wasting money on something I always enjoy this was just upsetting . The meat was not kebab meat you usually have I had big chunks of unknown meat the meat was hard so I opened it and saw this it’s not kebab meat it’s like thick rib meat

The food arrived late, not to mention the delivery guy was gonna leave it on the doorstep of the wrong house until we looked outside and asked if that was our order while he was walking back towards his car. Not only the call me crazy but we got a tiny pizza that looks like a slice was cut out! Because the pizza doesn’t match up. The food we did eat not that pizza because we found that odd, was nothing great it was eatable but nothing special. The kebab was a bit dry and they were stingy on the sauce. Burger was ok very massive which was nice but taste was again just ok. I don’t think I’ll be reordering, had them.

Didn’t get what I asked for had this wrap many times never ask for salad as allergic to onions food came with salad and full off onions

The food was not cooked properly and was cold when turned up , then to eat it wa shift dripping in grease

They took a delivery request from me on Wrexham Eats. The food arrived over 2 hours passed the committed time frame of 40 mins. The delivery guy said they were busy, and it would have been easier if I went to pick it up. Errmm!?!? I paid for a delivery! In between I made calls and got told "5 minutes". I have an idea, don't commit to deliveries if you can't deliver! Safe to say I won't be ordering from there again!

Sent me chicken instead of Donar, I don’t eat chicken.

Good place for when you fancy a late night snack with a couple of alcoholic beverages. food is really nice and rewards scheme is a good gimick. 10/10 for food that is why im a repeat customer.

I ordered food through uber eats which took an hour and 30 minutes to arrive. I called to check the progress of the order and they replied it would be ready ‘in 20 minutes’ which was a lie. I then called once an hour had passed and they said it was on its way. It took another 30 minutes to arrive. I wouldn’t trust their delivery times if you are after food.

Chips were like rubber, pizza black, brown lettuce, absolutely vile !!! 2hrs late

Unfortunately the order took almost 2 hrs to arrive it was cold and not very nice

Waiting 2 hours says it’s delivered and it’s not I’m falling asleep

Says my order was delivered 3:05 was delivered about 4:14 this is not the drivers fault at all from what I can say. Always got food from this place but tonight I am not impressed at all lying about the delivery time then I fall asleep because of how long it is taking. When the expected delivery what 20 to 3 in the morning then coming over 1 hour late and lying about the delivery time not impressed at all

I waited over 2 hrs once came the food was not even cooked the chips was still frozen in the middle and the doner meat was whiteish pale

Milk shake was made with gone off milk, and my child ingested this!!!!! both burgers and buns were burnt and chips were soggy. ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS!!!!

Forgotten items again and looked like it was thrown in the box, not impressed and we order often but lately missing items a lot

I don't think I need say much more than the pictures are already saying. What an absute embarrassment of pizza! Wanted a pizza.. says it in the name. Should have gotten the Chicago Town microwave kids pizzas. They're bigger! 10 quid each these cost me! 10 quid! Im embarrassed for them. Just go anywhere else even if the speciality isn't pizza. We ordered a deep pan and standard. All pizzas were exactly the same size. Can't read. Can't cook. Can't make a pizza. Yes they are my 1 year old hands!! 10 quid each! Edited in response to owner since I've seen his previous responses. I ordered 3 pizzas at £10 quid each. Why did you not make normal size pizzas for the price instead of small ones knowing the response? If you had these offers? As a manager or staff member why did you not look at these pizzas and think, this is a ridiculous price for the size of these pizzas. Even on delivery which was yourself you embarrassingly commented on the size of the pizzas yourself . So you were fully aware which now just makes you look unprofessional trying act like I can't read a menu and not you can't understand sizes 😏😏 as an owner! Delivaroo agreed.. I got my money back 😂

Pizza was cold, my arm pits are warmer.which am sure kebab will be. Couldn't find the the extra pizza for £2.99. I don't think I will order again, and yes kebab was cold tasteless. How to waste £19.08 for something you can't eat. Beans on toast tonight with cheese

the food was tasty but the portions were minute and £30 was very pricey given the small amounts.

They did not give the free gift as the order was over 30£ I did attach a note with the order

garlic bread was dry and slightly burnt but overall great food

driver had forgotten to give us our burger, so we rang restaurant they said he will be back in 5 minutes, 20 minutes later we called again because no show. chatting on the phone to a lady and then she handed the phone to a man and he pretended that the line was breaking up by making noises down the phone and then he hung up, so rude!!

Pizza arrived burnt (literally to a crisp) phoned to to ask for another one to which they replied, well another one won’t be much better!

Food was late tonight which is unusual, can only imagine they were really busy. Taste of the food was lovely as always but not as hot as normal.

My order was missing the drink and the cheese cake I was sent was 6 days expired

Food was cold, extremely expensive for what I got. Garlic bread was 4.99 for a 3pieced slice of bread!! Donner wrap was very disappointing and did not have a good taste at all this, this was left and wasted. Also asked for garlic mayo on this donner wrap yet I only got lettuce - very dry!

Ordered pizza at 11:30pm. It’s 1:40am and still waiting. When I call it’s “on its way”. Never ever order from here. For clarity regarding reply. They never called me to offer a refund. I ordered via the Wrexham Eats app.

2 hours late. still didn't get my order. spending 19 quid on a small portion of curly fries and cheese that was ment to have chilli sauce and mayo on it. and chicken zinger tower burger with sauce. one it wasn't a zinger burger and no sauce. lost customer. rude customer service

Should of checked the reviews before ordering there are way to many apologie responses in the reviews than any other fast-food I have ever seen. Not that much of a perfect pizza quite standard at best and a bit too salty and pricey even on a promotion, paid £3.50 for a warm bottle of coke I expected it to be cold for the extra price, highly doubt I'll buy again, I would recommend testing charcoal grills pizzas for an idea of a good pizza and great price. Work on your standards not your apologies
