The best restaurants in North Wales

I visited on the first days of January and am pleased that the review from the person on the 24th indicates that every issue that was the complete opposite in my experience had been addressed and it's marvelous that attitudes and service have been turned around completely. A magic wand has be waved so I look forward to a pleasant experience on my next visit.

Stumbled across here and glad I did. Not only was it great service but was really pleased as a vegetarian that we were catered for and not just vegans. The burger were lovely too and not that pretend meat style which I don't like. The sides were banging and the guy who served even suggested to put the chilli's on the side for me which was a nice touch. Thank you for some lovely food.

I would like to know why each time iv visit the staff are uninterested, unwelcoming, and treat you like an inconvenience to there conversation it's the same in the mold shop? I've stopped going in there as its starting to irritate me with there miserable what do you want attitude, almost robotic

Popped in for a roast beef bap and they were just about to clean and pack away the pans, as it was after normal lunch hours. They still offered to make it, fried off the fresh onions and heated the beef up in the pan. The bap was cut in half and presented well, in a box. Perfect for my partner, who is a driver and needs to eat on the go. He said it was absolutely delicious, asked where it was from and was so grateful after a late lunch break during a 12 hour shift. Thank you! I visited last week for a sausage roll too, which was packed full of meat, really tasty and served hot. They also serve jacket potatoes and hot pies at reasonable prices. Great selection of deli items, frozen pastries, ice cream, cakes, condiments etc. So much choice for a small place. Read some reviews that customer service isn’t good, but both times I’ve been in, staff were polite, efficient and chatted. No complaints from me and will definitely go back.

Have now been half a dozen times and its the same every time - slow to take an order, slow to serve the food unbelievably slow to get a bill and take payment. The foods good, the prices are reasonable but with 5 staff in the place during our last visit and only 6 customers the poor service is the reason we now go elsewhere.

Worst coffee and for £3. London prices for hot dregs, avoid.

Pessimo, sporco, da chiudere. Appartenente un hotel ma in pratica un incubo. Molto vecchio e solo parzialmente rimesso a posto. Pavimento sportivo. Armadio con indumenti di alle persone. Un calzino sotto un mobile. Materasso sfondato.

Very welcoming cafe. The warm Bara Brith in particular was really good, with Good coffees and gas as well. Staff excellent. Gift shop also really Good.

Excellent food and service from Habibis. It arrived within 20 minutes. Order notes followed. Burger was flavoursome, chips were hot and crispy, and the hot wings are actually spicy! They didn't have any curry sauce, but a cash refund wash given upon delivery.

Ordered Cheesy chips and gravy was told they had no cheese so went to the shop to get our own cheese to discover when we got home that there was cheese and no gravy. Will not be returning.

Came to visit with my grandchildren after been recommended quite a few times. Whole experience from start to finish was awful. No booking system so you just turn up wait for a table to become free pay for an hour. No communication from staff or noticed advising this. What made it worse a man came along with family of 5 said I work here and was let in right past everyone that had been in the queue. Accept there may be perks for being a staff member but shouldn’t be allowed to jump the queue especially as they did not pay. Noticed the said family eating and drinking their own food bought in when clear notices against this. Young lady said have cleared your table it ready. We ended up wiping it ourselves with baby wipes along with the chairs before we could sit down. Bits of disguarded food all over the dirty floors clearly a slip hazard. Older children playing in the toddlers area wasn’t safe for my granddaughter. Waited 15 mins to be served 2 coffees with no one in front of me. Young staff gave no idea what they are doing. Just stand and stare at you blankly. No management around to delegate duties. We ended up coming out after 35 minutes and won’t be returning !!!

Overpriced and milkshake wasn’t very nice, also more like ice cream than a milkshake. I was also sick several times after eating, and have heard similar experiences from friends who have ate food from this place, definitely wouldn’t recommend
