Ordered a take out Friday night . Woke being violently sick & haven't been off the toilet an none stop sick since early hours Saturday morning ordered dinner kebab an chicken won't be ordering from there again

Delivery hit and miss one day pntime others, food cold . Garlic Bread rubbish always hLf cooked

First time using this kebab outlet, friendly good food thoroughly enjoyed it woukd definitely recommend 👌

Never been disappointed with my orders from Bagillt arms until today. Ordered the Bagillt box that apparently has 3 kebabs and chips in which anyone would expect to be a large portion. Don’t be fooled. Handful of chips and a handful of meats for £17!! Absolutely ridiculous. Complained to the driver and rang the restaurant straight away to be offered 20% off my next order. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again!!

Speedy delivery great prices pizzas are very nice food came nice and hot highly recommend giving them a try only place I know that does buy one get one free on pizza

All ways come here now it’s my go to food spot on fair play and alway chuck you a bottle of pop or free garlic bread now and again . Highly recommended

Great food! Ordered here many times over the past year or so. Only had 1 issue, which after a phone call, it was rectified straight away, no bother. Probably the best kebab house in the area. I only ever collect the food, so I can't comment on the delivery service.

I ordered every now and then.Aways fast delivery.Very polite staff buy one get one free on pizza.

I had ordered a chefs special kebab, a small chicken and a small done kebab. Costing a total of around £36 delivered. The chicken kebab was shocking for £7. The main issue was the chefs special kebab, at £17 when having a naan bread instead of pitta. It came with the naan bread in the box which takes up most of the space in the box and soaks up all the moisture from the salad. The donner meat was very pale and wet and I didn't get the sauce I asked for and when I called to complain was told I can have free sauce pots next time which is laughable or the other option was to wait for someone to bring me sauce while my food went cold. DO NOT EAT HERE you will regret it. See picture for chicken kebab.

Very disappointed. I made decision to get delivery. They had clearly forgotten about my order. Whole family is ill, had no energy to cook but ended up cooking myself. I rung 65 minutes since the order had been taken- to check if there were any problems, issues (it's Tuesday only, not a busy Friday night). Been told that the driver is on its way ( live 5 minutes drive away) .It took the driver another 20 min to deliver. Have had never problems with Collection in person, was always happy with food quality, but this time its about kids -they have high temperature and were soo excited about the takeout.- they were hungry , waiting for nearly 90 minutes. And this is the reason i Ieave 2* only.

Order from here a lot and never had any issues. Food always delivered hot and within the 1 hour time frame specified. Pizza, chips and burgers always lovely and delivery driver friendly. Great to pick up too as always ready within 15 mins.

Ordered again tonite before been missing cans of pop even tho paid then tonite order donnar meat with out food they never added it om to our meal never again will order as we been good costumers people don't order as you never get what you ask 4

Always use this place, great food and excellent service. Had an issue with an order and it was sorted straight away without any problems! Can't fault them.

Tried for the 1st time tonight. Food was disgusting. Special buger bap was soaking with fat from donar meat. Took 1h10 mins to arrive. I think there all just too busy to concentrate on cooking decent food.

Really horrible food from here this evening. Burnt burger, even the bun was black, hard cold chips and a chicken kebab that was nothing but fatty leg meat, skin and gristle which was given to the cat, who refused to eat it. I've only given 2 stars because delivery was good and we've had bogof pizza before which is fine. But feel ripped off otherwise.

A few times I’ve waited over two hours for my food and I went in to talk to them about it and ask for my money back and they threw it on the counter and walk away no apology nothing very rude

After holywell kebab hoise changed owners the food went downhill fast so i had to find another kabab fix. Thats when i found this place amazing food good prices and they deliver to my door. I've been a regular ever since

My 9 year old child won a prize for pizza & chips from this establishment in the local primary school summer fayre. When we took the voucher in (signed buy one of the owners) the other owner refused to give the prize, saying he had already given a prize once and wouldn’t honour the voucher. This voucher had not been used before. The man was very rude and dismissive. Not acceptable especially when children are involved. We will never use this takeaway again. Appalling customer service. When telling others they have also said the customer service has been awful on their visits too. Would rather support another local business, they don’t deserve the custom. Very arrogant.

Called for a pizza for tea. The place is spotless and has a 5 for food standards. Our food was cooked fresh and tasted amazing even though they were very busy. The staff are friendly and professional.

Pizza are lovely can beat buy one get one free recommend. The kebbas are delicious all of them you can even mix and match what you want that great when you want a bit of everything.

Quite simply, the best kebab shop I've visited in maybe 30 years. 5 star hygiene rateing and it is deserved. They do pizza and burgers to and home delivery is available if you're too lazy to leave your home 😀

Absolutely disgusting service. As regulars the last 3 times always have taken an hour plus to arrive. Tonight we waited 2 hours. My boyfriend got a text saying it would be with us within 15 mins and it took 40 mins. After ringing twice we said we wouldn't pay. The female driver rang the office and said the best she would do is 50 per cent off to which we said that isn't good enough. We hadn't eaten and waited that long while she ate in the car whilst on the phone to the shop. She said we couldn't have the food. Then she went on to say it was my fault as the pressure I had put on here to get here in the wet weather was horrendous. That I can't expect not to pay for food. I can if the food is not acceptable. Absolutely blooming fuming. We will never go here again. You have lost a regular customer and the way I was spoken to was absolutely shocking.

Slow and food was precooked, not good

Ordered meal and told it would be 1 hour. After one hour phoned up twice to be spoken to by a rude person Arrived after 1 hour 30 and chips were rancid and burgers were warm. Meant to leave a negative a few months ago but gave them another chance. Never again sorry

We were regulars here. That should've had some weight? Ordered online last night at 5:30. Text says delivered by 6:30. It turned up at 7:40. We rang up numerous times to check on the order and got told 'it's the next delivery'. They lied to us twice. Yes it did turn up. But they lied to us. This outfit is in it just for the money. Lying is not a way to make money. We will never order off them again. Disgusting company. Plus....their scores on the doors total was 1.....then went up to 5 overnight I've noticed after....so a dirty kitchen also !

Fabulous food, usually delivered faster than you expect so it's lovely and hot. Their cheesy garlic bread is amazing.

A ways good when we order. Pizza's are fantastic.

Was told 40mins but had to wait 1½ hours. Chicken and scampi was cold and burnt. Chips were cold. Calzone was cold and didn't even have cheese. I phoned up and the guy offered me a free garlic bread & cheese the next time I order. As if I'm ever ordering from there again!! Honestly I thought I was being hidden camera tricked or something. I've never seen anything like it. I wish I could give 0 stars. Pathetic.
