Chips, cheese and donner meat with kebab sauce = rank rotten!

Can't go wrong with a doner kebab. Super fresh salad and the sauce to die for. Loved it.

Curry very watery. Bland no flavour. Very disappointing.

I ordered a Gharglesphinctrix Delight pizza and got a Buyipp Cupaq. Tasted similar but I would have preferred to have got what I ordered.

£5 I was just charged for chips and cheese. I know of places that charge half of that. Plus the food purchased was tepid. I don't plan to go back and would suggest others to steer clear of it

Ordered and paid online, easy enough. Asked for portion of chicken pakora and what we got was dry tough chicken (pre cooked?) In batter, also for tandoori lamb starter which was in small pieces with salad and a yoghurt mint sauce (ok). My husband had the lamb bhopal madras(lamb in an onion gravy, which was very watery and he said it wasn't particularly spicy), I ordered the south Indian garlic chicken hot spice(had it before) but again a watery sauce with not much flavour. We did try each others meal but not much difference except for the onions. Roti x2 were nice. I'm afraid that most of the takeaways in Rutherglen have gone downhill and we can't get a full decent meal anywhere and this is another restaurant that I won't return to any time soon

Driving by and stopped at this kebab shop and order 2 teatime meal and 6 chapati and chicken pakoia and it was fantastic meals thank for that two all the staff well done 10/10 will be back.

Food always good, never had an issue. I recommend the Death By Pepperoni pizza

1st delivery from here food was lovely wish I'd tried it before pizza was amazeing and ive tried all the shops in rutherglen n all lassie on phone was lovely too made me feel at ease delivery driver was so nice too xx

I've no idea what's happening with this place, it's been my family's go to takeaway tret for over 2 years now but in the last couple of months it's a different experience. The previous time we made an order it turned up an hour and half after ordering via Just eat. So after calling the takeaway they said it was 2 mins away. It was too late to dump the order and go elsewhere so I waited the further 15 mins for it to arrive. I didn't order again for over a month, but tonight my family of 4 all wanted different types of treats......... so back to The Original Tasty Spot. And again an hour and half after the order was accepted I called the take away.....I told them I wanted to cancel the order. I was told the driver is in your street right now ....5 mins later a car did a handbrake turn into my street and ran up my path. I then had to microwave all the food as it was so cold the boxes wernt even sweaty . TASTY SPOT don't accept the orders if you can not deliver the food in a condition to eat. Bye bye The Original Pasty Shite I will not be using you again. *****Please note that I no longer use this place so it may have ( and I hope will have ) returned to the standards which it used to have. ****

Best pizzas and kebabs in Rutherglen. Always receive food on time, food is always tasty and pipping hot. Owner and workers are quick to resolve any misunderstandings. Keep it up.

Got to this place almost every time we're down to see our pal. Great friendly staff, food is spot on. They don't even grumble about mule getting a breadless kebab (gf)! Would recommend!

Was totally disappointed with my dinner hoggie last night. Food was going cold and there was no sauce on my hoggie. the cheese was like rubber..basically didn't eat it. Not normal service from use!

i wouldn't order from here again good arrived very late i live 5 mins from shop. lamb kebab was small instead of large food cold rang to complain told guy would be back with my money he didn't turn up. rang shop the man said come and i will give u it. aye ok pal!

Forget part of my order and the curry was very average, might as well have got a ready meal.

I ordered two calzones that turned up with the wrong sauce, called the restaurant and they sent up the correct sauce after waiting half an hour the food was cold, spent a fortune in this place and they didn't even have the decency too send another order up after having no complaints bar this one time. Wont be using again.

I cannot say enough good things about here, they are just brilliant. Food is always roasting hot and fresh, delivery is always much earlier than they estimate and the staff are great. Such good value for what you get as well, even small portions are enough for two. Highly, highly recommend.

Food was hard, over cooked and cold. We didn't enjoy at all and would like a manager to review and consider some refund as we unfortunately had to eat alternative meals so wasted £21 with you. Disappointed because have eaten from you before and enjoyed it. Thanks

Food was shocking. Food was cool, kebab meat was dry, got about 10 wedges in my munchies box which were also cold and stale. With all the choice on just eat it still amazes me that a restaurant /delivery driver would actually give the food they gave me to a customer. Gutted that I gave the girl who delivered it a tip. Been ordering here for 2 years and usually get hot food and a friendly delivery driver, not this time. just letting you know that tonights service has lost you a customer.

ordered a munchy box 3 times now and payed £4 each time for chicken donner and never got it don't like to complain but that's me £12 out of pocket and when I phoned them up they said someone would bring it out they never very disappointed as we love the food from here .

Food was delivered very early which was great until we noticed some of our order was missing. Phoned tasty spot straight away and was asked if we were sure the food was missing. Found this quite cheeky but yes we are 100% sure. They say they will send the food straigt up to us. So we wait. 40mins later the phone goes and its the delivery driver to tell me hes at my door and to answer it. I go to the door and hes not there. I phone him back and again hes rude and said yes im at ur door listen i press ur buzzer. Driver was not at my house he turned up 5 mins later. He was at wrong address. He hands over the food and i go to close the door and he says no you have to pay. I have already paid for the food and they want me to pay again. I have to phone the store and get them to confirm to the driver i have paid before be will leave my front door. By this time all the food is freezing. Phoned tasty spot to complain but they didnt care. They had my money now and thats all that mattered. They do not care about there customers especilly customers that ordered from them reguarly. Will never use them again.

munchy box was a lot less than last time and poor

Fish was awful , no taste at all , chips where terrible also , I ordered at half 4 and this place opens at 4 so your think the chips would be fresh and they tasted like last nights chips! Pizza crunch wasn't the greatest either, couldn't taste much cheese off it all you could taste was the dough and batter .

after being 25 minutes late the food was still surprisingly warm and well cooked, the restaurant were right to inform us they were busy and the food would be late

Delivery driver was great. Food arrived in 15 min not sure how was it cooked that quick then i realised it hadnt been, chips still hard pakora tasted like it was its 3rd or 4th reheat, chicken very dry and grey at points! never called shop as no point staff alway had an attitude in the past, 1st time trying this place in 2yrs and defo will not be back obvs THE NEW tasty spot is not so new

Awful service very poor food quality, had to go down to shop to complain and they then refused the refund and told just eat that I threw the meal on the floor when I had handed them it back over the counter, as a whole very surprised as used this before and never had an issue but after this incident will not be back very poor service

Not sure how long those chips or that donnor meant was lying for. Meat was dry and cold. Really didmt enjoy it at all. Wont be ordering again

Swift delivery. Delivered normal Coke instead of diet but replaced within 5 mins. Brilliant service and food.

The food was disgusting a slice of bread has more flavour than that pizza. The bottle of coke was overpriced and the best thing i got.

Delivery was half an hour before the stated time ✔️ Food quality was great ✔️ Only dropped marks as I ordered my pizza extra spicy with extra spicy - it came normal heat with no extra chicken ❌
