Not the best, staff not helpful

Bucket ok but could do with pieces that had chicken on them and not all ribs and bone

Visited recently very busy got what we wanted but long queues at the checkouts could do with more service tills and less self service tills.

Haruns have been in Prestatyn for Decades, well before any other kebab house. Their food is consistently brilliant. Staff are always friendly and a laugh.... The atmosphere is very good. I don't leave reviews but I've put in the extra effort to write this because Harus put in the extra effort to be warm and friendly.

Warm welcome, special satay - special chow mein recommended

Food was all cold delivered late. Took over an hour to deliver 4 miles. Delivery driver was grubby. Never again. Phoned testuarant to be told left here over 30 minutes ago.

There’s a lady working here that it’s a miracle she can even find her way to work on a morning. Visited this morning and asked for four bacon sandwiches and two coffees, she’s asks for payment and I notice the price seems a bit low so I ask “is that for four sandwiches and two coffees?” Oh sorry, I’ve put two sandwiches she says and changes it. She asks for payment and it’s only slightly higher, I ask again is that definitely for four bacon sandwiches and two coffees? Yes she says. Twenty minutes later (I thought they must have been catching the pig!) out walks another lady with two sandwiches. Oh sorry she says, she’s only put the two through! Left the cafe with the two sandwiches, obviously far too difficult to comprehend for the poor woman.

Great food and huge portions. The owner was lovely and food was piping hot and served with a smile. Can’t ask for more.

Avoid this place like the plague!! Placed a £46 order tonight and I found a dead insect in the fries. Absolutely disgusting. Bottle of coke was hot? And sauces were missed off the order. Terrible.

Very friendly staff & super accommodating.

2pm and nothing on a display..poor customer service and lack of atmosphere. Coffee standard.
