Amazing community space managed by some inspirational people

I have been away from Glasgow for 24 years ,initially living on the Isle of Coll and then Barra and after finding the Hebridean islands a little inbred I left for pastures new in Somerset after meeting a sexy farmers daughter....I returned to visit my sister last week for a few days and we nipped into this traditional Southside pub frequented by Irish decendants. I was impressed by the barman's t-shirt , it being an anti fascist statement of St Pauli football club in Germany. I also am a St. Pauli fan, and I immediately complimented his apparel. Surprisingly, he was rude ,obnoxious, and quite dismissive and turned his back on me, making me wait a minute or two for my Guinness . He said something like, " it makes no difference to me...." What a horrible little man . Me and my sister had a fun afternoon with most of the regulars, and we didn't let it bother us much but I have to mention it . May I also say how sorry I was to hear about Danny .R.I.P.

There has been a distinct fall in the quality at papercup in the last few months. It used to be the best brunch in the west end but the portions are smaller, less variety, slower service and a poorer quality overall.

El entrante de corzo fue increíble, verdaderamente sensacional, postres de tabla de queso para mí y Blood Orange horneado Alaska para la pareja también fantástico, pero la estrella del espectáculo fue la cena del domingo. La carne estaba tan tierna como la mantequilla y todos los extras esenciales en el plato precioso! La salsa (o salsa Yorkshire en mi casa) era sublime! Preciosa botella de vino tinto del sur de Italia era la cereza en la parte superior de una gran comida. Nos dieron la bienvenida y nos cuidaron desde el momento en que pusimos un pie en su lugar. Volveremos, y pronto, ya que fue una experiencia increíble!
