Ordered netflix box for 2. Chicken was burnt and that red doner meat was like rubber. No ta.

The burger was made terribly. 3 months ago when I ordered, I was very satisfied. However, today the burger had no cheese, it was dry and the Cheetos inside were not the ones offered on the website. I probably won't come back

Visited Smash & Dough hoping for a delicious meal after seeing their Netflix Box Burgers. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The fries were just average, nothing to write home about. The red Doner Meat was passable, but the real disappointment lay in the Netflix Box Burgers. Contrary to the mouth-watering photos, the burgers had a thin patty and lacked flavor, leaving a lot to be desired. Costumer service was very good, the people inside were nice. However, If you're looking for a tasty burger, you might be better off heading to McDonald's.

Ordered a netflix box on Saturday which was amazing, burgers are something else! Even went back a few days later to get a few more burgers.

Same experience yesterday as mark ordered from here hour delivery spent £22 kebab meat was over cooked and cold chips shocker burger was nice but tiny gutted

Just had a food delivery and it's terrible food, cold uncooked chips which were inedible, smash burgers were luke warm at best, almost invisible cheese, a McDonald's burger would have been better. £20 for 2 tiny burgers and chips too horrible to eat. Never again.

Ordered today and had a call to explain they were out of the chicken for the box ordered but quickly offered alternatives. The food was simply delicious and although the delivery was a bit late it (not at all bothered though as it was weekend), I will definitely be ordering again! Definitely a place on the up and up
