Didn't realise how expensive Pizza Hut had become. Food was nice, we were all well fed but felt ripped off. You are asked to self order via an app but the mobile signal inside is very poor. The staff were nice and pleasant.

We came in a couple of weeks ago ahead of a visit to the cinema. Our food was fabulous and the staff helpful, but the ordering on the website process was an absolute pain...WiFi in the store was poor and that didn't help...why you can't just order on an order pad like they used to...and obviously you pay before you get your food. (Perhaps they get runners, I don't know?) I've been using Pizza Hut on and off for years and years, back to the Thin n Crispy days, but we found the offers and ordering system confusing and restrictive. The staff did try to help but seemed as frustrated with it as we were. So, very disappointed with the process, but can't fault the efforts of the staff and quality of the food...but it was quite expensive, probably the 'deal' system!

Food is great and as you expect from any Pizza Hut. We didn't like the fact that you were more or less forced to order via the QR code, we much prefer the personal touch of actually interacting with staff

Libby went over and above to ensure we all had a wonderful experience, making my son feel super special for his 6th birthday celebration meal. From the initial booking phone call where she took the time to find out about our visit, to chatting with my son after bringing out his cake. The food was excellent and we all felt it was great value for money on the deals. We had plenty of space and sat in a quiet area. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to a return visit in the future!

Pizza Hut is vastly underrated, and with too few sit-in restaurants left. Fresh pizza, hot, tasty, and filling. BBQ Americano is hard to fault. And the Christmas pigs and blankets cheesy bites are SUPERB! The staff were also friendly and helpful, and the place was clean.

We had a great visit to Pizza Hut (Nottingham Road) the host and server was attentive and a pleasure to speak with. The food was delicious, came out quick and was piping hot! Couldn’t fault anything!

Pizza Hut in Mansfield is nothing short of a disgrace to the restaurant industry. This was my second and absolutely final visit to this sorry excuse for a dining establishment. My first visit was a train wreck: they handed me drink cups so filthy, I wasn’t sure if I was at a restaurant or participating in some bizarre hygiene experiment. Against my better judgment, I gave them a second chance. Clearly, I overestimated their ability to perform the most basic functions of a dining service. This time, they outdid themselves in terms of sheer incompetence. The cutlery I was given looked like it had survived a world war stained and absolutely disgusting. What kind of restaurant can’t manage clean silverware? Then came the pièce de résistance: they brought out the wrong pizza. Now, mistakes happen, but what followed was nothing short of comedic if it wasn’t so tragic. The manager yes, the person supposedly in charge had the audacity to try and gaslight me into thinking the incorrect pizza was what I ordered. I’d expect this level of customer service from a poorly run fast food chain, not a so called ‘established’ restaurant. When this excuse for a manager finally realized they were wrong, instead of apologising or even pretending to care, they clumsily scrambled for the menu, clearly out of their depth. It’s astonishing to think someone so blatantly unqualified is running the place. If this is the leadership standard, no wonder the rest of the staff are wandering around like headless chickens. As if that wasn’t enough, after the pizza disaster, they couldn’t even complete the simplest task of bringing out the desserts. We waited and waited, watching the staff buzz around like confused bees, only to eventually get up and ask where our desserts were. They had them ready but couldn’t be bothered to serve them until we physically stood up and asked. This level of negligence is downright insulting. Pizza Hut Mansfield isn’t just bad; it’s a shambles, a case study in how not to run a restaurant. From the utterly careless staff to the clueless manager, this place should be embarrassed to exist in the hospitality industry. I will never return, and I strongly urge anyone with a shred of self respect to avoid this place like the plague.

We go to various gigs in the Leicester, Lincoln and Nottingham areas and always go to the local Pizza Hut. We have tried a number of restaurants and although they're all good, this was at the better end of the range. Clean, welcoming staff and hot food. Staff accommodating eg offering sauces to complement meal. Thank you, keep up the good work

Came in for a buffet with the family and really enjoyed it here. The selection was nice. Especially the cheesy bread sticks. The mother has a little accident butt he staff were right there to help her and couldn't be any more helpful. They were brilliant.

So we arrived at Pizza Hut today, and was greeted by a lovely young lady with a nice smile. We had some troubles ordering via the app as the internet was really slow and not very responsive so another lady then came and asked If we needed any help to which we agreed, a moment later the lady came back and manually sorted us out so we could Place our entire order. The lady explained the different options and menus and once we ordered we was given our cups and bowls for the salad and drinks. Food didn't take long to arrive and was beautiful and piping hot, lots of flavour. Towards the end of our meal we was once again greeted by another member of Pizza Hut, a young chap who also was very polite and asked if we wanted desert to which I explained we had some as part of our meals. He went and came back with the desert menu, and we ordered what we wanted. When my children seen the ice cream they was kicking up a fuss that they no longer wanted what they chosen and wanted to make Icecream to which the staff pleasantly came and said that it's perfectly okay to change what they ordered and they could have the Icecream. Perfect day with perfect food and staff, thank you for the great experience. My only negative I have to say is Pizza Hut don't take cash but upon arriving we was informed of this and we still stuck around. Very happy overall and very stuffed. We will be back in the future

Just been and had the buffet which includes all you can eat salad ,pizza ,ice,cream and refillable soft drinks £15.99 excellent value.There was lots of different pizzas to choose from and the manager asked us if there was any pizza we wanted which wasn't out he would arrange one to be cooked. All the food we had was excellent. The staff and manager was very friendly giving us a friendly welcome and goodbye when we had finished our buffet and leaving. We enjoyed our visit and definitely will go back for another Buffet meal

Can not complain about anything here everytime I come into pizzahut in mansfield I never have any bad moments at all, our server Ella was absolutely amazing and couldn't ask for any better then what she did, our host sailesh was amazing apon arriving asked everything about our experience including allergies, and if we wanted a kids menu, very welcoming. And great atmosphere all in all 100% recommend.

Excellent customer service, the server was polite and attentive. The manager was very helpful and went above and beyond, even bringing me a slice of pizza to the table just so I didn’t miss out! I was asked if I had a preference when we were first seated and I am vegetarian so they made sure I had pizzas available.

We went for an all can it buffet. For some reason, this one restaurant in all of Nottinghamshire wasn't doing the £10 buffet offer during the holidays. (London and cities I could understand) We arrived an hour and half before it finished. They couldn't keep up with demand on pizzas. Rather than asking customers to only take a few slices a time. People stocked up to 5 slices a plate. Saw alot of wastage when some had barely had any. 6 slices a pizza, only coming out one at a time. We paid for the additional drink and ice cream in the deal, no ice cream sprinkles or topping available as these were either empty, Sat on customers tables or all over the floor. The young girl looking after our area of tables, was very attentive and polite.

Fantastic food and service, we visited a couple of times recently we ate in as a couple and also had a takeaway we collected the night of the football final. The food was lovely, the salad fresh and topped up at our request. Libby was extremely friendly and helpful as always !

Food, Service, facilities, all great - staff were brilliant, made an effort to talk to the kids which puts a massive smile on their face so thank you :) my only gripe, please dont make me order on my phone, last thing I want to do is navigate a slow online menu from my phone after a long day at work, just take my order like the good old days :D

Worst restaurant experience you could have. Bad customer service and you have to order with your phone. Oh and overpriced junk food

We went for the buffet. Service was very good and despite it being half an hour before the buffet ended they were still bringing fresh pizzas out. Only loses a star because the area around the ice cream machine was filthy with topping and sauce everywhere on the floor. Although with it being peak time and full of kids that understandable.

Pizza Hut has become our new go to for pizzas recently. Food is always hot, great value for money and relatively quick delivery! Deals aren’t too bad and we’re feeding a family of 4. Good stuff👍🏼

Took Granddaughter for a meal.. was pretty good.. quite expensive.. but we all left VERY full.. excellent 👍👍
