Always love the food in here. Best has to be the pizzas so thin and crispy and delicious. Desserts are amazing too including the new onesStaff are friendly.We are always in here due to being Frankie's top fans so we always have vouchers for money off main meals Definitely recommend this place

We were greeted right away in a really friendly cheerful manner by Sinead who was fantastic with the kids, our little girl really enjoyed the attention and being made a fuss of. Sinead was very attentive throughout and made the whole experience even better. Food was excellent but the service even better couldn't ask for more

Dosen't rate a star. The food was terrible. To much pesto on the pizza and the cheese on my burger was clumpy. Sent our food back but the replacement wasn't much better. I could safely say I won't eat there again.

Frankie & Benny's restaurant in East Kilbride's Olympia Mall Centre is great, the food and service is first class.The staff are so friendly its like family, that's why we have become regulars.The manager is a great guy, with staff that are all well trained and welcoming. You must drop in and have a chat with Karolina, she has such a lovely personality. Tonight we were served by Samantha and Keith, but other members of staff came over and welcomed us back again. The menu has a big selection to choose from and great value, we had the best burgers in town. We just love the friendly atmosphere they generate in this place i cant praise it enough.

I've eaten here a few times and it's always been pretty consistent. The food it hot, fresh and tastes great and the service is always friendly and swift without feeling like you're being rushed out of the door.Our server today was sinead and she was really helpful and made sure we were all happy with our meals. We booked this restaurant because of my grandsons birthday. I was pleasantly surprised with the food and the service. The food was excellent,everybody enjoyed it. The service was also excellent a big thank you to Sam,nothing was a problem for her and she looked after us very well. Yes we will be back.

Ate here last week whilst out shopping. Staff friendly and service good. We had pepperoni pizza and macaroni cheese with a side of fries to share. Food was served amazingly quickly and was okay. Not the best we ever had but certainly not the worst. If you are looking for a quick lunch then this may just tick the box.

We went for breakfast to use our meerkat meals 2 for 1. Great service and food. We then returned at lunchtime where again we used our meerkat meals and had a great meal for great price. We will be back. Thank you

Arrived with my wife had s voucher for a deal thought would be great value for money but wasn't we had chicken wings which were lovely but I'm not joking the plates were cleared and our mains arrived in less than a minute didn't have time to digest our food pasta wasn't the best not very warm obviously had been lying on the hot plate this isn't the first time this happened wine wasn't very chilled service was ok wouldn't Rush back

I met a friend here for lunch and both the food and the service was fantastic. The server (iwona) was very friendly and polite and I literally couldn't fault her in any way. Exceptional.I had a salmon salad which was lovely and fresh and really tasty.My friend had a cblt burger which was also excellent.Thanks to chefs and waiting staff for a lovely lunch.

We were going to the cinema yesterday so decided to nip in for a bite to eat for lunch. I had the New York Giant pizza with chilli cheese fries and my wife had the Black & Blue burgerGood friendly service and came out without having to wait too longFood was what you expect, fairly tasty, decent sized serving. Only ‘gripe’ is that because the restaurant is near to the ice rink then it can get a bit cool. This meant our fries were almost cold by the time we finished eating. Just needs an actual foot at the entrance to the restaurant rather than the big gap they have

Booked a table for my 15 yr daughter and 9 of her friends for a birthday meal and when they went 2 pay they had charged them £13 surcharge and didnt even tell them about it or tell me when I phoned

We visited Frankie and Bennys today for lunch and was so happy with the service we received. Our daughter is coeliac so always quite anxious about eating out but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and my daughter was so happy to eat her gluten free burger and chocolate brownie. Our waitress Sinead was lovely and so helpful. She spent time going through the gluten free menu with us and made such an effort with the kids. Will definitely be back. Emily said it’s her new favourite restaurant.

Service was terrible waited a while to be served! The server who was a manager was sarcastic to my husband because my husband had queried the amount of garnish on his burger! It had 1 very small lettuce leaf on it, when my husband asked where the garnish was that had been stated on the menu? The manager picked up the plate and said I'll get another piece of lettuce for your burger sir! That's not what my husband asked!!! at that point we regretted deciding to go to F &B in the first place! Wont make that mistake again

My friend and I decided to come here for a meal the evening of 19/08/19 before I returned down south and it did not disappoint. I had a Cajun chicken wrap with sweet potato fries and she had a chicken burger with a side of garlic bread, then to follow we had a couple of sundaes. The food and drinks were delicious and we were served by the lovely Keith who was very attentive and delivered excellent service in every way. Nothing was too much trouble - even stopped to take a photo of my friend and I, and he even gave me my sundae for free as it was my birthday! We will definitely be back and will be disappointed if not served by Keith again as I can’t think of anyone who will provide better service!Thank you!

Macaroni cheese was delicious, but milkshakes leave more to be desired as they are about 70% whipped cream. Staff are extremely friendly though. Great for groups, as they let you build up a tab, and then pay as a group.

Our Out of School Care visited Frankie & Benny’s (East Kilbride) today, after our trip to the cinema . There were 21 children and 6 staffThanks to the Manager, Dave and his wonderful team , we ALL had a great time. All the staff were wonderful, nothing was too much for them. As you can imagine taking orders and serving 21 primary age children is no easy task. They were great with them all , showing patience and ensuring all the children had enough of everything. The Out of School Care staff enjoyed a lovely meal too ( well deserved for all their hard work ) The food was really good and there were only empty plates at the end of the meal. The children also enjoyed their desserts , again empty plates. Normally after a cinema trip the children would get a happy meal but we decided to try something different .As it turned out this was a very good decision. The food was very good and I was particularly impressed by the presentation of the children’s food. The children had a lovely experience and really enjoyed their food. I was very happy as the bill which didn’t break the bank, well within our budget and much better quality. I’m sure that the children will be adding Frankie & Benny’s to our planners for future visits.Good quality foodGood Value Good atmosphere Fantastic service

Very Delicious food!!! Friendly staff! But they did not have everything on saturday evening (zero coke, tiramisu) Amazing selection of gluten free foods.

My first time visiting here I immediately was impressed by decor I enjoyed the american style themed diner. Staff were extremely friendly and fast service. Nicely priced at both lunch and dinner times. A wide selection on the menu for mains and desserts. Although all of this made a good impression at first when we actually got the food I was immediately disappointed. The portion was absolutely tiny and the burger I got tasted like it could have been from McDonalds. Also the chips were clearly fried from frozen as they had a frozen taste to them making me just immediately stop eating. Meal was average pushing it. It could in all honesty be a great place to go but the food is a let down and that's what your really there for the food not the service. That's not to say it's like that in every frankie and bennies though

Went in for a quick bite last night before the cinema. Food was delicious and the staff were so good. Drinks were arriving within a minute of ordering and despite the fact it was free refills I was never left with an empty cup. 2 courses for £10.99 is great value for money on a Friday night.

Fab vegan burger! Lovely sweet potato fries and choc brownie was yummy! They have definately improved since last time I came years ago. Staff were really nice too.

Great food, not so great service. Handed my daughter who was at the time 15 months a glass so had to go hunting for a plastic cup instead was given dirty looks when asking for one and dry service after that. You don't have to be a parent to have common sense. Attitude was horrible and I ha e noticed this from this same waitress on other occasions we have visited.

This is a nice welcoming atmosphere, its cosy and the staff are always friendly and chatty. The food quality so far on our last 4 visits have been spot on. Prices are a bit on the high side for what you get but it's a nice meal out.

My last few visits to Frankie and Bennys have been pretty average, food seems overpriced for what you get.Visited here on Friday evening, we were seated straightaway however it was over 10 minutes before anyone came to take our drinks order. Had the toblerone cheesecake for dessert and it was almost solid, it did not seem to have been defrosted. The slice was a pretty poor size for the £5.99 price tag.

Food, cost, service, facilities, including baby change facilities all very good. Toilets do need some tlc for fixtures etc but all works.

My family and I were in for a quick breakfast before the cinema. Our servers Jen and Sinead were wonderful. Food was first class as was the service. Will be back.

Used to like Frankies for lunch but last two visits food has been cold and I hate cold chips, can't even blame it on them being busy as very quiet both times.

We were at the Silverburn f&b shown to our table served our drinks quickly but over 30 minutes later still no breakfast when it arrived scrambled eggs and toast was cold as were the pancakes the traditional breakfast was ok had no drink left as we waited that long

Good place. Its in town cetre opp ice skating rink . burgers pasta and chips is their specialty .not to forget itried a brownie with icecream there and it was delicious .. if in town centre this is a great place to dine or munch . Have fun

Found it a bit rude when paying our bill the waitress asked.... Do I want change?

Ordered Mushroom Bruschetta, got three slice completely soggy bread covered with mushrooms and sauce. Sent it back and got chickenless chicken which was okay. My daughter had Calamari which she liked. For mains I had Kansas City Bbq chickenless ciicken pizza covered in a sweet Bbq sauce which I thought was horrible, only ate the crust of the pizza where there was no Bbq sauce. When I complained about the mushroom Bruschetta to one of the waitresses (not the Polish girl that had originally served us) I was met with the hand on the hip, which put my back up straight away. Found the atmosphere unprofessional, lot of banter going on between the between the chiefs and the staff. Not a good experience.

Service was good but the food was no where near as good as previous frankie and bennys. Spaghetti bolognese was a bit watery, my partner's burger was drowned in mayonnaise, bun was stale and the sour cream was so watery it looked like it was off, the burger patty itself was also rubbery. Maybe if the chef stopped dancing around in the kitchen during our visit the quality of food might have been up to standards.

We were shown to a table by a member of staff fairly quickly. We sat for at least ten minutes without one member of staff approaching our table to at least order drinks. As we got up to leave a staff member watched us leave and apologised. We realised they were busy but the staff member should have advised us that there may be a delay in service. We went to a nice Italian restaurant a couple of doors up and had drinks within a couple of minutes and the meal about 10 minutes later. We were regulars customers at Frankie and Benny's however we may think twice about this branch from now on.

Food was under cooked and I hate sending food back but was inedible, the replacements didn't taste much better. definitely won't be back. My partner barely ate her lunch and our two friends didn't really enjoy theirs either, with one of them saying their pasta was tasteless. The staff were pleasant enough but just not good food, which is the point in going but is the only reason I'm giving an additional star is for the staff. Perhaps wouldn't have been as bad if I wasn't paying for the whole lunch but that's how it goes...

Was in East Kilbride Frankie &Benny's with a friend for lunch I ordered mushroom bracheta I was hungry and looking forward to it and when it came I started to eat away but it didn't taste rite I got my friend to taste it to and she also said the same the mushrooms were raw what an absolute disgrace serving that to someone I was almost sick. I sent it back and replaced it with something else. For my main I had a burger I took a bite and it was very mushy and pinkish colour in it so I left it my friend ordered the skinny pizza when that came to her it looked nothing like that was on the picture in menu wee are very disappointed and will definitely not be back food was absolutely disgusting.

Menu is different since I was last in, I'd say it's better. The food is fairly standard though and was lukewarm!

We ate in here (2 adults and 2 kids) before Xmas and had nice meals and took advantage of a kids eat free offer, hence we decided to return following a visit to the ice rink on Sat evening.we ordered our starters and mains, didn't have to wait long on hubbys overcooked potato skins and my overcooked mozzarella sticks, tasteless would be a compliment. Waiter came up to ask if we were finished and literally whisked our plates away with one hand and plonked out mains in front of us with the other. They had def been sitting under heat lamps as I have the pasta and meatballs, you could have bounced them and they were full of gristle, hubbys pizza was undercooked. Anyway, kids pudding was brought at the same time as our bill, talk about shoving us out the door! The place wasn't even busy. £50.00 for two starters. two mains and 2 drinks (1 non alc) could have had a better meal elsewhere. Will not rush back.

disappointed. long wait for cold food. chips arrived in a tiny portion for the price and were over salted. pizza wasn’t the warmest and water price was extortionate. table was dirty when we came in and was covered in crumbs. overall not the best experience. won’t be rushing back.

Food is usually very good as most Frankie and Benny's are, but most of the times Iv been in, there are mistakes made with orders or the bill. I went last weekend for a birthday meal and my friend celebrating her birthday. They didn't even make her pizza, they forgot. Everyone else eating and she waited another 10 minutes for her meal. She got it for free which is standard goodwill. 3 star until you get more organized.

What can you say about it,it's Frankie and Bennys. No surprises, good service and nice atmosphere. Also a very nice Merlot.

Chicken wings were close to burnt, onion rings were pre packed frozen and had to send back the burger and ask for a new one as the original one was like a brick. Very disappointing, service was good though.

The staff are always friendly and the food is great. We almost always get garlic bread which is half and half with cheese.
