Nic's Nyc Deli & Donuts in Glasgow City

What beautiful valentines donuts I got, so easily ordered, when I went in to collect them, the staff and place was sop nice, I ended up having lunch, highly recommend this place.

Had the Vietnamese chicken sandwich which had so much flavour and was sooo worth the money. The donut selection is so unique and to die forrrr! Great vegan options & good coffee.

Wide selection on the menu. Staff very helpful. Doughnuts really light and packed with flavour. Highly recommend.

Little pricey but nice range of food options and donut was good.

Great wee place - not many vegan options on the menu, but the staff were really keen to make up a vegan crepe mix from fresh and had various ingredients (vegan chicken/cheese, lots of veg, sauces) to hand to mix-and-match for me. It was really tasty, cheers! (Saturday 17th, 14:30)

Their big selling point seems to be the donuts, but for me the sandwiches are the highlight. Special mention for the LA Club Sandwich which comes with Chicken, bacon, avocado, salad and dijon mustard. Outstanding.

Good donuts in Glasgow!unique ones you wont get any where else ,soft and fresh. Staff were friendly too. On a second visit my donuts weren’t as nice though-still worth a try if you are a donut lover though.

Unreasonably prices for cheap made donuts. Thought will be justified against the price, so wrong. Left with a bad aftertaste, they look amazing but taste just awful.

called in here for a coffee - staff are bright, fast, cheerful and the food looked and smelled great - ramen, spicy noodles, fresh soup, ice cream,smoothie and an impressive range of bun fillings! Highly recommended if your fed up with Costa and Nero chains cold coffee and slow service ... highly recommended for the west end weary shopper

Had lunch here today and within 20 minutes of finishing my lunch had to go to the toilet on the premises with extreme stomach upset and pain. Disappointing !!!

Just picked up breakfast/brunch for my partner and I. Very predictable sandwich menu, with pastrami and chicken breast on almost everything, with donuts being just okay. I have been living on Byres Road for over a year now. The coffee from this place has to be the worst I've had on this street; burnt milk, cup not filled to the top, foam had huge bubbles instead of fine, whisked bubbles, chocolate powder just sloppily showered on top and an unavoidable taste of soap. After also burning my tongue from how hot it was, I threw it out and walked to Ronzio for a good cup. Food's just okay, do not try their coffee!

I had the Heart Stopper with focaccia bread. The bread was very god and recently made. The sandwich had plenty of slow cooked bbq pork with delicious coleslaw. Service superb! The restaurant had so much food to offer, so it was hard to choose the "right" one. Even tho this place is famous for their doughnuts, I will definitiely be back for more sandwich.

Stumbled across this coffee shop with doughnuts. Too many flavours to choose from! Ordered the snowball and reeses peanut cup. Gingernut matcha with oat milk and americano. They also do hot food such as jacket potatoes, wraps, sandwiches and hot dogs. There are also crepes, ice cream and milkshakes. Nice little place to sit down for a bite to eat.

The sandwich was one of the best I have ever had and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely be back to try some of the others.

Amazing little place to eat if you’re around the Botanics! The most delicious savoury crepes we’ve had! Highly recommend the caramel apple donut and the freshly made smoothies!

Fantastic great best food in UK !!!

I’m not just being picky but I’ve just had the worst food I can remember eating. I deliberately traveled over to get what I hoped was a good hotdog. Not sure if this place has changed hands or just dropped their standard or fake reviews but as of now 24/07/22 it’s terrible.

My sister and I stopped in for lunch and we’re able to quickly get some great sandwiches and smoothies and even got some donuts to take with us. Everyone there worked quickly and efficiently to make sure all customers were taken care of, too

Huge variety of doughnuts and they are all delicious. Excellent coffee as well - much better than the chains.

I love this place. Staff are sooooo friendly and my 8 month old daughter loved the girls who works there. Thank you for taking your time to talk to my baby girl and giving me the best nachos ever!! I'll be back soon!

Nice coffee, nice donuts, great service, the girls are super nice and stopping for coffee here made my day! Need to come back for their sandwich and panini selection, it looks really tasty and super various so there is one for each, like the Vietnamese chicken twerker with peanut butter roast chicken avocado coriander lime salsa and mango sauce...I mean, are you hungry yet??

I love their donuts but I must say that as a crepe enthusiast, their crêpes were pretty disappointing (chewy). I’d still come back but just not for the crêpes!

Best brunch in town at the heart of the West End. Delicious house-made food, friendly atmosphere & a wide selection of doughnuts that are hard to pass up on!! My New Yorker Pastrami sandwich didn't even last long enough for a photo, the poor thing...

Fantastic service. Very kind and friendly, and also the food came quick too! Great interior decor. Had a BLT bagel which was delicious and a nice coffee as well. Toilets were good, one washroom, and very clean/well stocked. Really great time was had.

Great selection of lunch and desert food. I've had the doughnuts a few times and they've never disappointed. Would definitely recommend the milkshakes, either vegan or none vegan. Friendly and efficient service too.

It may have been my 2nd time there, but really missed going there after 1st time due to lockdown. Food is fantastic & they do the most amazing doughnuts, which you can order through their Facebook page. They do vegetarian food & vegan as well. Food varies between salads, nachos, baked potatoes and different types of bread like baguettes, focaccia etc

I ordered the Cuban sandwich. My first time trying such. Wow. A symphony of flavours, the ham with just the right amount of saltiness, the turkey nice and moist, the Swiss cheese rests easy on the pallet also. Their is a playful discord between the pickle and the cranberry sauce which culminates in deep chutney tanginess. A solid effort. 9/10 God bless you

On the 19th of February last year, I had visited this awesome little place in Byres road, Glasgow. As soon as I entered the place, the smell of baked goods intoxicated me. It was so good that one can tell how great they must taste. I started browsing through the wide range of doughnuts this place has. Since I couldn't make up my mind, I took one each from the entire collection and ended up with 24-30 pieces of doughnuts. I wanted to celebrate with my colleagues in the University so I thought it was worth everything. To this day I remember how happy everyone was that day and that I was able to put a smile on everyone's faces. The doughnuts were out of this world. So tasty, creamy and extremely beautiful to look at as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for awesome doughnuts and varieties of crepes. I am definitely going back to this place soon for yet another memorable experience. Thank you. 🙂

New favourite place, menu was varied and current with their crepes were delicious. Will be returning for the savoury dishes and of course the full flavoured coffee. Service was friendly and engaging we loved our visit thanks girls u have created a great place.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❤

Nice sandwiches but overpriced Went in for a bite to eat with my 4 year old. I ordered a regular size ciabatta which cost £6.50. Pricey for a sandwich but I guess I was willing to pay for the taste. It was tasty but what disappointed me was that I ordered a small sandwich for my daughter and as she tends to not eat much when out. I explained it was for my daughter and the waitress kindly offered to prepare 1 (!) slice of white bread with ham, cheese and a slice of cucumber and charged me over £4.50 for it. I just thought it was too expensive for what it was

Amazing sandwiches and donuts! Turned up Friday lunchtime with a large order for the office. The staff put together 8 fairly complex sandwiches quickly and efficiently. Not only that everyone was in a great mood, dancing and singing along to the excellent Stevie Wonder. What more could you ask for? Nothing, that's what. Go there, get fed, get happy.

Very thirst thing I ate here in Glasgow and Scotland. Having doubts to chose either crêpe or Hot Chicken Wrap. Chose the latter one, absolutely really tasty and good. Loved it.

Outstanding service with a donut Birthday cake 🎂 🍩 Like every guy I leave everything to the last minute, couldn’t get a cake anywhere, called into the deli. Gave them vague instructions of what I wanted. Name, birthday, and colour... What they came back with was amazing... went down well with both kids and adults! Honestly you should give it a go!

The chicken tikka crepe that I had was absolutely phenomenal, second only to the service. The staff were extremely friendly and very welcoming. Two older ladies came in and one of the staff helped them out and made sure they knew everything and were comfortable. It was just really nice to see some genuine care from the staff. So, to round off, amazing food, amazing staff and a nice place to sit. What more do you want?

£2.80 for a small take away latté what a rip off. Honestly if you are going to screw people over at least give them the world-wide recognised cup size for regular.......... which is medium BTW in case you dont know. Nah, you know exactly what you're doing, go to hell thief.

Nice donuts but I really really miss Dunkin donuts. I really really do. Anyway, nice deli is very much worth a visit.

Had the classic club and a strong white coffee. It was bloody marvellous!

Great staff, convenient location, quick service, not amazing coffee. Over extracted, milk not hot enough, nor knocked back so doesn't give a glossy rich milk foam. Always come out smelling of the place as if it doesn't have any extraction for cooking smells. Worth a visit if you're close 👍
