Overpriced and milkshake wasn’t very nice, also more like ice cream than a milkshake. I was also sick several times after eating, and have heard similar experiences from friends who have ate food from this place, definitely wouldn’t recommend

Were told we had to wait an hour and a half for food which is usual for a Saturday however after waiting 2 an a half hours we attempted to call them 23 times with no answer so couldn’t even cancel the order. It turned up nearly 3 hours after ordering hot food being cold, ice creams all melted told the delivery driver I did not want to accept the food and he just looked at me like I had 3 heads and walked away. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

After waiting an hour and a half Aimee's cancelled our order withou telling us and then had the cheek to be rude about it when we phoned up.

Covered my sweetcorn and pineapple pizza in pepperoni, causing me to break my vegetarian diet of 4 years after taking a bite of it before realising. And after calling to complain (not only about the pizza, but also about the 2 hour wait), all they could say is "we'll give you £3 back" (the order cost £20 total) - no apology or acknowledgement of what they'd done wrong. Terrible customer service. Wish I could give less than 1 star, because I don't really think they deserve that. Managed to ruin my last night at home before going back to Uni.

delivery to your door.A little expensive but alot you get..Choice of cakes too.. £5 per portion per person.

Ordered with just eat 2 hours later still waiting... phoned twice now and told it's going to be 5 minutes. Never going to bother again and certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone...

Food was amazing tonight. customer service was excellent as well. deliverd just on time and the food was hot and fresh.Pizza very nicely topped and the chips were exceptional, nicely salted and well cooked 👌🏻✌🏻 thanks aimees

Dirty place, man was wearing a baggy sweaty vest whilst serving our food! Food looks like a microwave meal heated up about ten hundred times - definitely wouldn't recommend. Disgrace.

Took ages to arrive, but didn't mind this... Until it arrived and my chips were barely warm, and the dessert I ordered and payed for (costing £4.50) wasn't with the order. Line constantly engaged so can't get through to them but overall disappointed!

Food was not as nice as the last time we ordered. It was cold and not what we ordered. It also took an hour from ordering for the food to arrive. We really enjoyed our first order from Aimee's though so hopefully they were just having an off day!

Absolutely disgusting place. Will never be going back there again. Staff climbing all over work surfaces then making food without washing hands or wearing gloves! Was not told about a 65p charge to pay on card and was charged twice as I ordered a milkshake when i got there. Staff extremely rude especially the young girl with blonde hair. Didn't have any manners, spoke to a customer in a disgusting way on the phone. Never been anywhere so unprofessional. I was even made to put in my own card details onto their computer as the younger girl couldn't be bothered and they don't have a card machine!!!!!! Stay away at all costs people!

Order was an hour later than it said it was going to be ,but it wasnt that ,that disappointed , the dessert ordered wasn't in the delivery and food was only warm and chips a bit soggy , I've been Aimee's and service is spot on I think its the delivery drivers/times that need to be worked on

Lovely food but I ordered my food at 6 o'clock and asked for it to be delivered for 7:10 they then added another 25 minutes on top of that

Usually a very good takeaway but time was 1 hour over given estimate which meant food was going cold. We also had no notification that it would be late during this time. As said earlier Aimees is usually a great treat.

Gave 2 stars for the food because the milkshakes were half decent and the food was a good temp. Food was ok, nothing to run back for. Service was slow and restaurant was a little grotty.

I ordered my food and paid for it and it never got delivered! I didn't even get a phone call to say it wasn't coming! I would like a refund please

Service was quick and friendly and good but some of the food was really quite unpalatable :( pizzas cold and congealed, pizza bases chewy and hard - seemed like they'd been unwanted orders, frozen and then microwaved. Such a shame. My bf's burger apparently was OK though, so at least that's something.

I would order from Aimee's yes but I would not collect, I felt very uncomfortable. I work in retail and if somebody spoke to customers the way I was spoke to or what I heared they would be sacked. It doesn't hurt to smile. Food as always was great though!

First time using this takeaway, delivery on time. Main meal was average and nothing special, the dessert was good however the ice cream tasted a bit "funky". Probably wouldn't use again unless it was a last resort in a zombie apocalypse. Overall rating 3/6

Nice main but the sundae was just a pile of ice cream and cream with no strawberries and a couple of flakes. Very poor for £5

Order took 2 hours to come, we were told an hour. To be fair our address is a new build and driver contacted us. He then returned to the restaurant and never called us again. We called the restaurant and the gentleman who spoke to me was quite rude, we confirmed my address and he passed me over to the driver and I gave him directions. We finally received the food but were refused a discount. The driver then said we had put our address in wrong but the guy on the phone confirmed the correct address. Food was nice and the milkshakes are very good.

We've had Aimees twice now and it has already become our favourite takeaway in the chester area - the food is fantastic. The hot wings and milkshakes are especially good!

Waited an extra hour than the estimated delivery time. Called twice to see where the delivery was up to and both times I was told that it was being loaded. Not impressed.

Ordered a double hawaiian burger with mild chilli source, was sent a quarter pounder with disgusting hot chilli source. Chips were cold on delivery.

Ordered from here on the 5/8/16, staying at crowne plaza in Chester, food took a while to arrive but was well worth it when it arrived, they even delivered straight to our room, had 2 slices of fudge cake which where massive, would definatly order again!

Good food, portions are quite small and the regular fries tasted spicey. Good other than that, fudge cake was great, fast delivery.

I LOVE Aimee's! It said the delivery time was an hour it came within 15minutes! Food and shake was great and the delivery driver was so friendly which rarely happens when getting a take away! Definatly order from here again!

Every time I eat in store the food is amazing and the portions are big. Everytime I order for delivery the portions are tiny and not worth the money at all, milkshakes always come way to milky and sauce requests never met. Payed £19.90 for food that wasn't worth half of that or worth the price of milkshake.

Arrived later than expected but were lovely, kind, reassuring when I called. Very apologetic about the delay. We had the daddy beef burger and chicken tower burger. Impressive menu. Food was worth the wait. Truly delish. We have a new favourite takeaway! Aimee's 😎

Food was still not here by 9pm, so we phoned Aimees to ask them to refund the money back into my bank, as my children had been waiting 2 hrs for a meal that did not come.

Can't justify £4.50 for kebab meat when sold as a doner kebab, no chips, no salad, no garlic, no chilli...NOT a doner kebab!

2 hours to deliver, tiny portions, food stone cold, dips missing, & "ferrero rocher" fudge cake for £1 more than normal fudge cake is simply a normal fudge cake with 1 ferrero rocher put in with it!! Very disapointing!

First time ordering from Aimees and it won't be the last. Absolutely delicious.

By far the nicest takeaway I have had in a long time, everything absolutely amazing.

Big fan of Aimee's. The only criticism I have is the pizzas, they're not great in comparison with the rest of the food. The dough tastes a bit too much like yeast for my liking. Everything else is always spot on though!

Food arrived 15mins early. All food we asked for was delivered and very tasty aswell. Milkshakes were very nice, however there is not menu for flavors on JustEat so we went with the safe Oreo pick.

I ordered a delivery which was here in good time but my fries where missing then I phoned and fair does they said we will send another driver out with them.In the meantime I opened my chicken wings and they were black.They had been totally burnt so I gave them to the driver who bought my fries and he said they would phone me to sort it out.An hour later no phone call so I phoned them and got a response of we will give you a free peice of cake next time.Well it won't be free will it cause you didn't replace my chicken wings.I eat a lot of take aways and aimmes use to be lovely but I can honestly say worst food and service I've ever had and will never use this place again.

This is the second time I have ordered from this takeaway and they have forgotten something. First time was a tub of garlic sauce, trivial but I still paid for it. And yesterday they forgot my spicy fries. I phoned up was told they would bring them.. No one bothered bringing them. So I paid for something I didn't received and was lied to on the phone. Will never order off this takeaway again and will warn family and friends.

I got the wrong burger. I paid for two drinks only got one and when I tried to call to get my burger and drink fixed nobody answered.

If you can think of it they will put it in a milkshake. Also icecream is fantastic and they deliver too. Food is good too.

Gave me the wrong order.. had from here 3 times the first time they forgot my milkshake the 2nd they forgot my chips and said they couldn't bring me more and to tell them next time so I had no chips and the 3rd they gave someone else my order and then had to go back and get it to give it to me.. not the best take away.. won't be ordering from these again

Ordered a pizza and a oreo milkshake. Milkshake was so good and the pizza was extremely tasty. I will be using them again definitely. I highly recommend them.

Delivery does take a while but when the food does get here, it makes it worth it. Amazing milkshakes and burgers!

Best takeaway around, tried almost all the ones on just eat within 10miles of us and without a doubt the best tasting food.
