Always love the food in here. Best has to be the pizzas so thin and crispy and delicious. Desserts are amazing too including the new onesStaff are friendly.We are always in here due to being Frankie's top fans so we always have vouchers for money off main meals Definitely recommend this place

We were greeted right away in a really friendly cheerful manner by Sinead who was fantastic with the kids, our little girl really enjoyed the attention and being made a fuss of. Sinead was very attentive throughout and made the whole experience even better. Food was excellent but the service even better couldn't ask for more

Frankie & Benny's restaurant in East Kilbride's Olympia Mall Centre is great, the food and service is first class.The staff are so friendly its like family, that's why we have become regulars.The manager is a great guy, with staff that are all well trained and welcoming. You must drop in and have a chat with Karolina, she has such a lovely personality. Tonight we were served by Samantha and Keith, but other members of staff came over and welcomed us back again. The menu has a big selection to choose from and great value, we had the best burgers in town. We just love the friendly atmosphere they generate in this place i cant praise it enough.

I've eaten here a few times and it's always been pretty consistent. The food it hot, fresh and tastes great and the service is always friendly and swift without feeling like you're being rushed out of the door.Our server today was sinead and she was really helpful and made sure we were all happy with our meals. Cant fault the place.

We booked this restaurant because of my grandsons birthday. I was pleasantly surprised with the food and the service. The food was excellent,everybody enjoyed it. The service was also excellent a big thank you to Sam,nothing was a problem for her and she looked after us very well. Yes we will be back.

Ate here last week whilst out shopping. Staff friendly and service good. We had pepperoni pizza and macaroni cheese with a side of fries to share. Food was served amazingly quickly and was okay. Not the best we ever had but certainly not the worst. If you are looking for a quick lunch then this may just tick the box.

We went for breakfast to use our meerkat meals 2 for 1. Great service and food. We then returned at lunchtime where again we used our meerkat meals and had a great meal for great price. We will be back. Thank you

Arrived with my wife had s voucher for a deal thought would be great value for money but wasn't we had chicken wings which were lovely but I'm not joking the plates were cleared and our mains arrived in less than a minute didn't have time to digest our food pasta wasn't the best not very warm obviously had been lying on the hot plate this isn't the first time this happened wine wasn't very chilled service was ok wouldn't Rush back

I met a friend here for lunch and both the food and the service was fantastic. The server (iwona) was very friendly and polite and I literally couldn't fault her in any way. Exceptional.I had a salmon salad which was lovely and fresh and really tasty.My friend had a cblt burger which was also excellent.Thanks to chefs and waiting staff for a lovely lunch.

We were going to the cinema yesterday so decided to nip in for a bite to eat for lunch. I had the New York Giant pizza with chilli cheese fries and my wife had the Black & Blue burgerGood friendly service and came out without having to wait too longFood was what you expect, fairly tasty, decent sized serving. Only ‘gripe’ is that because the restaurant is near to the ice rink then it can get a bit cool. This meant our fries were almost cold by the time we finished eating. Just needs an actual foot at the entrance to the restaurant rather than the big gap they have

We visited Frankie and Bennys today for lunch and was so happy with the service we received. Our daughter is coeliac so always quite anxious about eating out but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and my daughter was so happy to eat her gluten free burger and chocolate brownie. Our waitress Sinead was lovely and so helpful. She spent time going through the gluten free menu with us and made such an effort with the kids. Will definitely be back. Emily said it’s her new favourite restaurant.

My friend and I decided to come here for a meal the evening of 19/08/19 before I returned down south and it did not disappoint. I had a Cajun chicken wrap with sweet potato fries and she had a chicken burger with a side of garlic bread, then to follow we had a couple of sundaes. The food and drinks were delicious and we were served by the lovely Keith who was very attentive and delivered excellent service in every way. Nothing was too much trouble - even stopped to take a photo of my friend and I, and he even gave me my sundae for free as it was my birthday! We will definitely be back and will be disappointed if not served by Keith again as I can’t think of anyone who will provide better service!Thank you!

Our Out of School Care visited Frankie & Benny’s (East Kilbride) today, after our trip to the cinema . There were 21 children and 6 staffThanks to the Manager, Dave and his wonderful team , we ALL had a great time. All the staff were wonderful, nothing was too much for them. As you can imagine taking orders and serving 21 primary age children is no easy task. They were great with them all , showing patience and ensuring all the children had enough of everything. The Out of School Care staff enjoyed a lovely meal too ( well deserved for all their hard work ) The food was really good and there were only empty plates at the end of the meal. The children also enjoyed their desserts , again empty plates. Normally after a cinema trip the children would get a happy meal but we decided to try something different .As it turned out this was a very good decision. The food was very good and I was particularly impressed by the presentation of the children’s food. The children had a lovely experience and really enjoyed their food. I was very happy as the bill which didn’t break the bank, well within our budget and much better quality. I’m sure that the children will be adding Frankie & Benny’s to our planners for future visits.Good quality foodGood Value Good atmosphere Fantastic service

My last few visits to Frankie and Bennys have been pretty average, food seems overpriced for what you get.Visited here on Friday evening, we were seated straightaway however it was over 10 minutes before anyone came to take our drinks order. Had the toblerone cheesecake for dessert and it was almost solid, it did not seem to have been defrosted. The slice was a pretty poor size for the £5.99 price tag.

My family and I were in for a quick breakfast before the cinema. Our servers Jen and Sinead were wonderful. Food was first class as was the service. Will be back.

My wife and I arrived on Sunday at 5.00pm not very busy had a voucher for a shared starter and two main course and bottle of wine for £25.00 fantastic value we had chicken wings spicy very good and plenty of them I had a pizza and my wife had chicken skewers they were good also will definitely be back only thing portion of cheese chips £5.00 a wee bit pricy . service was ok

Ordered Mushroom Bruschetta, got three slice completely soggy bread covered with mushrooms and sauce. Sent it back and got chickenless chicken which was okay. My daughter had Calamari which she liked. For mains I had Kansas City Bbq chickenless ciicken pizza covered in a sweet Bbq sauce which I thought was horrible, only ate the crust of the pizza where there was no Bbq sauce. When I complained about the mushroom Bruschetta to one of the waitresses (not the Polish girl that had originally served us) I was met with the hand on the hip, which put my back up straight away. Found the atmosphere unprofessional, lot of banter going on between the between the chiefs and the staff. Not a good experience.

We ate in here (2 adults and 2 kids) before Xmas and had nice meals and took advantage of a kids eat free offer, hence we decided to return following a visit to the ice rink on Sat evening.we ordered our starters and mains, didn't have to wait long on hubbys overcooked potato skins and my overcooked mozzarella sticks, tasteless would be a compliment. Waiter came up to ask if we were finished and literally whisked our plates away with one hand and plonked out mains in front of us with the other. They had def been sitting under heat lamps as I have the pasta and meatballs, you could have bounced them and they were full of gristle, hubbys pizza was undercooked. Anyway, kids pudding was brought at the same time as our bill, talk about shoving us out the door! The place wasn't even busy. £50.00 for two starters. two mains and 2 drinks (1 non alc) could have had a better meal elsewhere. Will not rush back.

disappointed. long wait for cold food. chips arrived in a tiny portion for the price and were over salted. pizza wasn’t the warmest and water price was extortionate. table was dirty when we came in and was covered in crumbs. overall not the best experience. won’t be rushing back.

I was in with my family in the centre, we were very hungry and out server samantha was very kind and polite. She recommend pizza for me and pasta for my mom. It's so nice to see someone who clearly enjoys there job

Not good. Partner ordered half roast chicken with couscous salad and a side on chilli fries, the world's smallest chicken and no salad. I had the new York deli burger with Cajun fries. HOLD the gherkins they had been put on and then removed could taste them still. Plus looked nothing like the pictures on the menu. The service was very good and it looks well organised just expensive junk food at the end of it. Desert and coffee the best part.

We came here before the pictures as had been before and had a lovely meal steak and chips with cheese sauce on the chips it was so good however this time they had changed everything no more cheese sauce, we got macaroni sauce instead and it was not nice at all. The steak was chewy fat all over my partner could not eat his. Mine first came out swimming in blood so had to send it back and wait for a new one which they then decided to give me a burnt steak as a new one. I could not eat mine either left half of it so 30 quid down the drain. Service was fine place is nice but food is not worth it. Got a victors after the pictures which was a much better meal.

This was a first visit since restaurant opened. I booked a table for five me, my husband my nine year old daughter and two of her friends. It was for her birthday after a trip to the cinema. When we arrived restaurant was fairly busy. We were shown to our table which was right at the back literally next to the door to the toilets and the door to the kitchen. Not really where you want to sit eating your dinner. We waited around twenty minutes and finally someone asked if we wanted drinks. The drinks order came and my drink was wrong. The guy that brought the right drink back just dumped it on the table and walked away. We ordered the food and it was ok. The children’s pizza was really unappetising. The plates were all cold. Bill came to about £46 definitely not worth it. Only good part was the waitress she was friendly. Really wouldn’t rush back.

Went here to the quay for dinner before nipping across the road to see a star is born . We got here in plenty of time (well so we thought ) 7 pm for 8.30 showing . Place was not too busy so we ordered and waited and waited . At 20.15 we had to leave after only having a starter and being told our mains would be another 20 minutes . Not for us we expected dinner and had to stock up on pop corn !

We visited yesterday for a family lunch for my daughter's 10th birthday and invited a couple of her friends.The service was excellent and even though it was busy, we weren't made to feel rushed and were served promptly.Childrens portions were good value for money with a good selection and the adults all enjoyed the meal too. The hot dog was really tasty!My daughter's cake was brought out to a birthday song and she was over the moon.All in all, a really good visit and would recommend.

I was at a lunch with my family on Wednesday, we ordered starters, mains and desserts for the kids. Starters were ok, though my pizza could have been a bit longer in the oven, but when I told the waitress about it she offered a fresh new one if I wasn't satisfied. She was so nice that I didn't want to inconvenience her in any way. She was young but very professional, I could tell that she must love the job :) For the price I've paid the food was ok, but the rations could be bigger. The whole visit's on the plus mostly because of that charming waitress, we know her name was Pauline. Frankie - you should hire more people like her in your restaurant!

Had lunch. Expensive and overrated for what it is. Ordered hot dog with mac and cheese on top, all the food was cold when it came, had to order again, when it came the second time, better but still below average, don't be back unfortunately.

Frankie and bennies food is what it is, cheap and cheerful, but I feel special mention is needed for the young male manager working today. It's lunch time, you have a very small team and it's mobbed and you look like you have all the tables! I haven't seen the smile come off your face the entire time I've been here despite all the above. Hats off to you sir, I know how hard that is to do. Went for lunch with partner and granddaughter going for the 3 course lunch menu at £11.49 and the large children's menu at £7.49 There plenty of choices for all 3 coursesall were fresh tasty and well presented. special mention to the classic chicken burger and house beef burger which were top class. The children's menu was inventive 3 courses and a couple of sides. My granddaughter loved her garlic bread pizza chips mini corn on the cob and mini cheesecake dessert and drink all included in the price there was nothing left on her plate.Our waiter provided an excellent friendly service and would use this restaurant again

I've reviewed a Frankie and Bennys before albeit a different location, however this was my husband's first visit to any F&B. He liked it. Service was good, he enjoyed his Chicken and Mushroom penne and commented that at least you get a decent amount of chicken in it. I had the Philly Steak Hot Dog, I ordered the large as my eyes were bigger than my belly. It was good. I struggled to finish it. Overall for value for money and a good selection of dishes it is a good place to eat.

I never can fault frankie &bennys service and food always tasty and hot and staff always treat customers so well 1st time in this branch though and won’t be my last

Staff are friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the food is below par. Disappointing portion sizes and poor quality for the price. Soft drinks are terribly over priced. Little wonder it is always so quiet.

That's a shame all the bad reviews. This is the second time I've been in and it was good ! Just as I thought it would be for this kind of bar food ! If you don't realise that by the decor then well... Staff are very friendly, lady didn't have a name badge on so, I can't mention her .

Ok £9.99 for 2 courses .... You know it's not going to be 'cordon bleu' but come on........ BBQ rump steak wrap, French fries and coleslaw..... I ate the wrap! The meat although plenty of it in the wrap was chewy and tasteless. The French fries again plenty of them but why would I want to eat reheats and the coleslaw ..... One mouthful was enough! Dessert was two small scoops of very tasty vanilla ice cream.....thank the lord! On a good note, the staff were very pleasant and attentive! Pity they were serving such crap food

We used to frequent various Frankie and Benny's restaurants many years ago. They were sadly always a bit hit and miss. With the passage of time they moved from more hits to many more misses, and we stopped going.Walking past the new shiny outlet among the many shiny new outlets in the new Olympia food mall we decided to give it a go. For once not bothering to check Tripadvisor before we did. Big mistake!Fortunately we only ordered one course each from the bargain lunch menu, sadly this was one course too many!The waiting staff do seem to care about the customers, sadly those responsible for actually producing the food do not. I hesitate to call them chefs as the dictionary definition of a chef is a skilled and trained cook who works in a hotel or restaurant. I suspect most of the food arrives at this type of restaurant simply ready to be fried, boiled or microwaved, reducing the skill required to a minimum. Even then it is unfair to totally blame those employed to fry, microwave or boil, as you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear.The carbonara was just warm enough to discourage me from returning it. It was however bland in the extreme, lacking not just seasoning but any real flavour. The burger was bland, much less tasty than a Big Mac, and the first batch of chips was cold. The replacements however were both hot and crisp.At £20 for the two meals and bottomless Pepsi Max, it did keep body and soul together, was it worth the calories? No! Will I be back? Again a categorical no!However the restaurant was busy, even in the midst of a large food court. Why? Because so many of us just order this bland food, available from so many bland chains, eat it, drink 3 pints of soda and leave full up.

Varied and extensive menu and basically has something for everyone. If you have an odeon Luxe cinema ticket valid on the same day as your visit you get 20% off of your bill. Good Atmosphere. Reasonably priced. Suitable for couples and families. Fresh food cooked as you wait.

This is my second time visiting this restaurant and I won’t be back. The first time the food was ok but on this occasion I was far from happy. We ordered a steak but were told they had run out. It was only 6.00pm and restaurant was very quiet. I had fish and chips and was served a fairly small fish with frozen chips in a small plate. Ridiculous for £11. My wife had a burger and was served a very thin and lifeless burger. Would have got better in a cheap cafe. When it came to dessert a machine wasn’t working for one order. As for drinks it was £2.95 for a small coke and £4.35 for a pint of budweiser but it was a weak strength version. This place has gone way downhill and other reviews back this up. To sum up premium prices for poor food. Plenty other good restaurants available in this price range.

Food was superb. Spicy meat pasta was superb. Service was very quick also plus 50% off today and a free chocolate cake with ice cream. Can’t ask for anymore than that.

Excellent service and yummy food. Only thing I would complain about is it felt quite cold when sitting waiting ,on our food yes it was freezing outside but I think open into the skating rink leaves it a but chill fir those really cold days.

First time in this restaurant not bad price for two course £9.45 for starter and main potato skins were nice but could do with a bit more cheese on them fish and chips were really nice but quite expensive for a soft drink took the goodness out of having eaten there but think I would try it again

My self, wife, daughter and granddaughter went here for lunch after shopping around the mall. The food was mostly overpriced American fast food. The service was terrible. They have a special where you can order two or three courses for a set price. We settled on the two courses. We opted for dessert instead of starter which included a hot beverage, coffee or tea plus dessert item. We had our tea and coffee with our main course but when we asked for dessert we told we should have had our coffee and tea with it. Anyway, long story short the manger threw the cash register receipt at my wife. Very unprofessional.

What a shame, we have been a fan of Frankie's for years. Unfortunately standards are deteriorating at an alarming rate. We ordered chicken strips and potatoe skins for starters. Pathetic, is definitely the word I would use to describe how they both looked. The mains weren't much better. What a shame, bye Frankie's, we will not be returning.

Visited when restaurant not busy. Service slow and sloppy, food very mediocre and overpriced. Steak overcooked. Thought it was so bad, will definitely not visit one of these again. First and last time.

Took about 15 minutes to be seated although it seemed pretty empty. Food was what you’d expect. Finished food at about 8 o’clock, waited 20 minutes for plates to be cleared (even though the place was empty) and asked for the bill. When they finally brought the bill over they had charged us for an extra 2 mains and 2 sides (which we didn’t have) and when altering them of this it took another 15/20 minutes for them to fix it and give us the correct bill. More annoyingly it seemed the waitress and manager where just chatting while meant to be ‘fixing’ it. Would give this branch a miss in the future, either eat else where in the centre or go to the other one in East Kilbride.

The Restaurant was empty (Friday night 17.30) and we were shown to our table by a young lad that looked like he didn't have enough enthusiasm to lift his feet. He then handed us lunch menus. We were not offered a drink and then left for 10 to 15 minutes after being ignored, we gave up and left the restaurant. I was very reluctant to give this restaurant my money after the poor service especially given that the place was empty.

Visited for family weekend lunch with our 4 year old. Great friendly service and the food arrived pretty quickly. The service made a big difference. The restaurant seems pretty fresh and very clean.

Almost empty yet took ages to get seated. 4 main courses ordered, on arrival- 2 were entirely incorrect and returned. Waited 20 mins for correct order, but 2 other family members had already finished theirs. When order eventually arrived, it was burnt and almost inedible. Poor waitress did apologise but I refused to pay for these 2 courses, especially as dishes here are not particularly cheap. Wouldn't go back.

Visited with friends and got the family feast - pizza, large plate of pasta and unlimited fries. Food was tasty but a little to much of it. Staff were friendly.

Not going to spend time writing a developed review for this establishment. Dough on pizza tasted a bit under cooked.Chicken was over done. Didn't have the main I wanted. Didn't have any vanilla or strawberry ice cream. Very over priced. Will not return. If you want nice pizza at a great price check out Paesanos on 94 Miller Street. Disappointed in Frankie and Bennys.

Popped in here during Saturday lunch time. Was served by a blonde girl named Samantha. Good was typical F&B standard but the waitress more than made up for that. Polite, knowledgable and friendly. Our glasses were never empty and she continued to check on our experience. A credit to this store !

Early Friday afternoon Lunch, really nice atmosphere, good service and Hot good wholesome food. Would recommend a variety of people , couples, families, children. all good no complaints.

Me and my friend decided on here for dinner and I honestly wish we hadn't!The lunch menu was really limited in choices so we opted for the main menu.I had chicken wings and my friend had the chicken strips, which were both good and ultimately the only nice part of the meal.I ordered Potato skins and asked for them without BBQ sauce, To then have them arrive WITH BBQ sauce. The waitress did promptly change them for me and they were okay, but not great.However, we hadn't even finished our starters when they came over to clear our table and serve our main course (very bad etiquette).We both had the New Yorker wrap And it was terrible. Packed with lettuce and hardly any chicken, no jalapeño sauce as indicated and me and my friend both agreed that there was a terrible aftertaste to the sauce that was in it (to which our waitress couldn't tell us exactly what it was) Chips were warm at best and our onion rings were very salty. We mentioned to the waitress that we didn't enjoy them and she apologised but didn't offer any replacement and there was no apology from a manager or discount offered even though we hardly touched our food.All in all, food was terrible, service was okay and I definitely wouldn't recommend a visit to here! Disappointing as I used to love a trip to Frankie's.

Came here for dinner one weeknight. Place was half empty but took ages to get seated. Ordered our meals, waited a bit longer than we would have liked only to find 2 out of 4 meals were incorrect when they eventually arrived. Sent them both back, but when correct meals did turn up 20 mins later, remaining 2 family members had finished theirs. Our replacement meals were overcooked and onion rings were actually black on one side which they'd tried to hide. Sent both back again and refused to pay for them. Came out still starving, won't be back.

Served food still frozen in middle! Although given replacement main, enjoyment had been totally ruined, compounded by the fact the waiting staff seemed oblivious. Main course deducted from our bill but no apology from the manager and no appreciation of why we might not have enjoyed ourselves! My partner's main was less than average and the couple behind us had the wrong dessert served too. Everyone makes mistakes, it's the way the problem is handled that makes the difference and this place has no idea how to resolve their problems. Terrible: avoid at all costs.

Popped into Frankie & Bennys in East Kilbride Shopping Centre for lunch.Ordered potato skins & chicken goujons. Potato skins were cold inside. When the plates were cleared she asked if anything was wrong with them, told her they were cold, she said I will let the kitchen know.Ordered lasagne for main meal - funniest lasagna I have ever saw. 5 rows of pasta and bolognaise round the outside of it (nothing inside). Not very nice, I left that also. When we got the bill we were still charged for the potato skins.Didn't leave a tip although the service was good, but food was not.Wont be back.

Went in for a quick meal and left totally let down this food is not Italian!!!! Poor quality small portion of lasagne and 5 chicken dippers for £15 is a rip off this place needs a serious shake up

Don't expect to find Italian quality here: the pasta is overcooked and the sauce tasteless. My pasta came with fries without being asked, which is absurd. Only positive note: the staff was welcoming, although our waitress kept dropping cutlery.

Ok good. Friendly service when I visited today but I find the menu rather boring...heavy focus on pasta, burgers and pizza....not great for a business traveller and I think they are missing out a market

Last visit to a Frankie and Bennys. The whole menu had changed no choice of soup for a starter any more, Chicken wings that used to be the best are now in my opinion the worse, staff don't seem to care whether you enjoyed your meal or not. Used to love going here, but no more...

Whilst in EKB we went for a quick bite to eat. Staff were friendly and served the food prompt. They ensured that we had all utensils and cutlery and made sure we enjoyed the meal and gave us a loyalty card for future discounts.

Very hungry and it was late! We knew we couldn't go wrong with thus place! In fact it was a hard choice choosing since most dishes looked very appealing. Had a mixed starter to share with onion rings, chicken skewers, nachos and breaded cheese! Then I opted for an unusual calzone, crispy chicken calzone!

Lovely place. Peaceful atmosphere. Perfect for any occasion. Food was fab. Have never been disappointed. Would definitely recommend :)

There isn't anything I didn't like about this place, like the music they play (they used to sell the cd's of it). Food is good and plentiful. Prices aren't bad either.

These restaurants are woeful. Waited years before ever setting foot in one as they didnt really appeal to me. However have heard people say how much they love it so had to try it. Was actually very pleased with the menu, but im afraid thats where it ended when the food arrived it was shockingly bad. Nothing short of a rip off. Starters were below average but ok I suppose. I had fish and chips for my main. There was a chippy round the corner I should just have went there. Worst fish n chips ive ever had two tiny dried up and overcooked battered fillets I could actually taste bitter burtness off them? Chips were rubbish frozen ones. Someone at my table had a sticky chicken salad which was overpriced and inedible we all tried it and no one liked it it was foul tasting and nothing like described on the menu it was all wrong thr sauce was vile and overpowering. Deserts looked nice but just had no oomph merely just oknothing more. If u rate this place highly then u have a lot to learn about decent food. I will never return!

I've visited franky and bennys at Glasgow fort a few years back with my work ...... And got a caterpillar on my pizza. The staff where most sympathetic and where very annoyed that this happened. It took me a few years but when the kitchen was brought into open view I decided to give them another go. I recently visited the one at xcape at braehead an what a joke that was. In our garlic bread we got a squashed fly. You could see its wings etc ...... We showed the manager and he had the cheek to say " I will take your word for it and give you a replacement garlic bread" when I questioned him his response was "your garlic bread will be free of charge" .I would have hoped at paying the prices they charge they would be more particular about their food and also that a manager would be more understanding. I would recommend anyone that goes here o check their food before thy eat it. Not a good quality of service at all.
