Sizzlers Fast Food in South Lanarkshire

Bought a kebab meat and chips with two popadoms they never put the sauce on it so had to call them and to go down and pick some sauce. But the kebab meat was paper thin absolutely tasteless. So called up to complain the man in shop said if I went back in he would re do the meal for me plus take £2 off the meal. So went and got it if I was still the same price as the nite before. I will never go back to shop ever again food standards and quality is extremely poor. You would be better off throwing your money away

I ordered 3 cheeseburgers and 1 chicken burger. It was okay but nothing great no salad just lettuce

chicken chatt was dry and hardly any meat the chicken tikka wrap was nice but the salad tasted of mustard which i dont like but the pizza was great

asked for a chicken chasni and chicken dansak not to be spicy but its arrived and its spicy to eat non edible good 2 curries wasted

We have ordered from Sizzlers for many years, however the recent owners must have changed the chefs. The takeaway we had tonight was just awful. The margarita pizza was fried bread with melted cheese, the naan bread was fried bread, 2 curry dishes tasted awful. I’m not someone who normally leaves reviews but after making a phone call to complain to the shop that the food was awful, he didn’t really care, his response was ,”although the chef has changed , we have kept to the same recipes “

The chicken tikka was seriously tasty and the pizza was cooked to perfection. It was one of the tastiest pizzas I’ve had in a long time

love a south Indian garlic pizza and was spicy too loads of flavour sizzlers does great pizzas 😍

Nice staff still however I don’t want to eat anything from there as it’s deteriorating to a terrible extent

am so annoyed with the order especially the kids meal the sausage junior sausage was literally rock solid like plastic unedible my son cant eat it the chicken tika hoagie is dry and got hardly any sauce and my partner said the worker had no clue what he. was doing so thats annoying.

Used to be great for many years but seems to have changed hands Food got worse quality popped in last week while drunk and saw how dirty it was and promptly left Needs closed down

Chicken chaat was heated in microwave and tasted off, chicken pakora not much better!

Very disappointed with tonight's order. The pizza's are normally stunning, but the base on tonight's looked like one of those pre-made bases with the hole indents in the bottom and not the usual freshy made dough. The usual crispness just wa't there

The pizza was absolutely amazing. Full of toppings, piping hot and delevered early. Please re-stock the garlic mushrooms crumbled, so I can order again

This place is terrible. They cant even cook a cheese pizza properly. Base undercooked. Kebabs look like a rolled up carpet. Chips r cooked, set aside then recooked. Absolutely barkin. Curries are awful aswell. Has really went down hill the last few years.

Munchie box was ok Pizza had a chemical smell. Not good. Won't buy again

I always love to order from you but this time I am little bit disappoint bcz burger roll was burnt and very dry. Taste was awesome as always but rolls are burnt and quite dry as well as fries to.

When my pal wants Indian she always chooses Sizzlers - excellent in all respects.

We ordered two portions of Donner and chips, and a portion of Sikh kebab. The Sikh kebab was burnt and the chips in the donner were undercooked and raw. The donner portion came with no kebab sauce even though explicitly asked for kebab sauce. So overall and I was craving some donner but honestly this was the worst meal I’ve ever had and would not recommend.

Chicken pakora was overcooked and hard to chew.

Bring back the legendary beardy old guy like 5 yrs ago and everything gonna be all right. This shop was good and could be again :)

POOR QUALITY. Munchie box donner meat was very dry, stale and unedible. Some pakora okay but rest also dry and brittle and seemed reheated. Did not give me any pitta bread. Only the onions rings tasted good from the entire box. My daughters kids burger meals contained a single burger on a plane roll. No butter, cheese, sauce, nothing… Also BEWARE this takeaway increases the prices of all its food on just eat menu compared to the menu that is available in the store.

Ordered a large pakora-if that’s a large -am a size eight . Unlike then as ordered this so many times

Absolutely abysmal service. Ordered on just eat 2 special korma meals which you choose what meat etc and we chose chicken. They delivered Prawn which we are both allergic to ! They told us the error is just eats and not theirs and would not replace meals. They are aware of the issue on just eat apparently but have not sorted it and told us we needed to go back to just eat for refund, can't afford to order replacement meals and refund from just eat takes forever. Thank god the 3 kids dinners were alright and it's only the adults who are going without. Do not order from this place they do not deserve your custom, we certainly would never place an order ever again!

Delivery wasn't an issue, delivery guy was quick and sound as. Hadn't ordered from this place in a while and now I remember why. Ordered a large donner - I got a tiny little bread that you'd get with a small kebab and it was stale, solid, like a crisp. It snapped like an easter egg, repulsive. With that I got enough kebab meat to fill 6 of these tiny little breads, that's not a good thing since the meat was repulsive, also. I have second-hand embarrassment for the person who constructed this monstrosity...maybe find a new job or something? Don't take it out on the punters...find summink else to do with your life ans stop wasting everyone's time. Naturally, won't be ordering from here again, whole thing went in the bin and even the bin was taking the boak.

I ordered at 6.26pm it wasn’t delivered until 7.58pm my daughter had to leave without food very disappointed

I order regularly from Sizzlers normally collection. Food & service is usually very good. Tonight’s pizza was cold, over cooked and hard. It was not enjoyable. Hoping it’s been a one off.

Best take away in a long time crispy chips/ kebab fresh and hot sauce lovely first time trying no need to order from else where again 🤙 top notch

I ordered prawn poori but received something that looks like chicken poori which I can't eat as I'm allergic. Very disappointed however, hopefully it can be sorted tomorrow - beans on toast it is then 😭😭

Discusting food the burger was so hard and charcoaled you couldn’t even eat it it was so hard discusting discusting discusting erw will not return here you shouldn’t even be open still with your inedible food absolutely vile I will be putting in a serious complaint with the food hygiene association.

Pizza was burnt, crispy and cheese was black, chips were burnt and they were brown, disappointed as its not normally like this

Unfortunately with lots of children to feed the delivery was very late which caused lots of stress.

Ordered 12 inch tropical pizza. Was over half an hour late and wasn’t nice at all. It wasn’t cooked properly, felt like I was eating uncooked dough. Was so bad I think I should have my money refunded.

I ordered pizza for my children and I stayed waiting more than 2 hours when pizza came was cold and a bit soggy so my children went to sleep with out eating pizza.

I asked for the food to be left at my back door which yeah is great, they did that perfectly but they did not ring the doorbell or knock my door so it was just sitting there outside on the wet ground for 30 minutes maybe more, absolutely fuming

I got a delievery and my Donna meat was cold and looked like scrappings , The salad was that green with a don’t know what it has dyed my fingers green and they look like the hulks which is hurrendous .

It's been over 2 hours and I've still not received my order.

Used to really like this place but I've had 2 orders in a row now that have been about an hour late and food has been cold don't think I'll be ordering again.

We have been ordering from this restaurant for 15 years. Always superb. Tonight was shockingly bad. I asked for salad in my wife’s kebab. There wasn’t any. It was also supposed to be a large kebab. It wasn’t . The chips were clearly reheated and as tough as old leather. My curry only had five small pieces of chicken in it. The mushroom rice was disgusting. Full of green chillies and coriander (which it never normally is). I had to throw it away as I cannot stand either of those ingredients. A complete waste of £22. We’re still hungry. Dreadful.

Bit later than usual. But definitely get the chicken tikka on your pizza. Garlic mayo is banging as well

Food was nice as usual but they took almost 2 hours to deliver a spicy chicken pizza and it was slightly warm at best when it arrived.

2 and a half hours later and still waiting on food 😭😭 I’m disabled and I couldn’t cook tonight and ordered a few things and it’s still not here at 7 pm. Ordered just before 5 pm. Had pre ordered also and the order got cancelled and had to re order. And now waiting ages hopefully it arrives

Chips soggy & cold, very small tub of mayo (not worth the money) meat Luke warm, bottom of box fell out when opened. Wouldn’t order again.

I placed an order which I have ordered a few times. When I arrived and was wrong I called the restaurant to be informed that all the other times someone made it they were wrong and the way I got it tonight is right. They need to fix there menu then as they give u choices of topping which the shouldn't then if Ur going to only get it one way

I used to use this place almost weekly back when I was living in Whitlawburn around a decade ago. Recently saw they were on Just Eat so decided to give them a try again. Forgot how great the pizzas were. Rest of food was fresh, hot and delivered in good time for a Saturday night. Will definitely be using again.

Donner meat was dried and curled clearly been left lying a while, so cold that the cheese hadn't even started to melt was a kebab of hard curly kebab meat, with grated cheese with little salad and almost no sauce. Burger was great, chips were a mixture of fresh and re heats. Disappointed would be an understatement.

Waited over an hour and half for the food to come cold and kebab meat was like rubber. Normally really enjoy this place but tonight’s food wasn’t anywhere near edible. Only thing we could really eat was the chips. Wrap only had garlic Mayo when i requested chilli sauce aswell shame as I do like this place

2.5 hours for pizza and sent wrong pizza

The cheese on pizza was off and made my stomach upset.

First time ordering from here and me and partner give it a 9 out of 10 will deffo be ordering from here again

Waited nearly 2 hours on a Wednesday night . When driver came no apologies very disrespectful, looking through me like a was something on the bottom of his shoe. Will never order again

The guys were very busy tonight and apologised for the delivery being slightly late. Not a problem, to be honest, when the food is fantastic. It always is. Consistently excellent every time.

Pizza was burnt dough puffed up to extreme. Uneatable and restaurant wouldn’t resolve as was extremely nasty on phone. Extremely annoyed and disappointed as been using this restaurant regularly for years and years a valued customer and this is how me and my disabled mum was treated

This is the best fast food place in the area. The quality, choice and prices are excellent. Always freshly cooked and generous in portion The owners are lovely and their staff are the nicest!! The young couple who work there are so friendly and interested in everyone ...nothing is too much bother. I was in recently and my card didn't work and they insisted I took the food and handed in cash next time I was in the area ...first class people ...thank you!!
