Great find in Glasgow! Probably the best coffee in town, and miles ahead of the average. Really nice people running the floor. Everyone is happy here, despite some waiting for 20 mins to have a table. Go here my coffee geek friends. And have the avo on toast too. It’s a foodies place.

A Glasgow staple! Coffee is unmatched, had to buy some beans to take with me back home. The food is always delicious! To top it all off the staff is absolutely lovely and a good chat 😍 It can get busy but there is a reason for it!

The food was excellent, avocado toast one of the best i ever had, everything we’ve ordered was absolutely delicious both food and coffee (and i am very peaky). but the place and interior looks so horrid, i would leave immediately when i saw the inside but my friend insisted we stay lol. I smelled like a kitchen the whole day after. Guys you have to do something about the cafe interior /cleaningness.

Paper Cup is BACK on top form! The new menu is a banger, curried eggs dish is back and such a fantastic brunch dish, lots of solid options, was hard to decide what to go for, so I will be back to sample it all over the next few Glasgow visits. Coffee on point as always. I hadn’t been back for a few months as the last time I went all the breakfasts seemed a bit simplified. Found myself trekking over east to Mesa for interesting brunch.

We visited Glasgow for the weekend and found this place online. Glad we did. Good service and great coffee. Tall black, flat white, and latte all get the thumbs up. Only one of us ate, but they said their food was good. Will definitely return next time we're in town

Best breakfast I’ve had in Scotland coming at a reasonable price. The breakfast bun were phenomenal. The umami mayo plus the fluffy bun made it stick out so much more than other breakfast places. My girlfriend was as impressed as me with her breakfast platter. Would definitely come back asap when in Glasgow!

It's like a Sydney cafe: immaculate coffees, thoughtful menu with great ingredients, and reasonable prices for the quality. Try the kimcheese breakfast bun as an act of self love.

The best french toast I've had in Glasgow! The brioche was so soft and fluffy, the bacon was perfectly crisp, all served in a syrupy goodness that I adore. I also got an iced latte, which was so delicious. The staff was lovely and so friendly, and I will definitely revisit this to try some of the savoury options. There are a few tables inside and some bigger tables outside, though we came early enough to grab one of the window seats inside and it was so comfortable! I only wish the table was slightly taller, but no complaints beyond that!

Very friendly staff, delicious food with both Asian and Levantine styles. Code odd very good. They even made my unusual cold brew coffee with fresh orange juice (yes, in the same glass. Really, it’s delicious) order without any trouble.

El miso granola y yogur estaba tan delicioso que podría haber comprado una bolsa entera de esa granola y felizmente llevé conmigo durante todo mi viaje. El personal era increíblemente agradable. El café estaba delicioso y los pasteles (especialmente la galleta de tahini con chispas de chocolate y rubia de choc blanco de frambuesa) eran deliciosos. Añadiendo esto a mi lista de visitas obligadas en Glasgow!

Food was delicious, really good gluten free and vegan options. One item was incorrectly marked gluten free on the menu but the staff were quick to correct it.

Went there after lunchtime and it's packed of people. Very small space. Ordered the Cappuccino and a cake. Cappuccino was spot on! Love it! Will definitely coming back again but for takeaway since it's always full of people there.

fantastic service, excellent coffee. Not much seating, as with most specialty coffee shops in the area, but definitely worth a visit! Was the only place in town that had V60 filter papers in stock that day (massive life saver!)

This place was my favorite meal I’ve had the whole time I’ve been in Scotland!! My bf got the French toast which was perfectly fluffy and sweet. Not too much and not too little. I got two poached eggs, avocado, chorizo, and salmon and it was to die for🤤 best food ever! Staff was extremely friendly too! Space is small so I’d recommend coming here early before they get busy to ensure you have a table

Stumbled across this place earlier today and I’m so glad I did! Got a takeaway steak sandwich and americano coffee and it was so good and probably one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! Lovely coffee too and nice, smiley staff, worth a visit folkes!

The food was amazing! I got the winter bowl and my fiance got the savoury french toast - 10/10 for both! Smoothies and coffee were great as well. Will definitely come back to try more. We came here for lunch on a Sunday and surprisingly didn't have to wait long for a table either.

We were very lucky to get a table, the staff were nice to let four of us squeeze in on two small tables. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our food and drinks. I had the iced chai latte and steak sandwich - the steak was so juicy and tender, and was complimented by an amazing garlic butter sauce and sourdough bread that made it one of my favourite things I ate on my Glasgow trip. There was also a generous amount of salad and crisps, which was good for the price of the meal (I think £11).

Amazing, flavoursome, well priced breakfast in Glasgow! I don’t usually order avo on toast because its usually average, but from here it was amazing and full of flavour! Also a huge portion! Wish i lived in Glasgow to be a regular here for breakfast

I didn’t like the Americano I ordered- it was the most acidic coffee I have ever had. Even the smell of it was acidic. Each their own maybe there are people who loves this kind of peculiar stuff but it is not for me. Won’t be back.

Had the avocado on toast and it was unreal. early on a monday is the only time i’ve found myself easily able to get a table without a queue!!

Tiny cafe. Limited spaces. French toast was good. Coffee is fine. It's near Uni. If you find cafe for chit-chat with friends, not serious for taste of coffee, it's ok.

We probably caught them on a bad day, where several things were not working etc but service was a bit slow and we could have been informed in timely fashion that our drinks would be delayed. However the avo toast ordered was one of the best we have eaten so far, which was great. Taste-wise their food selection is quite nice.

Visited this cafe on the back of reviews whilst staying a few nights in Glasgow. Food was excellent, coffee pretty good. The steak sandwich my son had was immense as was the Vicky sponge. Customer service friendly and welcoming. Great vibe in the cafe and on the street. Would thoroughly recommend for food and coffee.

I visited with my son on our way home from a camping trip this morning. Luckily we got seated right away which was good as it was relatively busy. That was where the luck ended. We waited probably around 20 mins for our food which seems a little excessive for French toast and by which time the coffee I ordered was long gone. The food itself was decent and on its own maybe 4 out of 5 as the bacon was a little flabby and sad. This is the second time I’ve visited and I’ll be honest I think it was better first time, but I’m not sure I’ll be rushing back.

Just had brunch there and tasted some of their new menu items that were rolled out this week. My partner and I were blown away. Such gourmet food in a quaint cafe. The sweetcorn relish and chorizo toast was to die for. Will definitely be back for this.

Just the nicest coffee & breakfast place in the west end. The staff are lovely, the coffee in amazing and the food is lovely. They have a good range as well if you are gluten free (not celiac!). Cannot recommend them enough.

Overall it is great, I love the service but the place is quite cramped which is fine for a quick bite but not that comfortable for a longer stay (>1 hour). The food is great too, if you want a quick meal, definitely recommend.

Such a great place! Eat here if you get the chance, the staff is lovely, chilled, laid-back atmosphere. My boyfriend had the special Christmas stack and I had the veggie breakfast burger and we were both so happy with our choices. Thought it looked a bit small when they arrived, but they were so packed with yummy goodness that neither of us we're able to finish our meals. All so fresh and tasteful, we will defo be back.
