Jasmine Takeaway in South Lanarkshire

Easily the best Chinese takeaway. Ordered a delivery today and it arrived in 10 mins, instead of the stated 1 hr. Food was fantastic, as always, fresh and hot, as if being served in a restaurant. The elderly delivery driver is also an absolute gentleman, very polite and respectful. This takeaway does really care about it's customers. Keep up the high standard

AVOID I had the most disgusting inedible food ever. Both meals are now binned. Crispy noodles with beef were not edible. They were dry, clumped together and felt like eating raw noodles. "Beef???" is very questionable as to what it was. Ultra ultra processed pieces of salty, cornfloured, gooey mush lumps, the snotty texture completely turned my stomach. DO NOT BUY

We waited 121 minutes not the 60 minutes we were told delivery time would take. So slow, we were lied to when we questioned the delay. We thought food was lovely but was too hungry to fully appreciate it. Terrible delay for a diabetic

Order tonight was rubbish, was not impressed with the food at all, rice tasted like it was old, noodles were so dry, chicken breast slices were rubbery, salt and pepper chips were spicy but that was all there was no flavour and were soggy, only thing that was ok was curry sauce and even at that was a bit bland, overall we weren't impressed tonight, ordered before and was fine but feels like a waste of £27, wont be back if thats the standard !

Had a takeaway from here it came late with no contact and everything I had tasted really salty would not recommend

We get food from here and in general it's very good however last few meals have been too salty and the Thai red beef curry on both occasions has not been mixed so it leaves large masses of concentrated powdery sauce. Hopefully this can be fed back to the chefs to improve the quality.

Great, fast delivery, use frequently

Great food but a bitter taste left as your phone line is engaged all the time - every time - every Friday, every Saturday. Tried 19 times tonight over a 30 min period - no joy. Frustrating. Happens week in week out .

Food is outstanding, i have never been let down, turns up hot, taste is amazing and will always order from here.

Shocking customer service. Highly disappointed and would not recommend.

Just used for 1st and LAST time tonight, watery sauce spoiled both meals..expected better from a long established Bothwell takeaway!!..now I know why it is rated at only 3 stars..phoned to complain and response was " No worries "..not even an apology.

First time I've had a meal here for months, they must have a new chef as this was a horrible experience. The meal was vile and I will not be back. Should really be no stars.

As Chinese go in area this tops the lot for me. Food is tasty, bit heavy on salt though. Lunch menu has a good selection.portion size is fair for lunch. Parking very limited.

Absolutely terrible service, have been using this Chinese for a couple of years now and have just been advised I cannot place orders with them over a comment left on just eat which I am not aware of. I complained previously On the phone about how the food was going downhill, chips being soggy, the food cold when arriving and nothing changed. Rather than try and improve their service they reject loyal customers. I have also previously found hair in my curry, avoid this place

The food was amazing. Not gloopy or thick, very fresh tasting. Arrived hot and the staff at the other end of the phone couldnt have been more helpful. I will be making this our new weekly chinese restaurant

Unfortunately the prawn toast was not fresh. But the curry was very good.

Food is good but u get very little ..expensive to get filled up..eat my pot noodle after I got meal..

Have at least 2 takeaways every week Waited almost 2 hrs tonight Cancelled delivery tonight. Time for bed. Wont be ordering or picking up again. Food is great but get more drivers if you want to keep your customers

Lovely chinese if you want to wait 2 hours to be told your dinner is “just being made”. Absolute shambles of a chinese and definitely one to stay away from. Plenty other chineses nearby that are quicker, tastier and certainly cheaper.

I am very keen to hear from anyone else who was sick 26/27 Sep 2018 with food poisioning symptoms and prior to being sick on the above dates had eaten from Jasmine House, Main St, Bothwell on evening of 26th Sep 2018.

My group tried a lot of the usual Chinese favourites, the general consensus was that it was very basic. It was okay, eatable, but so simplistic and boring. Special Fried Rice consisted of Fried Rice and two strips of Chicken and two strips of Char Sui Pork. Not really adventurous enough for my liking.

Phoned up to order but wish had used just eat as the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude. She tried to get off the phone as quick as possible, without even telling me when it was due or how much it was so I asked both questions and then obviously thought I couldn’t hear her and proceeded to say ‘FFSake asking so many questions’ any other place would normally tell you these things as a courtesy surely! She needs to be sent on a customer service course because her attitude is absolutely rotten. Won’t be calling again anytime soon.

By far the best curry in Glasgow! Anything salt and chilli is especially rich in flavor.

As of writing, best Chinese in the Shire (subject to change).

Gawny gee yes a 4 troops don't usually shop about but the grub wis good just huvty step it up a wee bit wae the chicken wis a bit dodgy!

Absolutely rotten, "curry sauce" I don't think so, chips are hard and it's expensive for this muck....

Bland unappetizing food... Dont know whats happened to this place as it used to be excellent. Wont order from here again.. Telephoned to inform the owner.
