Pizza Hut in South Lanarkshire

Done very well and a good atmosphere

Went to the buffet on a Sunday, the pizza rotation was as expected, not too slow but not constantly full!!

Libby was outstanding looking after us and our grandson Theo

Went for a meal yesterday.. sat down and ordered our food & drinks then before we’d even got our drinks we were asked to pay the bill which I found odd! The waiter had zero communication skills he was extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome.. bearing in mind there were 5 of us so we was spending a lot of money! It’s a shame cos the food was so nice but we will not be returning cos of the service! Do better Pizza Hut!

Ordered through just eat and was missing a pizza that I paid for the extra crust on aswell. The desserts should of been warm but was cold! Called the restraint and they said go through just eat who have said it's Pizza Huts problem as I've gave the code to the driver who didn't give me 5 seconds to check before scurrying away. Pizza Huts customer service was terrible just wanted me off the phone and didn't want to help I asked him to provide evidence they had sent the pizza to aid me with my refund and said he would call back yesterday and still hasn't. Disgusting service and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else!

I don't know why I bother eating at PizzaHut Table waiting is long gone, now you're escorted to a table and then told to order through a QR code stuck to the table. Ordering through the app is easy but then have the gall to ask for a tip? What am I tipping? Their ability to take me to an empty table and tell me how to use a QR code? The best thing about the pizza is that it's server in a hot pan keeping the pizza hot, however the pizza bread was very greasy, the crispyness of the bread was probably the only positive. As for the cheese, it slid off the pizza after one or two bites resulting in my last remaining bites of the slice to be purely bread and tomato sauce. The free refils and ice cream bar are probably the best part of the experience which isn't saying much. I don't see myself going to PizzaHut in the future unless I'm lacking options for dining out.

Terrible service, stick to takeaway

We came here for the first time yesterday for my son’s 6th Birthday meal. We were a group of 10 people which included 4 children. When we got there, the two high chairs we asked for were already out at the table ready which was great. Via email prior to coming, I was asked to send everyone’s orders in which was actually really helpful as it saved time not needing to look at the menus etc when we got there and helped the children’s patience too as it meant their food came out faster. The Feast for four deal was absolutely brilliant. It was a great price for really tasty food. None of us actually expected the food to be as good as it was, we were genuinely blown away, it was such good quality. The brownie & cheesecake deserts were really big and delicious, and the ice cream factory was wonderful for the children to have a go at doing their own, and again tasted like really good quality ice cream. The children’s squash was easy to do and the unlimited salad was brilliant and there were so many choices as well. Only thing I have to say is a lot of us felt quite clammy/really hot and we would have felt more comfortable if this wasn’t the case but everything else was better than expected. Staff were friendly and gave good customer service and overall we had a really good time. Thank you all so much. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone thinking of going.

Libby the manager dealt with us mainly, we came as a family of 4 with our son and daughter, nothing was too much trouble. Libby the manager was the highlight of our evening. I hope she gets the praise she deserves, definitely coming back 5* service.

Such a bad experience from a staff.A lady who was acting as manager or something,she was so rude,though one other girl was really nice to us.The lady doesn't like anyone in there,that's how she was behaving.Please don't recruit such staffs there.we are not paying to be treated like her slaves

The last time i will go 2 a pizza hut i think they used cheese essence on my pepperoni pizza. Have 2 order via app and just did not enjoy anything and it was my grandsons birthday treat. Very disappointed

We had a my daughter's 3rd birthday party here and even with 24 people there we had a smooth service. The staff were incredible and even managed to reduce the total cost of our bill with 2 for 1 offers we didn't know were on so that was greatly appreciated. Would recommend it for a kids birthday if they want Pizza like mine did!

When all the kids having a party are crying because one has been sick after eating too much. You know you are in for a good night!! Good pizza, refillable pop, lovely cookie dough & ice cream. Staff were helpful and attentive.

Wrost service, found human hairs in 2 pizzas, n 1 time forgot my cold drink. They are not serious about their reputation n customer's health. Avoid it. Edit- i made contact with the pizza hut n explain them everything. they sent me 2 new pizzas. I am gratefull they took me serious.

Upon arrival we were told by the waitress she would be a minute, which is fine, however the manager walked out from the kitchen, gesturing his finger to say ”one minute” whilst talking to someone on his phone. We got seated eventually and the atmosphere wasn’t great, unclean areas, uneducated staff in hospitality, clanking of chairs, plates and other items. We ordered via the app, which I personally hate, got to the salad bar which was pretty empty and untidy, dirty bowls too. We got a drink and the juice squirted out the sides of the pump, also given a warm glass which, for a cold drink, is rubbish. We got served and then asking for sauce seemed too much effort, that came and was all up the sides of the sauce pot. The Ice cream factory was also disgusting, clearly understaffed and unknowledgabley staffed. The game has certainly gone from your restaurants!

Nice friendly place to visit for lunch

Even when very busy, the staff were great. Food was great as always. The manager couldn't do enough for us.

We were visting family for the day and were done like a right kipper! £55 for 1 'individual' and 2 'sharing' TAKEAWAY pizzas, not eating in, but TAKEAWAY. This even included one of their so called deals (buy one get one half price). The 'individual' pizza is very small (probably 9") and costs £11.99. For a similar order were we live (1 medium, which is bigger than the individual, and 2 extra large of simalr size to the sharing) it cost us around £28-30 with the deals regularly available. The pizzas were very good to be honest, but at £55 for 3 takaway pizzas we obviously will not be visiting in future when we are over seeing family.

Didn't realise how expensive Pizza Hut had become. Food was nice, we were all well fed but felt ripped off. You are asked to self order via an app but the mobile signal inside is very poor. The staff were nice and pleasant.

We came in a couple of weeks ago ahead of a visit to the cinema. Our food was fabulous and the staff helpful, but the ordering on the website process was an absolute pain...WiFi in the store was poor and that didn't help...why you can't just order on an order pad like they used to...and obviously you pay before you get your food. (Perhaps they get runners, I don't know?) I've been using Pizza Hut on and off for years and years, back to the Thin n Crispy days, but we found the offers and ordering system confusing and restrictive. The staff did try to help but seemed as frustrated with it as we were. So, very disappointed with the process, but can't fault the efforts of the staff and quality of the food...but it was quite expensive, probably the 'deal' system!

Food is great and as you expect from any Pizza Hut. We didn't like the fact that you were more or less forced to order via the QR code, we much prefer the personal touch of actually interacting with staff

Libby went over and above to ensure we all had a wonderful experience, making my son feel super special for his 6th birthday celebration meal. From the initial booking phone call where she took the time to find out about our visit, to chatting with my son after bringing out his cake. The food was excellent and we all felt it was great value for money on the deals. We had plenty of space and sat in a quiet area. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to a return visit in the future!

Pizza Hut is vastly underrated, and with too few sit-in restaurants left. Fresh pizza, hot, tasty, and filling. BBQ Americano is hard to fault. And the Christmas pigs and blankets cheesy bites are SUPERB! The staff were also friendly and helpful, and the place was clean.

Lovely polite staff ours went out of his way to help. However. They do have a rat problem near the bins... 🐀 inside is nice and clean though.

We had a great visit to Pizza Hut (Nottingham Road) the host and server was attentive and a pleasure to speak with. The food was delicious, came out quick and was piping hot! Couldn’t fault anything!

Pizza Hut in Mansfield is nothing short of a disgrace to the restaurant industry. This was my second and absolutely final visit to this sorry excuse for a dining establishment. My first visit was a train wreck: they handed me drink cups so filthy, I wasn’t sure if I was at a restaurant or participating in some bizarre hygiene experiment. Against my better judgment, I gave them a second chance. Clearly, I overestimated their ability to perform the most basic functions of a dining service. This time, they outdid themselves in terms of sheer incompetence. The cutlery I was given looked like it had survived a world war stained and absolutely disgusting. What kind of restaurant can’t manage clean silverware? Then came the pièce de résistance: they brought out the wrong pizza. Now, mistakes happen, but what followed was nothing short of comedic if it wasn’t so tragic. The manager yes, the person supposedly in charge had the audacity to try and gaslight me into thinking the incorrect pizza was what I ordered. I’d expect this level of customer service from a poorly run fast food chain, not a so called ‘established’ restaurant. When this excuse for a manager finally realized they were wrong, instead of apologising or even pretending to care, they clumsily scrambled for the menu, clearly out of their depth. It’s astonishing to think someone so blatantly unqualified is running the place. If this is the leadership standard, no wonder the rest of the staff are wandering around like headless chickens. As if that wasn’t enough, after the pizza disaster, they couldn’t even complete the simplest task of bringing out the desserts. We waited and waited, watching the staff buzz around like confused bees, only to eventually get up and ask where our desserts were. They had them ready but couldn’t be bothered to serve them until we physically stood up and asked. This level of negligence is downright insulting. Pizza Hut Mansfield isn’t just bad; it’s a shambles, a case study in how not to run a restaurant. From the utterly careless staff to the clueless manager, this place should be embarrassed to exist in the hospitality industry. I will never return, and I strongly urge anyone with a shred of self respect to avoid this place like the plague.

We go to various gigs in the Leicester, Lincoln and Nottingham areas and always go to the local Pizza Hut. We have tried a number of restaurants and although they're all good, this was at the better end of the range. Clean, welcoming staff and hot food. Staff accommodating eg offering sauces to complement meal. Thank you, keep up the good work

Went for a buffet and it was lovely 😍 Food fresh, warm and always a variety. Loved the managers special. My mum banged her head and they got her ice (twice) and made sure she was comfortable. Really kind and attentive manager and staff. Thank you for looking after us.

Came in for a buffet with the family and really enjoyed it here. The selection was nice. Especially the cheesy bread sticks. The mother has a little accident butt he staff were right there to help her and couldn't be any more helpful. They were brilliant.
