The best restaurants in North Wales

The team are always very cheerful, even when under pressure. We like the new menu, especially the Philly cheese steak pizza. It was heaving when we came in off the boat on bank holiday Sunday, but the team were coping very well. Hats off to you all.

Visited today on my way through to our holiday home with the family, need to share the wonderful customer service me and my family received by Alex, young lady with red long hair. We had already sat for hours in traffic, and just needed a break from the road and Alex was so kind to the kids and friendly, made us feel really relaxed and made us all smile. Highly recommend. Lovely tidy, quick service also. Very professional role model for any customer service, well done Starbucks

Staff were fast friendly and polite food was very nice fresh hot and tasty.

Gary, his wife, whippet & terrier, and barman Archie made us welcome loved the friendly bar with no kids allowed, & great music inc Smalltown Boy

Nice driver didn't knock the door cos I was there before he could knock it

Order sweet and sour prawn balls and they sent chicken balls. Phoned to complain and they sent prawn balls covered in that much batter they were inedible. Also sweet and sour sauce was like water. Won't order from here ever again

Great place Food is amazing I. Definitely recommend allways time and hot Delivery. Drivers are helpfull ordered a bunch of times. From here allways my number one 🥇 Chips are perfect and also got a burger brill I wish. There were more words to describe this amzing place always ready for a Kamranz x Delivery drivers always come with a smile it's clean inside an great place definitely recommended 😋🫶

Pre booked the Christmas Dinner and paid for it ( 3 course meal), had it delivered, the portions were massive and could easily have been shared between 2 possibly 3 people - definitely going to be coming back and we'll worth £35 and free delivery. Hope the driver is okay, merry Christmas everyone ❤️

Stopped by for some food before a trip up Snowdon the following day. Both my friend and I really enjoyed our meals and the staff there that night (Rachel & Danny) were super friendly and helpful. Def call back next time I'm up this neck of the woods.

I have someone else's order not happy one bit

We have been going here for many years. More than I would like to say. Recently they have handed over parking to Smart Parking. I have received a parking notice for £100.00 despite entering our car reg on a tablet at the entrance, and eating breakfast. (Which was £31.80) This is the second time this has happened. I have contested it again but its a lot of time consuming hassle. I refuse to pay it. We wont be visiting any more. Once is a pain, twice is unacceptable. They have lost a very long term customer. I sure they won't care. Be warned. The parking system is a scam.

Maybe as they stop serving anything but tea after 16.30 (the time we arrived) they should let people know on the door. The tea, though good, came in teapot severely stained on the outside of the spout. We poured into dripping wet cups. So eager to finish, the staff (cheery and pleasant)swept the floor around the remaining customers but only into heaps,while another cleaned out the coffee machine. We left at 16.50. still not closing time .
