Really disappointed here today. 1- They wouldn't give me the 20p discount for taking my own reusable cup (apparently it's only on cups bought from Costa) 2- Only plastic spoons to stir the coffee (no wooden stirrers) 3 - All the customers sitting in with a coffee were drinking from disposable cups - they're never offered a ceramic cup even though these are sitting on top of the coffee machine. Very poor environmental creds. 😭

In Cambria Coleg, Deeside site, same Costa, no Costa points, lower cost for students and staff.

The Deli Marche & Costa, Connah's Quay, the worst cafe in the area. Everything overpriced and the food is horrible. Overall the place is for college students, who can not be bothered to go and buy food from anywhere else. The whole place needs a massive overhaul. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THE DELI MARCHE.

I hate the deli marche, always overpriced and I just generally don't like it. They basically cater for basic white kids who are willing to pay £3 for an biscuit to accompany their overpriced coffee.

Deli Marche is a Costa Coffee franchise located just off the reception area at Coleg Cambria on the outskirts of Connah’s Quay. I’d imagine that virtually all of the customers will be students or staff of the college but there’s no reason why anyone couldn’t use it, you won’t be asked to provide any sort of ID in order to buy a coffee. Just walk into reception, turn right and it’s just up the steps. The serve Costa coffee, a range of Costa branded snacks and a selection of baguettes, sausage rolls and the like. I’ve only had the coffee which is exactly what you’d expect from any branch of Costa but at a slightly cheaper price than most other Costas (£1.95 for a medium Americano). You can eat in or take out but the coffees are all served in takeout cups, there are no porcelain cups here! Being located in a college it tends to be either very quiet, while the students are in class, or very busy if you arrive during break time but they seem to cope without creating unnecessarily long queues.

My daughter had her birthday party here, and all the kids loved it. They were hosted by Niamh who was wonderful , and chef Rhys was also very helpful. Thanks so much for making her birthday so much fun.

Absolutely horrendous customer service, no manners from the get go even with my polite greeting, when i asked for a few chilli flakes they abrubtly said 50p l, will not be visiting again tried to fight me after walking out the shop, dont appreciate getting spoken to like a naughty child, manners go a long way expecially with the public, will not be visiting again ever
