Leo's Grill in South Lanarkshire

Not great tried leos grill for the first time. They had no ingredients to make peri peri wings and then on top of that they had no half chickens. Decided to put that aside and go for a peri peri chicken wrap meal. The wrap wouldnt even have filled my 2 year old son it was two small thin bits of chicken it was pretty ridiculous next to no flavour to it either and i asked for mild and it was next to no spice. The chips that came with the meal was like half a portion, the spicey wings aren't very nice either. Will be the first and last time Leos Grill gets my money thats for sure. They did make a very good milkshake for me though but the food was rubbish and very stingy portions. Definitely better at peri peri dot/big eats across the road

The menu is wrong apparently. Hot dog with crispy fried onions came with no onions and was definitely bot hot. Never order from here.

If you want food poisoning order from here. We ordered a relatively simple meal from here, The fries came under cooked and limp The slushies were the wrong flavour The jalapeño and chicken came with undercooked chicken.. Staff were not helpful when we complained Please do not order from here.

I ordered via their website for delivery at 5pm. Phoned an hour later and was told their website was down and to get a refund via their app. That didn't work so sent a facebook message and left telephone message for the manager to call me back - no reply! The next night my food was delivered at 8pm. Absolute waste as we had already eaten. I phoned and asked AGAIN for the manager as 27 hours is a ridiculous delivery time !!!! Kept the food as it was already paid for and we didn't seem to be getting a refund! The burgers had no salad and no sauce and were inedible !! A month later I am still waiting for my refund, or at least a response from the manager. Will never use again - disgusting service

Not for me unfortunately the burger I bought was inedible, I had got a groupon deal called up to order and the server knew nothing about the deal. She rambled on about burgers and different fillings not taking a breath to really bother about what I wanted so we ended up with some inemic chips and 4 messes for what you call burgers.

Great food for the price, and convenient too!

First ever delivery was very late and literally looked like it had been thrown together. Called to advise, spoke to a very nice woman. Was offered a free meal but decided not to claim it and tried again the following week. Ordered at 6.39 pm, was advised delivery would be between 8.05 and 8.25. Order was finally delivered at 9.50!!!!! Spoke to man at shop who apologised and assured me he would call me personally next day to try and sort something out. One week later and I'm still waiting for the call. Not recommended for either food , delivery times or customer service.

Friendly helpful staff and food to entertain your taste buds. You owe it to yourself to try a messy burger......they rock.

We order something last night it was on time but my mrs wrap wasent right we phoned down. The woman who answersd the phone could not have been more helpful she asked what was wrong we told her within 20 mins we had another full meal thank you.We really appreciated that great service thanks

Food is great but this is 4th time with incomplete order . They always forget a juice , or a dip or wedges. Feed up

Never get the right ice cream or toppings

Took well over a week in order to get a refund of two milkshakes, repeated calls and the owner promising to call me back time and again to get it sorted only for it not to happen. Not only did it take nearly two weeks to get the refund, it turns out their deliver driver had stolen food intended for return for the refund. I absolutely do not recommend ordering from here. Abysmal customer service and horrible food quality

Ordered chicken burger meal and 2 kids meals all went in the bin chicken on burger was tiny didn't cover half the bun and was tougher than old boots chips were cold kid's hated there's won't be back

I enjoyed Leo's grill.. Good fresh tasting food with quick service.. Great price also.. Attached is a photo of my son Leo but this has nothing to do with Leo's grill I just think Leo is such a cute baby

Chicken really really dry.got a boneless bucket..didnt get all dips and all we could eat was chicken nuggets.dreadful.20 quid down the drain

In the interest of fairness due to the previous bad review. The chicken was delicious, tried a couple of different spice levels and all were accurately described and cooked perfectly. The fries were good as was the rice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the place was clean and tidy. These are just observations as I ordered to take away. The only minor bad point is that the mash was not to my taste Others may disagree, I didn't like it. The chicken more than makes up for this though.
