Horrible experience! This was the only cafe open in the village apart from the ice cream shop further down! The pastries and sandwiches are stale, old and look horrible! The staff are rude, when we asked them to heat the scones they gave us a negative look and said "no we can’t” I’m surprised that in this beautiful village a horrible cafe like this is allowed to operate! The seating outside is beautiful but the food is beyond horrible! We had the scones because for some reason we thought they looked better than the other stuff there but they were stale, cream was old, and jam was jelly not jam! The coffee was okay - we had americano and cappuccino Apart from coffee - if you really need one- I don’t recommend at all

I made an order online to pick up and when i got there the service was fast only had to wait about 5 minutes for my order to be completed. Staff was very friendly and welcoming

Farrar RoadJust want to give a special mention to Sian in Asda Bangor. I needed to exchange an item and hadn't kept my receipt but she went out of her way to find the item on her system so that I could get my money back. Over and beyond - thank you Sian.

Seaview TerraceDecent pub but what made it for us was Lewis behind the bar. Played an excellent mix of music and was very engaging with customers including us. Lewis also played a few requests and was very knowledgable music wise - it was great chatting to him about music in general and he was spot on with his recommendation of Imelda May’s cover of the Northern Soul classic Tainted Love (which a certain band from Leeds may have covered early 80s too). Regular live music nights are very busy so while generally dog friendly, probably best to avoid taking the dog on live music nights. Thanks Lewis - your happiness was infectious and you made sure our last night in Aberdyfi spent at The Brit was top!
