Cwch Ceramics Rossett in Wrexham

Have now been half a dozen times and its the same every time - slow to take an order, slow to serve the food unbelievably slow to get a bill and take payment. The foods good, the prices are reasonable but with 5 staff in the place during our last visit and only 6 customers the poor service is the reason we now go elsewhere.

We book for daughter party 8 years old but staff from there ruined the party… all the time I need to ask for drinks for food… first time come the hot dog’s after few minutes fries … no ketchup ,no mayo … Don’t book for kids party’s .We spend there £360 … Service very poor staff very poor slow and rude .. Parents was unhappy for this experience they said good to know for next party’s don’t recommend this place.

Lovely cakes (though no lemon drizzle! ) Good coffee and pleasant service. Young serving staff were attentive. Pleasant atmosphere too.

We have been here a few times and the food is always lovely. The breakfast is cooked perfectly and the staff are very helpful. We will definitely be back.

Lovely atmosphere, my kids loved painting the pottery, food was lovely and great value for money! All finished with some delicious cake, service was brilliant staff were very attentive and helpful, will definitely be returning very soon!
