Domino's Pizza - Flint in Flintshire

Liam behind the counter is quality, Great service and made us feel very welcome

Ordered pizza for collection, arrived at store to be told my order was not on the system and had to prove with my email, they then realised it had been mistakenly been taken by the delivery driver, no apology in store was told it would be 7mins while they remake the pizza took around 15mins, no gesture of goodwill or even an extra sauce or a drink and no apology, received an email asking me to review my visit of which I did and then received an short email with half arsed apology, it seems dominoes don't value their customers will certainly consider my options before placing an order in future, the missing pizza wasn't the issue it was the attitude of the in store staff and the response via email from dominoes themselves

Just been in for an order at the counter....great customer service from what I assume was the manager he has worked for dominos for over 15 years and you can tell. Great customer service very helpful and the pizza looks amazing and tasted amazing. Never had a bad order from here online. Great to see the customer service is just as good when you into the store

Rude manager and less than a handful of fries. Rather stick to the local businesses rather than the chains.

My partner ordered a pizza last night after waiting for 15 mins after booking a slot we had to ring up Flint Dominoes to be told we would have to wait a further 30 mind for food to arrive We have always used this Dominoes In the end we cancelled our delivery

Had to cancel our pizza from Dominoes Flint after waiting 15 mins late we rang up to be told another 20 mins We have always ordered from here Total disappointment

First order placed two pizzas chips and garlic breads, food was cold and put into the bin, don't bother pizza magic is always fresh and hot and cheaper.

Dominos food is the same wherever you go this store is new and only takes app orders

Pizza average tbh I think they must ov run out of cheese when they made my order won't be going back.

They make so much profit they Don’t need to accept cash orders how many teenagers have bank cards ???

No cash sales must be making a fortune to turn away custom disappointing service. I’m not interested in contacting domino’s customer service, will go to established shops near by who accept cash.

Big sign on door saying no cash. Illegal. Don't waste your money.

Finally, a good quality pizza place in the area amongst all the kebab places PRETENDING to make pizza as well.

Friendly staff and excellent pizza, made even better by the opening day offer £6 for a large pizza thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely return 🍕
