Under measure of drink. Own 20oz costa cup, ordered a medium with extra shot. On ordering, Carla informed me the cup will not be filled (expectedly), however the measure was well below 16oz line. When I questioned it, Carla abruptly defended her actions and reluctantly topped up with milk. Poor customer service.

Went to the cafe today excited to try it after seeing Instagram posts, the place was freezing we had to keep our jackets on the whole time the waitress suggested where we sit is the warmest place and would close the door. People who came in after us got served before us we only ordered very simple dishes such as a sandwich, eggs Benedict and a pancake for my toddler the service was very slow I had to go and ask when it would be ready The place was quiet in general ourselves and two others customers. For the length of time we waited the food wasn’t great and the prices don’t reflect the quality of the food overall one of the worst cafes I have been.

Over 2 hours late, no contact for the store absolutely ridiculous

Booked a table online on Easter Monday for lunch. Received a confirmation email and then a reminder about my booking. Imagine our shock then when we turned up to find restaurant closed!!. Phoned contact number and told indeed it was closed. What angered me more was I emailed the hotel twice explaining my situation and once used the contact details on website. Didn't even receive the courtesy of a reply or apology. Had food here before and it was very nice but after that experience I would not return. You shouldn't be able to book a table online if restaurant is closed.

We got chinese here on christmas day, everything was 10/10 and total value for money, £42 for 3 adults and 3 children plus leftovers and was all ready to collect in an hour no faults

After having spent £152 on our meal which was satisfactory asked to wait outside for our taxi at 2205 because they wanted to close door shut very firmly behind certainly won’t be back

Easily the best Chinese takeaway. Ordered a delivery today and it arrived in 10 mins, instead of the stated 1 hr. Food was fantastic, as always, fresh and hot, as if being served in a restaurant. The elderly delivery driver is also an absolute gentleman, very polite and respectful. This takeaway does really care about it's customers. Keep up the high standard

waited over an hour to get main course i had the roast beef dinner which was so tough i could not eat it wrapped it up and took it home for my dog the staff were very nice and apologised they took of the bill a drink and a cup of coffee and a coke to make up for this this was the worst service of food and quality we go to the cut no complaints sort out your big problem

The food is consistently fantastic for the Sunday carvery. Kids are always kept amused with the soft play area. The staff are fantastic - very personable whilst staying professional. I recommend booking ahead.

Ordered the half and half curry. This was presented in TIN FOIL which was ridiculous as when I tried to put onto a plate it spilled everywhere and was messy. When I called to advise this, I was told to complain to just eat because “it is their fault for allowing the order to go through as we don’t do half and half anymore” yet this is still available on their menu online almost 2 weeks later & I was told they didn’t serve curry in tubs anymore??Customer service was absolutely awful

Thoroughly enjoyed a Baby Shower High Tea in Nel and Co with family and friends. We were warmly welcomed and assistance was kindly offered to help decorate the area for the special occasion. The sandwiches were plentiful, unlike many other High Teas, with a variety of tasty fillings. This was followed by a vast array of cakes and scones! In fact all members of the party, 10 adults in total left with goodie bags to take home! A special cake stand was prepared for a toddler which made her feel very special! This was greatly appreciated! Furthermore, throughout the afternoon the staff were very attentive and could not have been more helpful! In fact they went ‘above and beyond!’ Almost every member of the group stated that they would definitely make a return visit! Many thanks to everyone concerned for making our event extra special!!
