Overall very good, lovely pizza but having to use the app to order is a pain. It's a poor app that's very annoying to use

Came early and still managed to sit us down before our reserved time. Good food quality and exceptional service. The waiting time for food was quite reasonable and the staff were so friendly. Prices mostly matched up with food quality and quantity. Would definitely recommend for couples and families.

Great food, excellent service and atmosphere. Staff took care of us and ensured we had the best experience whilst having conversations with us. Can't recommend this place enough will definitely coming back.

Brilliant service , only thing I would say is the buffet option which we all had wasn't filled up enough , it wasn't being looked over often enough , soon as pizzas were bought out it was practically empty in a few minutes as people were waiting for more food , we ended up having to ask for cheesy garlic bread , the pasta was dried one side and empty the other , the staff were both lovely but needs more staff and the buffet topping up and being kept up

The service was great, very quick! However after visiting we got food poisoning. I emailed the customer service to explain the situation and they didn't care at all. They just said they knew the food was hot enough when it was Brought to the table, and didn't want to help. When we arrived at 8pm the salad bar was empty as they said they where getting ready to close so they had to bring us a small bowl of salad lettuce out instead. Very disappointed, we definitely will not visit again

Came to celebrate our anniversary.. we were pointed out to a dirty table... cutleries were dirty too. No even apology given when politely requested these to be replaced. Shocking and obviously destroyed atmosphere completely right from the beginning. Added to a list of places we need to avoid at this point..

Thr staff a bit rude service when ask question just walked away

The staff seemed a little overrun on what was a very busy morning, probably due to it being half term. We opted for the buffet and there was plenty of pizza and salad, however the pasta hadn't been topped up and the drinks machine was broken, which was a little disappointing considering we'd paid for it. Car park is shared with the gym next door and was impossible. No spaces at all. Overall, a pretty average experience but the food was decent.

Car parking is a pain here as everyone goes to the gym next door. Ordering off an app is long winded and then they ask for a tip before they've actually done anything with is highly annoying. People go out to a restaurant to be waited on not to do half the job themselves. That said the food was great and the drinks came out quickly the temperature in the restaurant was far too cold we had members of our family sat in coats.

Being a former employee of Pizza Hut I didn't feel we were greeted timely enough. 3 team members who went to the bar ignored the door. However a few minutes later another team member said, "hello, we will be with you very soon." When we were greeted, I didn't feel it was with a smile and felt we were 'Just another customer through the door.' In regards to drinks, the pepsi kept dispensing strawberry pepsi and no option to change. No big deal for us but it could have been to others. Food and availability was really good. Having the Pizza Hut app comes with mix feelings. Yes, it's really convenient and easy to do. However, it removes that magic touch of customer interaction. I understand everyone wont use the app however I think it just takes some of the experience away. Overall food was hot and tasty but the staff didn't seem they had a plan today. Vital for really busy buffet shifts. Despite this they seemed really friendly :-) I think more interaction with your customers would be good. Particular if a team member had a section of tables to look after...do you guys still do this? I think the app takes the interaction away. Anyway, we will be back as always and apologies for nit picking but that was my observation today.

From booking a table online to leaving the service was excellent . We had left some pizza and even without asking a box came for us to take it away. Restaurant was clean and food fresh and tasty .

Come here often for a social gathering with friends, honestly never disappointed. Came here tonight and was greeted by Lucas who seated us and explained in detail how the order and pay scheme works. Was then approached by Josh who was very helpful and quickly able to fix the little issue I had with ordering my food. Tonight I ordered something different and added the hot sauce with my pizza and can easily say it’s the best combination I have had in a long time. Highly Recommend! For dessert we all had the ice cream factory however tonight the machine was on the blink. Thankfully Libby quickly came to the rescue and gave us generous scoops of delicious ice cream 🙃 Today I would like to thank Libby, Josh and Lucas for going above and beyond for us during our visit. You guys are awesome!

Easy to order and fair range of vegetarian pizza - it would be nice to have vegan options on buffet. Opening times are 11.30 not 11am as advertised and on the door, so spoilt as had to rush as start work at 12.

We were worried at first about using the table service App but when this was explained by a member of staff it was simple to use.. Some people may struggle using it though.. Food was really hot and nice and didn't wait too long.. It was a bit cold in the restaurant though and had to leave my jacket on.

Great food, friendly service but making customers who are sitting in a restaurant order food over an app is a massive mistake. If Pizza Hut had any idea how much trade they lose by acting in this ridiculous way, they'd change their ways pronto - Pizza Hut should put customers first and give them a choice to order food and pay in whatever way they choose.

Great choice St salad bar, with friendly staff and good food, however having to order through the app and only pay by card will limit people visiting in my opinion

The food was okay, didn't really get any service as everything is done by qr code and children were screaming and running around the whole meal

Just had a lovely meal here. The staff were exceptional, best service we've had for a long time, they were especially good with our toddler. The restaurant itself was clean & tidy, and it catered very well for children. Food was very good. Would be happy to return & enjoy another good meal.

Having tables that we asked for and a server that was great. The manager was also very nice.

Food was delivered hot with my only criticism being that our starters came with the mains but that wasn't a problem. Although prices have escalated there are some good deals which are advantageous. Good, clean premises. Overall a great experience.

Well, Err, The food is great 👍 you can't get by that, yes it's great BUT! I sit down and am told I have to do all the work. I have to use my phone to scan a code to see a menu I have to write my order out and send it to the cook, pay before I get anything ( AND IT AINT CHEEP) And to top it off they even ask for a tip BEFORE you get even a drink.

Took my Adult autistic son for his Birthday, explained his needs to staff who were really helpful & made my sons experience a positive one, can’t thank them enough.

Everything was brilliant! We took 8 kids for a birthday celebration & there wasn’t anything you could of done better. Our kids ate a lot and they never had to wait for more pizza to come out as it was already there waiting. Salad bar was fully stocked, ice cream bar was fully stocked. kids had a fantastic time! The team was brilliant with us, took time to make sure we had everything, had a little joke with us and was genuinely brilliant!

me and my boyfriend went out around 2 weeks ago to eat, and although we were enjoying the experience, there was a troubling situation that changed the whole mood of the dinner. We witnessed the manager (small indian man) shouting at a young innocent female employee. This was over her accidentally missing a knife out of one of the pots on the table. We found it very dramatic, rude and very hurtful to the female worker. It’s extremely concerning coming from a company that says it’s “great place to eat and to work”. We will not be dining here again as the whole thing was upsetting, and also really embarrassing for the manger as the poor young girl made a small mistake that could easily be resolved. Instead he chose to publicly shame her. 2/5 stars from us.

Shocking table service. One staff member marched over to our table put our bill down that we hadnt asked for yet, lifted a bit of food and threw it onto our cookie dough and ice cream which we hadnt finished yet, after this she grabbed the plate to take it away then asked are you finished? Much to our disgust and shock both me and my friend said yes as the dessert had been ruined now. We got up and left right away as we felt we were being forced out the place. My friend spoke to the staff there and told them that she wasnt happy with the way the girl came over to the table and done that and that we felt we were being forced to leave the response from the staff was shocking and nothing but rude. (Her reply: " well yous were sitting there talking and not eating" She then went to get a manager which took her 10 mins the manager came out with the same attitude as his team member and told me it would have been an accident. To which I responded her attitude wasn't an accident though. He said he would speak to her about it and took the cookie dough off the bill. But its more the point that we felt pressured to leave... As they all sat at the till talking it was like we were disturbing them by being there although the shop was empty we were the only ones there! She would have been aswell coming over and telling us to leave!! Will never be back in this pizza hut again.

Ordered pizza last night online order went through,then website said store closed but pizza hut have taken money from my account already. I called them this morning to be told if it's still pending in 72 hours contact your bank and they can release the money back in to your account... They can take your money straight away but can't refund it ...shocking won't be using them adain

My family and I have been a couple of times recently to this pizza hut as we got a voucher to return after filling out feedback from our receipt. Only negatives we've experienced were a lot of the dishes in the buffet were being restocked all at the same time so we had to wait some time until they were filled up. We also had to complain about the temperature as we were freezing although they immediately rectified it and turned on the heat. Friendly staff with good service and we enjoyed the food so we would definitely go back

Bobbed in here for a quick lunch with the kids. We all had the buffet. Which was very fresh and was constantly refreshed with a wide variety of pizzas. There was also pasta and salad. The kids also got to do their own ice cream- which they enjoyed. Very reasonable for a family lunch. The serving staff were great and very friendly.

Haven't been to this place for years, as it became very run down.

One of the very few times in life have I experienced such poor service. We actually felt that we shouldn't have been there. We appeared to get in the way of the restaurant being quiet and therefore upset the waitress's free time. Basic ordering was a nightmare and order was taken very grudgingly, no help or advice and very straight laced indeed. No wonder the restaurant was not busy. We got up and walked out in disgust. Never been treated so poorly in a restaurant like this before.

La oferta para niños pequeños en 'hereos 5 libras. 49 es genial principal valor, ensalada, bebida y postre. La ensalada y las bebidas eran ilimitadas. Los niños comieron todo en su plato y mi 'make su propia pizza 'all American crocante de atún y cebolla roja Pizza estaba delicioso. Volvería.

Delivery service for this place is FANTASTIC. Always accept order no matter where I am. Quite often find myself am my friend Sidey's house and delivery time is always impressive. As for the quality of the food, I don't know, you'll have to ask Sidey as he always orders them. Been notified Sidey will be ordering many pizzas on tuesday, I will get his opinion on the quality of food then

Very slow service, took 5 mins just to be seated, and the place was fairly quiet. Didn't bode well....Took a while to take the order and to be served. Staff seemed pleasant enough, just not very efficient. Tables were sticky and not clean.Salad selection wasn't great. I had Nacho starter, the chillies looked like they had been left out and gone dry. The price of the food does not marry up with the quality. If I had a salad main at £5.95, I would want something better than they were offering.Kids however seemed happy enough with their meal, pizza looked a bit dry and over baked, but they liked the icecream.Wouldn't come back.

Sadly the management seem to have poor management skills as they clearly did not have enough staff on shift for a Friday night. When we enquired about the shortage of staff we were told that it had been quiet on the Thursday night so the manager reduced the staffing for the Friday night. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table even although there were tables free. Tables were left untidied, the salad bar was messy and many tubs were empty and needing refilled. The staff did their best to keep on top of the demands but clearly required more help. Very disappointing - management really need to make better decisions when organising weekend rotas.

Came for the midweek lunchtime buffetThere was plenty of choice of pizzas, and two hot pastas. The salad bar was fresh and enjoyable with plenty selection. The restaurant was warm cosy and clean. And most of all the staff were so helpful, polite, and nothing was a issue. The kids enjoyed helping themselves to the juice and ice cream. We werent rushed out the door it was a lovely relaxed meal. Im still here as I write this actually ....I will return thank you.

The staff here fully deserve the highest rating I can give. Our large group of kids and adults were patiently and cheerfully looked after from start to finish. Nothing was a bother and we all went home happy. The salad bar was full of fresh selections and promptly replenished once we'd decimated it. All the pizzas were nicely done and tasted great. The self-service drinks machine and ice cream are a great idea - but watch out for your kids drinking their weird mixtures of Tango Strawberry with Vanilla Pepsi Max and Orange 7-Up!!! Overall, we found this a well-run place and special mention to the two girls who served us and apologies I didn't get your names.

Its very expensive which is why I only come here when I've got a coupon. Food was excellent. I used the salad bar but its tiny bowls you get giving which isn't good. Big bowls aren't needed but just normal size ones. The restaurant was very clean and a big enough car park.

Visited today and very disappointed with Pizza hut. Salad bar had a poor selection of limp and unattractive salad , table tops dirty.seating dirty and floor areas too. Skirting boards held on with duck tape . Drinks machine not working properly.Staff seemed uninterested in problem.Food brought at the wrong time.Decided to leave and wont be back.

We eat here for a quick bite regularly, I would drive past dominoes every day to get a pizza Hut pizza and this one does it well.Hot, tasty and consistent.

Decided to call in here before we went on holiday and don't usually have pizza for my dinner but it was more for my daughter who has pizza on the brain st the momentWe were shown to our table and given the menus , started off st the salad bar and moved onto the mains which was 3 large thin pizzas and a smaller pizza for my daughterHighlight for Olivia was the help yourselve ice cream and after two visits she was well stuffedIf you want quick food and which the kids will enjoy it will tick all the boxes

Arrived here tonight around 6.10pm to order take away which ive done a few times before & its been "ok" it took until after 6.15pm for any member of staff to aknowledge me & i didnt place my order until 6.20pm. Was told 10/15 mins... Waited til 20 mins & asked member of staff (after a bit of effort to get someones attention) if order was ready, was told no it will just be a few mins, another TEN mins later i managed to get someone elses attention & to my surprise they brought out my order, quick flash of goods then i asked for my other dip which id paid for, girl shouted through to kitchen for it & out it came flying through the air!! Obviously the idiot in the kitchen thinks he can get away with that as no one can see him!! Girl obviously embarrassed had to pick it off floor & mumbled some excuse! I took my stuff & left! Got home (less than a 5 min drive away) & my food woz cold!! I actually had to microwave it!! I think its been sitting ready in kitchen for some time & the incompitant staff hadnt noticed!! Pleanty of staff wandering about but few looking like they were doing anything useful! Herd a family with young kids be told it would be a 20 min wait on a table being cleared even although there were empty tables!! Monkeys could organise & run a better restaurant!! Avoid this Pizza Hut theres others in the area which im sure are much better!!

Used this restaurant for years now and have seen a steady decline in standards and value,The only way to make this affordable is to use online vouchers which they often refuse to accept saying they are for take away only, even though there is no mention of this on the voucher!!!!.Staff are pre programmed to say "sorry for your wait we are bit short staffed this evening".That aside the pizza's are ok but no better than that.

i arrived with familt members for a meal they have been before and enjoyed so they brought me thank goodness they did the young lady who meet us took us to our table and explained the different menus etc she was very good indeed i had a starter then a lovely pizza whe all could not ot all of our food so the young lady boxed it up for us to take home so if you go to the large shopping centre in east kilbride head to the pizza hut for a good meal

Ordered food for takeaway in store on the family and friends deal. 2 large pizzas with garlic and a portion of chicken bites. I then paid and drove over to Sainsburys. When i got back I still had to wait for the food after 20 minutes. When the order eventually appeared, I was given a very quick flash of what was in the boxes and the garlic bread bag was never opened it could have been anything. I live less than a 5 minute drive from here and when I got home the food was cold and soggy so had to be reheated. Once reheated it tasted vile. I will never use here again dominos down the road is much better. The cigarette bin at the entrance is lovely a very nice touch well done

Wee where greeted by a lovely waiter who gave us fantastic customer service.He was great with the kids to. Salad Bar was nice a fresh.The only thing I would say was Pizza Hut has got very expensive over the years for what you order.Not that I am miserable.Just think they should maybe be with the times and do deals or family deals.

I went in for a nice lunch with my friend, we went for the buffet and were expecting to get a large variety of pizzas to choose from.. To our surprise, there was cheese and pepperoni, luckily I like these pizzas. However this is not what I wanted to spend my money of. So as we didn't have a large meal, we ordered some cookie dough which is served with ice cream, surprise surprise there was no ice cream.. We still took the cookie dough and the women was nice enough to sit the chocolate sauce on or table. I started to get serious cravings just for the sauce so poured it all in my mouth. Within seconds the women snatched it off the table and then made us pay for the full price of the cookie dough AND ice cream, which we never even got!!!!! Absolutely raging btw!!!!!

I am reviewing the Pizza Hut take away at St James Retail Park in Ek rather than the restuarant.I ordered 3 pizzas for my daughter and her 2 friends. thjey saw the flier and noticed the special new chicken box at £7.99 with 4 sauces. They ordered chicken wings and chicken strips. They were sold on how good the picture on the flier looked (big mistake!)I collected the pizzas and wa a little surprised at how light the chicken boxes seemed to be. Got them back hom and my daughter and her pals opended the boxes - 'Is that it?' was the comment from all 3. There were 5 chicken strips - pale and unapatising looking, lying greasily in the bottom of the box. There were 7 chicken wings - the strips looked undercooked but these looked overdone. normally I would have jumped back in the car and returned them to Pizza Hut for a refund. but the girls were hungry and I didn't want to embarrass my daughter. £8 was at least £4 more than what I would have expected to pay for something like this. An absolute rip off. The pictuer on the flier made it look as though there wa a full box and that the srips were crispy and golden brown - in reality they were soggy, greasy and pale yellow. The wings in the picture look succulent and covered in sauce - these ones were so dry the girls put 4 of them out to the foxes. The pizzas were good - or so the girls say.

Been to Pizza Hut over the years many times. From Blackpool to Glasgow. This 1 well I will never go to again well I will never go to Pizza Hut again basically. We got our pizza and it was after a good 20 minutes. We then got our starters half way threw eating our pizza after asking what was going on. Might I add starters was cold. Price was shocking. I don't mind paying the extra and pay the tip as long as we all walk away happy. This I thought they should've paid me and gave me a tip. Never again.

We ordered 4 pizzas for home delivery, I was on a trip home with the kids, taking advantage of a 40% off voucher.Whilst the pizzas were delivered within the timescale they certainly had not been cooked properly, the base still had raw dough around the outside and was chewy and unappetizing. If I had paid the full price for them I certainly would have called them up and asked for replacements to be sent.

I thought that i would try again as it had been some time since i last placed a delivery order with them and i must say that since the last time well it brought it all back to me.I have never yet received an order that was complete and so this time was no exception.But be warned. if you pay online by credit card it's a sure bet that your order will come with something missing or even not what you exactly ordered, as i had just done.When i called to tell them that my order was not all there and was missing a few items i was informed that they could not refund me as i payed by credit card and that i would have to call there customer service for a refund. Only problem is when i called i got an answer machine telling me that they are only open from Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. I was not told this by the store when i called them. I certainly will not be calling or visiting this place again, so much so it has put me off all Pizza Hut stores if this is how they treat their customers.

Just a quick solo meal - but I have to let you know that the service here was great. Just the right balance of attentiveness!The pizza was a little light on cheese, heavy on tomato sauce. Ask if you like it different.

I usually enjoy Pizza hut and im not syaing I didnt this time. Service was good was reasonably quiet when we arrived looked like only 2 girls serving but they seemed to cope as it was quiet but could see as it was getting busier that the service would slip.Food came quickly (starters & mains) and was piping hot. Reason Im not giving higher score was because when my pizza arrived it was like there was a ration on cheese hardly any cheese on it all. My 8 year old hardly touched it as he could see too much of the tomato sauce.Will probably go back for a quick fix but will ask for extra cheese next time.

Having eaten here loads of times over the years and loved it every time, our last visit was so disappointing we have never returned! We had quite a wait for our mains to arrive and they forgot to order my sons pasta, the plates they gave us looked terrible so I asked for other ones, the poor waiter couldn't apologise enough but sheepishly came back and told us they were all the same! Glaze on plates all grey scores and you could feel dried on starch on the surface of the plates. (I work in food hygiene) not very presentable. The cheesy bites pizza was a joke, the bites were positively anorexic, they looked like little fingers sticking out one side of the pizza and the other side was as it should be. I took a picture as it was so bad! They didn't charge for my sons dinner and gave us free puddings but given the plates scenario we have never been back!

Good buffet at lunchtime, but you get better pizza at Sainsbury's at a fraction of the price. Kids love it, but adults will know it could be so much better.

food is great always busy but you can still get a table if willing to wait staff are friendly and always ready to help if asked also you dont feel as if they are in a hurry for you to finish as i have found in so of their other places
