Amran Tandoori in South Lanarkshire

Ordered the half and half curry. This was presented in TIN FOIL which was ridiculous as when I tried to put onto a plate it spilled everywhere and was messy. When I called to advise this, I was told to complain to just eat because “it is their fault for allowing the order to go through as we don’t do half and half anymore” yet this is still available on their menu online almost 2 weeks later & I was told they didn’t serve curry in tubs anymore??Customer service was absolutely awful

Chicken tikka was so dry, it’s changed and not as good as before

chicken tikka completely different than normal, very dry we didn't even finish it.

Dry as an old stick, far too spicy and stone cold, won’t be back

lovely had chicken tikka chasni but wasnt sure if you got rice with it you do but ordered another just same, was lovely chicken cut into smller sives perfect.

Ordered gold munchie box which states chicken Tikka and lamb Tikka ZERO lamb and ONE bit of chicken Tikka when called they said u don't get lamb that it's a mistake on there menu and u only get 1 bit of chicken Tikka then they hung up, the food in munch box was dry and went in the bin , do yourself a favor and get from some where else as food quilty is poor and manners are non existent , the pic is the single bit of Tikka we got wish had looked at reviews prior ordering as see terrible food and service is a on going occurrence

Although there was an issue with part of my order missing it was quickly resolved and delivered in a timely manner. Since moving to the area the Amran is quickly becoming our new favourite.

Ordered chicken kebab and recieved a chicken tika kebab.

Waited 2 hours for a food delivery and it still isn't here, called 4 times to be told it's 10 minutes away each time, awful service stay clear

Full munchy box went in the bin. Kebab meat brown, dried and curled up. Chips solid hard, everything was reheat. Complained to the shop and guy hung up on me

Twice now, they’ve said I was “confused about my order brother” while laughing as they took the call. I got the wrong order a few months ago, which actually got resolved, but tonight they were nothing but rude and unprofessional. They’re unfortunately turning into the worst Indian in the area.

Loved the food. First time I bought from here. 5 stars for the delivery. Nice friendly delivery lady. Curry is nice. All good. The naan breads are fantastic.

Food was ordered and kebab was missing salad and gave me a fizzy juice instead of a children’s substitute for a ribena. Phoned them up and said they would send out salad and a fruit shoot. By the time they arrived my kebab was cold and they said there was nothing they could do for me and next time phone you and order to get 50% off next time I order a kebab. Didn’t help me having to eat half a cold one before binning it. Waste of money and won’t be ordering again

First of all they got my order wrong. Secondly the chicken and lamb was so dry and overcooked it was barely edible. Worst kebabs ever. Will not be back. Truly awful

Cheeseburger with Doner meat had no doner meat, kebab had chilli sauce with garlic Mayo separately, there should have not been any chilli sauce - amazing apart from that!

We were advised that it would be late - then it showed as delivered, but hadn’t been - after querying the delivery time reset to 7:15 - and it arrived shortly after that

The order was wrong however this was rectified and the new order arrived quickly, outstanding service and food quality was excellent.

Was told my order wasn't ready so stood patiently for 15 mins watching people coming in and out getting their orders. Eventually asked when mine would be ready and it had been sitting there all the time! Good was cold and disappointing!

Food was supposed to arrive between 730pm-7.45pm when first ordered, updated delay to 7.45pm-8.05pm. Food eventually arrived at 8.25pm, over and hour and a half after order was originally placed.

Chicken kebab was cold, sauce and salad were separate and there were no onions peppers etc in the kebab.

Boss man didn’t even know what was supposed to be on my pizza from the item I selected even though it’s on their menu. Only started working on my order when it had been marked as ready for collection ended up being 15mins later than pick up time.

Food arrived 20 mins late, cold and terrible quality. Ordered a chicken puri, there was barely any chicken in it. A few over cooked strands in a mushy, cold sauce. The chapati also tasted stale. We ordered a pizza too and it was ok. Tried to call them to give them a chance to rectify but no answer, just ringing out. Would not order again.

Food was very bland, disappointed.

The shop told me 3 times it’s on its way at 19:30 said I would be next it’s 20:35 and still not arrived and said they are refusing to refund and it’s not there fault they are busy it’s the worst customer service I have ever had.

30 minutes late from maximum stated delivery time and food came cold phoned restraint guy told me food can't be cold just left the shop feels like food was in a fridge never mind just left the shop .

We never ate the food as between ordering it and the delivery 3 hours had passes. So it ended up in the bin. £20 for a meal that was late plus was just thrown at me by the delivery guy and when I asked him why it was so late he just walked away. Sad you can't get a refund. This experience has put me off using just eat for the foreseeable future. I'll just take the time to go on my bike and get it when it's hot. Really poor show from just eat. You could learn a few things from how papal operates in these situations.

Shashlik king kebab contained a tiny amount of meat and the pieces were tiny. First time I’ve ordered this from the Amran and was bitterly disappointed. The pizza we ordered was excellent though and we’ve had good food every other time.

i enjoyed my burger meal but my wife enjoyed her Hawaiian omelette but did not eat the chips as we did not ask for chips there should be an option a single or a meal this a omelette

Disappointed as always use Amran but pakora were soggy and felt like they were reheats - not a great portion size for a large.

been ordering here for years always my go to for a takeaway, good pricing and fast services you can walk in and leave with your food in just a couple minutes no need to wait ages.

Ordered food at 18.00 , arrived @ 20.10. Ordered 8 items only 5 arrived. Tried phoning for last 15 minutes, guess what, no one answering phone. George what is happening with this place. I will be paying them a visit tomorrow to get my missing items/money. Chicken tikka kebab had 7 bits of chicken and basically a whole cabbage on a nan bread. I will NEVER use this place again. Everyone if your wanting a decent Indian use Pir Palce.

Maybe you'll get a better review when u can deliver chips n cheese before 2 hours pass
