Absolutely horrendous customer service, no manners from the get go even with my polite greeting, when i asked for a few chilli flakes they abrubtly said 50p l, will not be visiting again tried to fight me after walking out the shop, dont appreciate getting spoken to like a naughty child, manners go a long way expecially with the public, will not be visiting again ever

First time here and the service was very poor. I had my dog with me while shopping and I wanted to purchase some bread. The man,who I think was the owner came outside to serve me which was fine. He could clearly see I had no hands free and plonked my items on the table. He didn’t offer me a bag. So when I said can I have a bag please? after i had already paid he said, yeah but they’re 5p! Abruptly… Which I know but I obviously realised after paying that I didn’t have a bag for my items! A little act of generosity would have gone a long way. Poor customer service ! Go elsewhere

Popped in for a sausage roll and left feeling like a king, it was the best I've ever eaten, a true simple pleasure

The tomato and basil soup was the best and the sausage roll was full of meat and so tasty. A great place for a pit stop. I think we were the first to sit outside with take away food for a while. A friendly welcome. There’s always a warm welcome in Mold.
