The item missing of the bacon bap was not the delivery drivers fault as the package was sealed with brown seal, obviously in shop, and the seal was not broken

Do not order bubble drinks as they often forget to add said bubbles. It's happen several times with Costa in general. Ridiculous to offer a drink as an option and can't barely provide the drink as stated. 0/10 do not recommend it.

As a local truck driver I have to say every time I stop in at Uddingston Costa for my oat latte it is always perfect the staff are absolutely brilliant they are so friendly & very efficient even when it is busy there are always plenty of staff behind the counter & out clearing tables it’s just a brilliant atmosphere in this local coffee shop will definitely be continuing to visit for my latte & knowing that the service is with a smile 10/10 👏🏻👏🏻

Met my sister for a coffee in Costa two weeks ago, visited Marks & Spencer and today I have got a fine for £100.00 for parking in their car park using the two businesses for 2 hours 45mins. We have went there for years, we will not be back, absolutely disgusting .

Forgot my toastie just gave me a box no packet ? And frappies weren’t even the right ones was some large espresso with whipped cream basically 😂. Only postive was the driver was nice and came way earlier than expected

£100 car park fine! Enough said. Won’t be back. Having been meeting a friend here for coffee for years and never an issue. Now suddenly I get a sneaky tactics fine from euro car parks. Not sure if this is a new thing but feeling really mad that it’s cost me £100 to give local shops business and the worlds most expensive coffee!!!

Driver delivered a wet bag and empty cup because it had completely spilled during his delivery. Absolutely appalling service.

Food was lovely but I ordered at 1.30 and it arrived at 3.15, the delivery time was estimated at 25 minutes. I tried to get a refund on my delivery fee from Just Eat but they said to write a review instead so here it is. Sticky toffee coffee is really tasty.

Too Cold it’s November the entrance door is wedged open these guys refuse to close the door. Fortunately there are other coffee shops in Uddingston and Bothwell. Crazy this must adversely affect their business

Always busy. Been to one, seen them all. Server on floor sweeping & cleaning tables.

The woman with the spiky hair ( who I think is the manager) does not have a clue how to make a coffee. I ordered an oat latte. The milk was just stuck under the steamer and left, full blast so that it was heated. It could have been any type of coffee, no froth or thickness to it and was just dumped in the cup, lukewarm. Completely lazy. The screeching noise coming from the steamer is quite an obvious clue to it not being used right - people were struggling to hold a conversation! Waste of money.

This visit was OK Service was average, could of been more personal and friendly but they were busy but not an excuse I always find this cafe atmosphere a little off with consistently dirty tables and outside area and bins hence why I always take away, needs attention to detail from outside in Overall still use for a takeaway coffee Also I would walm as the car park here isn't great very ill designed

Just been into Costa in Uddingston and what a lovely welcome we received. We’re Costaholics in our family and often visit different branches. This has got to be one of the friendliest. Whilst the furnishings may be a little more dated than some of the newer branches, the staff are warm and welcoming. Friendly and helpful and easy to chat to. Quick service too. Special shout out to Devlin our server and Karen the manager, two lovely ladies who made our day!!

After giving us a time that started at 1.30 the order eventually arrived at 2.10. Yes they kept us updated but still a long time to wait. When the order did arrive 3 items were missing. Totally unacceptable.

Warm food, quality cakes, fast service. Forgot to update my number. Restaurant tried calling cos they'd no cinnabuns. Added an extra carrot cake instead with a lovely note. Appreciate it! ^^

Late and missed an item from my order

I'm about 90% sure my coffee wasn't made as specified. I think I'm missing my extra shot and got skimmed milk instead of whole. Coffee is weak and watery. The only thing this coffee is good for was the bin. Costa in general has an issue with charging me extra and not providing.

What a great store. Friendly staff. And a manager who goes the extra mile for their customers. Been going here since opening and the consistency of service is second to none. The manager Karen is an absolute star. Pride in her business and customer focused. Five star.

I live locally, so I come here weekly. I am 38 weeks pregnant and walking helps bring on labour. Went to the shops, my mum wanted to stop for coffee and I was experiencing some contractions. So, went to Costa and my mum asked me to sit down while she went to the restroom. On her way back, I went to order some drinks as she doesn't speak English, on my way to the till I got stopped by the manager, Karen, who said:"next time you need to respect the system. You can't sit down and use the toilets without getting drinks first." | said: "I understand that, but my mum doesn't speak English and I was having contractions so had to sit down. I am gonna go and get coffees now". She rolled her eyes and replied saying that if I was having contractions, I should have not been out. Now - I do not need to justify myself to anyone, so I really don’t understand why the entitlement on her part to share her opinion on my condition. Contractions are not predictable and her lack of empathy and knowledge bloody shows how ignorant she is. Went to get ourselves drinks and complained to another staff member about her and this staff member said "Karen is like this”. Aye, she's is like this and somebody needs to tell her. I had another chat with Karen and Karen never apologised and kept saying that I should've been home and that I need to be aware of the system. 20 mins later, Karen asked a group of teenagers to leave their table so that her friends could sit down. They sat down, without ordering drinks. Said that to Karen and Karen had the cheek of saying that she put their order through for them. MASSIVE LACK OF EMPATHY AND PROBABLY THE WORST MANAGER I HAVE EVER MET.

The vegan toasties are so delicious, and delivery was like 25 minutes, so quick!

It’s a Costa, what’s not to like. Plenty of car parking and I’m here at the supposed peak time and it is not too busy. I have experienced a friendlier welcome at Costa in other branches and the furniture looks rather tired. The shop is lacking atmosphere, but I think that is because it is one of the prefab square buildings thrown up as a potential retail outlet and then a coffee shop out inside. It lacks intimacy or a care for detail in how it is laid out. However, I am sure the chain knows exactly what it is doing and it will be laid out on a cookie cutter model that is known to work. Certainly can’t fault anything much. Nice coffee.

ordered 2x vanilla iced lattes & 1x caramel latte and all 3 never came with syrup in them which I was charged for

Came not as ordered, we ordered hazelnut syrup but came as sugar free which is disgusting complete waste of money couldn't drink it.

Incorrect item sent. Paid for a large coffee and was sent medium. It wouldn’t normally be a problem, but I paid £5 for the coffee, so to get less was a bit disappointing.

I received a note in my bag to explain that they had ran out of something I had ordered so they were replaced with other items. This was a simple gesture but I really appreciated it. Amazing food and good coffee. Will definitely order from here again!

Part of my order was missing an although I appreciate the gesture of being giving a large drink and an alternative cake if I wanted large I would have ordered it and I didn't like the alternative, would rather the store called if this happened again. Toastie was nice but it was cold.

I’ve only been here a couple of times. The coffee is always great and the cakes etc are delicious. My complaint is the state of the furniture and lack of cleanliness. The upholstered chairs are down to the foam at the arms. The tables are not cleaned properly. The windowsill is needing cleaned with old coffee marks. The floor is dirty. The cutlery was not properly cleaned. There doesn’t seem to be enough staff as the girls behind the counter are so busy and probably struggle to clean up.

Great friendly staff brilliant frostinos

The usual nice tasting range of Costa hot and cold drinks are on offer, along with the usual range of cakes and pastries. A small selection of pre-packed gluten-free and other alternative snacks are on offer as well. It's a shame that they have changed their dairy alternative milks to a brand that isn't gluten-free, but that's a corporate decision. When I visited (late Saturday morning), the place was absolutely packed with a wait for a table and a long queue. Sadly, this had a knock-on effect on the service which was not the most friendly and which took ages even once the order was taken. This isn't what I've come to expect from a Costa, and I'm willing to assume this was a one-off, though it certainly coloured my first visit to this particular Costa.

It’s a minus 10 from me first and last online order SHOCKING Ordered an oat milk Latte no oat milk though still on the menu🤷‍♀️Had to settle for ordinary milk cheese and tomato toastie CREMATED couldn’t get my teeth through it went in the bin Caramel shortcake chocolate melted and gooey what a disaster first and last for me but delivery was quick🙄

Costa Coffee Uddingston, is a very welcoming branch. Light & airy inside & extremely clean! The Coffee is so tasty & the atmosphere is relaxing! Prices are reasonable with a fantastic choice of hot & cold drinks. Various snacks/small meals are available to suit everyone's needs....Open for sit-in or takeaway....Opening hours; Monday 7am-8pm Tuesday 7am-8pm Wednesday 7am-8pm Thursday 7am-8pm Friday Closed Saturday Open 24 Hours Sunday 8am-6pm.

Like most big chains....they're all the same and this Costa is pretty much the same as all the others. The Cheese and Roasted Tomato toasties was hot and tasty. The Latte was lukewarm. Expensive for what you get.

Ordered 2 gingerbread lattes and 2 muffins. Only received the 2 coffees. Delivery driver was excellent and apologized and explained he asked at the Costa if they were sure it was only 1 bag and not 2 and explained how I got get a refund. But from the Costa point of view. How you can mess up an order of 4 items is absolutely beyond me

Got the new golden caramel latte, not much different from the regular caramel latte. Tried the rocky road bar for the first time, sorry but won't be getting it again, very bitter chocolate not my taste. Staff as usual very friendly and helpful.

Its was 10am and although the service from the baristas was excellent, they all do an excellent job..the 3 stars is.due the overall cleanliness of the establishment, was very disappointing..just not acceptable to be honest..

Good drinks, and tasty snacks....BUT, it's been weeks since one of the front windows was broken by a car driver, and yet it has still not been repaired. Having a sheet of plywood over the window is pretty tacky...

I ordered a triple sandwich selection which included a cheese and onion sandwich and chicken and stuffing sandwich. What I got was three individually boxed very basic sandwiches. One cheese and two ham, one of the ham sandwiches being clearly inedible by the colour of the ham. Don't think the sandwiches I got were a fair substitute for the price they cost.

My order was amazing! Id like to credit whoever packed my order and wrote on the cup for my mum as i really appreciated it as i wanted to give her a surprise and the little easter treats too were amazing! Thank you all so much! My mum was so happy! Thank you all so kuch and take care. ❤️

I love that costa now delivers to me. I much prefer their drinks over Starbucks. The one thing I was disappointed in was that I paid for a brownie and the picture shows that it’s like the normal fresh brownies you get over the counter if you ever go in store. When it arrived it’s just a pre packed brownie which has a long shelf date, so pretty disappointed that it’s not what the picture shows you are getting. But everything else was great. The drink was amazing and the driver was on time and friendly.

Coffee still good but it is not the same sitting in my car

I use this costa almost every day and it is by far the best one I go to! Service is quick and always with a smile and a good gab. Always super clean with well managed queues and social distancing measures. The team are just an awesome bunch of people and make me feel a bit chirpier (and more awake) when I need it most! It is always super busy so I would suggest using the app to pay before you go but you will be surprised at just how quick the line does go down. All in all brilliant service and great coffee (even the frappachinos taste better from here than any other one I've been to!)

We used to come to Costa Uddingston twice a week, for 3 years prior to lockdown. After lockdown we visited on 5 occasions, and stopped....as quite simply, the requirements under Scottish Govt rules....public health like cleaning tables.....track and trace were not being followed or encouraged by staff. Today, we returned, after 8 weeks....and public health is still not being followed. Customers sitting at tables that have not been cleared of crockery or sanitised. I asked for sanitise and a cloth....and was told it was their job to clean them!! There were 5 tables uncleared . Exactly!! A young guy, clearly grudgingly was sent to clean the tables. No mention was made to track and trace. What is going on at this Costa!! Public health is a priority. This is not a franchise....so will Costa Head Office sort this out please!!

I have been visiting Costa Uddingston for a long time now since opening along with my wife, sometimes 4 or 5 times per week. In general I really appreciate how the staff are very welcoming , patient and professional. Too many times now I gave been served by someone who is called Laura. She doesn't seem to follow the same standard as any of the other team members. She is impatient, unwelcoming with no smile or kindness in her voice, no chat at all and makes myself and my wife feel very uncomfortable. Six times today I noticed her just staring at me with her cold eyes. Strange character. If I order a sausage bap, she won't ask if I would like sauce but all other staff do,, she gives me my change and decides by herself if the change is £13.02 then decides i don't need the 2pence, none of the other staff will do this, she is correct i don't need the 2pence but it is not her decision and I definitely would not write this review or even mention it if I thought she was just having a bad day, but no she has a verybnegative energy and is very unpleasant. I would suggest possibly working with the public if you like people in general only, I'm sure this would help. We come here to spend 30 minutes together then go our separate ways to work, it would be so nice to enjoy this time.

Very spacious and felt very clean. Lots of people coming and going but still places to sit and all nicely distanced. Parking good too.

I visit Costa almost every morning after dropping kid to school.. i absolutely like my latte but unfortunately Not all the staff are professional, polite, or welcoming . In few occasions I have experienced while am being served, member of staff are either talking to colleagues or to other customer instead.. this is very UNPROFESSIONAL. few of them do not even acknowledge customer and sometimes no greeting . Very poor standard I still visit costa as I drive a long way in the morning and this is my only time to relax and plan my diary while having a hot drink

Unfortunately standards not good enough during Covid19. Tables were not cleaned and litter lying under tables outside. The staff are lovely but perhaps are too stretched. Starbucks Hamilton has lot more controls in place and a dedicated member of staff to direct customers and keep things safe.

Clean coffee shop with high level of precautions taken to maintain staff and public safety at this time. Comfortable seating with clean toilets, disabled parking and access.
