We could not fault the work of AB Property at all. The agents Lesley and Morgan that we dealt with in selling our two properties were so professional, personable and helpful. They made everything so simple in a stressful time and we are so thankful to them for all their hard work. I would highly recommend AB Property and would use them again and again.

OMG - do not hesitate if you are reading reviews and looking for a delicious deli sandwich! We were passing through Largs and contemplating stopping at supermarket to pick up a sandwich when we decided to treat ourselves to something a little more 'upmarket'. The ciabatta with halloumi and sundried tomato and rocket and pesto was everything I dreamed of and more, so fresh and tasty. I wish I lived closer, I would love to try more of the menu based off my single experience. Everything in the deli looked fresh, was reasonably priced, and the staff were really accommodating and welcoming. Will 100% be back next time I'm in the area. Would love to sit in for something next time. 5 stars!

We went twice in a week with a large group. Food was quite frankly brilliant. Best burger I've had in a very long time. Smashed fries were something else. We loved the owners enthuisiam for his food and knew we were into a hidden gem. Well priced food and a sea view. Honestly couldn't recommend it more. You deserve to be packed out, keep up the good work π

I had a delicious meal and the bar staff were wonderful. I was by myself and didn't have a reservation but fortunately there was plenty of bar space so I made myself comfortable there. The fish off the specials was cooked perfectly and the mash and cabbage were delicious. Describing it in such a plain way really doesn't do it justice. I think there was cheese and/or garlic in the mash and the green cabbage had perfect seasoning. I had the lemon curd dessert, recommended by the bar tender, which was divine and complemented my cocktail (Captain Ron). Finished off with tea and home made perfect tablet. Nothing to complain about other than the meal has finished. Alas, haha! I hope I can visit next time I'm in Glasgow. A wee bit far from London, but who knows.

Like stepping into the past unfortunately. Wanted a nice coffee but it was (genuinely) instant coffee that was used. Pretty run down toilets, and they don't accept card. Such a shame when you'd rather support a small local cafe, but they give you nescafe granules π

Open-air beer garden, with wooden tables (a little small) but the place is worth it, I ordered 2 beers, the waiters were very nice, knowing that we were foreigners. The music they play is very lively. I recommend it to you, when you are in town in passing.
