Food was cold and under cooked. Thin & crispy and deep pan pizza base are the same apparently

Garlic bread was light and airy, kebab was nice and fresh. Burger could have been cooked a little less. But, overall spot on!

Took about half hour for a 10 minute drive. Chips were cold and hard and they sent out the wrong wrap.

Best 'affordable' pizza I've had, felt fresh and was still hot upon arrival. I have ordered from here multiple times and the food never disappoints.

Chips were actually wet and no coleslaw, for just short of 20 quid, not impressed, used to be really good this place, gone downhill.

Never had issues with Pizzano until today, didn’t send salad on burger or wrap, no sauces, not even the extras we ordered so everything was dry. Wrap was hard also. Gutted

I've got a be honest for someone that uses this service a lot this is a great place to order from the menu is diverse, the food is always hot and Fresh, not only that but quality aswell. If for example I've ordered 50 times I've had 48 orders absolutely spot on. So often the delivery driver could be the difference.

Pizzano's quality hasn't been the best in recent months, so I was a little apprehensive about ordering from them tonight. I am pleased to report, however, that not only was the food delicious, the service was exemplary. I ordered two bottles of Pepsi, but recieved two Cokes instead owing to a shortage on their part. Now, I can't drink Coke for dietary reasons, but upon being informed of this, the already apologetic driver was kind enough to take said bottles from me, drive to the nearest shop and replace them himself. Not only that, but the Pepsis he got were larger than what I would ordinarily have received. That's top-notch. I only regret that I failed to ask his name.

This place is open late so I sometimes order from them. They’re average with most items but this order i again made the mistake of ordering chicken and it’s not good. Their pizza and garlic bread is ok. Chips and chilli is good though. Overall if nowhere else is open they’ll do the job but otherwise I’d pick somewhere else. Dodge the chicken too it’s near tasteless and what taste there is is bad.

Food wasn't of the quality I've come to expect from them, my chicken was covered in a kind of disgusting greasy batter rather than the usual breadcrumbs and despite my ordering four 1.5 litre bottles, I recieved two bottles and the equivalent of one in cans. This is admittedly a step up from the usual can situation where I'd recieve the equivalent of maybe half a bottle, but that's hardly the point. I've been a loyal and satisfied customer for years. Do better.

Got my order wrong, rang to tell them it was wrong and was told a replacement would be sent straight away (seems straight forward enough) Two hours later I received a phone call tell me he was outside with my food. TWO HOURS!! And they find this acceptable. Safe to say won’t be ordering from them again.

Wish I'd gone Papa Johns! Onion rings were anaemic white, chips were full of black bits in the potatoes used. Both were saturated in grease and went in the bin! Pizza made me wish I'd gone PJs! Everything sodden with grease.

My food arrived and it was wrong, after phoning the restaurant, they quickly sent out the correct order and was apologetic. The food was very nice and apart from the minor inconvenience of the food being wrong, the food was amazing and I would highly recommend it.

Ordered two chicken burgers (one zinger one standard) Special quarter pounder. Seafood pizza. Everything was just so sweaty, all the burgers had basically turned to what you could describe as sludge! I don't understand these companies inability to provide decent food for the price you pay. Things like chips, buns and even pizza need to breathe. Wrapping them in those polythene takeaway tubs and then tying a plastic bag around them is just asking for the food quality to turn to rubbish. Talking more about the food quality, it was just cheap, you'd get better at McDonald's.
