not recommended , just cancel food after call to ask where it my food after 1 hr .. Now always just cancel order on my (just & eat web said) they must remove that fast food shop form Just eat web said

Fantastic food and fantastic people who cook it.

I usually love pizzano and use them regularly, however the sauce they’re using currently that they claim is garlic Mayo is DEFINITELY NOT garlic Mayo, tastes nothing like garlic!!

Order showed up after about an hour or so, despite them telling me it would be 25 minutes on the phone 🤷‍♂️ Spent £32 on food at PIZZAno only for the PIZZA to not show up with order. The driver also told me he had knocked on the wrong door and tried delivering the food to someone else, which I had already paid for. Donner wrap was quite nice and the pizza was average when it finally arrived.

Ordered at 8pm. Food didn't arrive until 10pm. We only ordered a pizza and a burger. Very disappointed food was definitely not worth the wait.

😆 2nd time ordering from this place and both times Absolutely gorgeous and my new place to order when I fancy this kind of take out. Not a bad word to say great value for money big portions tasted fresh can't recommend this place enough 👌

We arrived at the Premier Inn Wrexham after a drive of 250 miles only to find that the hotel wasn't serving food due to a shortage of staff. We found Pizzano on FoodHub, the order arrived very promptly, the delivery guy was really friendly, the order was 100% accurate and the food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. This deserves 0 stars!! Ordered food, had to contact about delivery on numerous of times. They delivered the food to a wrong address. they left the food on the door step of another address then argued the fact that my address is wrong! I showed proof of my address as stated on my council tax letter. They finally delivered food to my address, but only to get inside my home to find the food they delivered was the exact food that was left on someone else’s doorstep... it was stone cold!! Customer service absolutely disgusting as the food! STAY AWAY!! #Coldfood

Last time I went i seen the owner hitting a customer over the head with a knife sharpener... will never use again

Staying away for work. Decided to order some food of Just Eat. Pizzarano looked good. Ordered my food and it came relatively quickly. I was soon disappointed when I got the food, pizza was Greasy, Chips were cold. I then rang up to complain and the women on the phone was one of the rudest person I’ve spoke to and then claimed ‘no-ones complained about our Pizza’s before’. However, I’ve seen several reviews stating the same as me. She then proceeded to hang up on me. Awful food and awful service!!

By far, better pizzas in my opinion than pizza hut or domino's plus a far better price. Fancy pizza don't bother with the generic brand places, try these instead.

Delivery guy tried to make sexual advantage to me and came in my house with out my promision i was very shaken up and angry at what had happened

Ordered at 12.50 was told delivery half an hour food gets here at 1.48 with no chips which we order and cold food what a waste of 12 pond phone up and get the most vile attitude on the phone because there "busy" first time ordering won't be ordering again!! Worst food and customer service I've ever experienced actually laughed down the phone as he didn't care wouldn't recommend at all if I could put no rating I would that's 1 rating but puts 2!! Make that minus 2!
