The best restaurants in South West Scotland

We order pretty regularly and it's never been a bad service but tonight was abysmal. Large portion of chips cheese and curry was missing from order. The portion we did receive had the most pathetically small smearing of curry sauce on it. And the chicken pakora was so dry it was nearly inedible. Hopefully just an off night and not a new standard going forward.

the food was alright but the delivery driver was very ignorant, he was on the phone to somebody and talking away to them and snapped at me asking for the code and didn’t bother to look at me but before he even asked me for the code i was already holding the code up to him for him to see. he proceeded to snarl at me and take the code and just threw the food at me and walked away

I ordered a smash n scoop special, and I got a double beef burger with jalapenos on it!! Smash n scoop special is firstly a chicken burger! I looked at all your burgers and none have jalapeno on them !!

We had an overnight stop at Days Inn next door on our way North. It's a small service station but had everything we needed. We had dinner at Chopstix which we really enjoyed. I would recommend the caramel chicken it was really yummy! We bought our drinks from Starbucks which was really nice too. Smiths is small but had everything we needed. We had a really nice breakfast at The Good Breakfast which set us up nice for our journey North.

Ordered a donner hoagie, and received my order without any donner meat in it

Worst service of any takeaway I’ve ever used. I’ve been waiting in the shop for over an hour and it’s still not ready. Absolute joke. Won’t be back.

I ordered chicken curry to takeaway. I’d not been here for a few years but was always satisfied in the past. Curry sauce was lovely and spicy. Chicken was not! The chicken was almost in cube shapes, seemed processed and it was very firm. The texture was very off-putting and not as you’d expect.

Food was fresh and delicious staff were friendly and chatty, all in all we enjoyed all our food and would highly recommend

over two hours for a delivery when live under five minutes away, and surprise it was cold when it arrived,,,, phoned to to find out where the delivery was and no apologize or anything along those lines just that we are busy,,, really don,t know why !!!

Food great prices superb, use this a lot as does family. Set meal for two unbelievable quality plus price. Madras and vindalo excellent

Delivery was ordered at 10.20am and finally arrived at 1pm. Breakfast for the family and was obviously sitting ready at cafe for hours as arrived stone cold. My sister in law ordered a Macdonalds at 12 midday and arrived 40 mins later (both stores are next to one another). Complained and got just over £5 back. What’s the point as tried to cancel at 12pm just to be told I would loose my money,(food sitting ready in store for over an hour and not remade is a joke)Total waste of time and money…
