Subway in East Ayrshire

Yer subway was stinking was freezing cold and onions wasn't even cut right want full refund pls and thanks and the cheese bite was mush get it sorted

order not made as described and no salad sauce as added to notes

Second time we have ordered and this is now the second time that parts of the order have been missed and have been subsequently charged for. Would not waste my time and money anymore. Given a second chance and they have continued to fail at the one job they have.

Paper completely stuck to the toastie again. Food stone cold when arrived

Tuna mayo baguette... Little to absolutely no tuna, no mayo at all... Very little toppings as well as a few missing. Never received such a poor sub before

Sub and cookies were brilliant. Happy it was delivered warm. Makes a difference!

Service is deplorable. Stood for 5 -10 mins . One girl serving a fellow truck driver. Second just ignored me And w hen two customers she knew came she proceeded to serve them . Must have been my accent.

Terrible service, app said 15-30 mins delivery, after ordering delivery time kept changing and ended up being well over an hour. Also one of the meals was completely missing (a salad box) so not exactly hard to miss. Won't be ordering again.

Disappointed as the food was cold and inedible. Normally a good choice for food but will now reconsider ordering from Subway again

ordered my food at 11.57am and didn't receive it till 135pmand the food came cold waste of nearly £18 pound

Delivery was poor service and all food was cold- this driver has been to our work address before our building is not hard to find

Gave up, nothing like waiting and waiting while being told "2mins" repeatedly while they sort stock and tidy up rather than serve people. Then both disappear through the back.

First time ordering a Subway, 2 different types of sandwich and they were both 5 stars. Not the cheapest meal you can get but maybe a once in a month treat.

We ordered food at 12;30 and delivery time was 30-45 mins. So expected food to arrive between 1-1:15. As we needed to leave the house for an appointment at 1:45. That was the main reason we ordered from this Subway due to the faster delivery times. We had to leave the house before the food was delivered and our son has had to sit with the food while we had left already. The food around 90 minutes after we ordered it at 2 o’clock. So very unsatisfied

Cold, drab and clearly made by someone who couldn’t care less about the customer experience.

The issue is with the delivery drivers. Either using different apps to do deliveries, whilst on my app showings me preparing your order, by the time I can see where the driver he is he is away by a house way somewhere else meaning my food gets cold which is no fault of the restaurant. Drivers shouldn’t be able to do this.

The bread was unbelievably stale, just not good what so ever :(

6 inch came sqished was in a box so was squished at shop not due to delivery and my footlong was missing chosen fillings

The order was slightly mixed up. The six inch sub had mayo when it shouldn’t and the footlong had none when it should have. Despite that it was still nice.

Did not recieve the drink, crisps or cookie for one of the meal deals I ordered. Very disappointing.

Best subway out of the 3 in town. Best staff aswell.

the sandwich was a complete mess. bits of the bread was missing, no attempt to make it even look like a "Sandwich" . won't use again.

I didn’t get my order, I made and order and accidentally fell asleep but the delivery driver didn’t leave my order

Absolutely useless. Ordered a foot long sub and received a 6 inch. I got nachos with Jalapeños in my order too… I received half of that… but before even getting to the food it was a disaster because the delivery guy appears at the door with my orders bag open and a vape in his hand. Disgusting. So I then go to contact the shop and the phone number on Google doesn’t connect and you can’t contact via just eat. Avoid and make your sandwich yourself. It’ll be far better. Shocking.

Order didn't arrive as the driver decided to take the order for themselves.

when placing the order was told 15-20 mins for delivery, waited nearly an hour and a half for one item that when arrived was incorrect and missing cheese. disappointed as it was only one item to get correct

Ordered for Delivery at 12:37 and not received until 15:15, really disappointed, ordered it over an hour before my lunch break so it had enough time to arrive and still managed to not arrive until well after I had returned to work. Almost 3 hours wait from order time to arrival

I ordered my food to the wrong address and yet the driver didn’t even contact me and marked it as delivered, if he contacted me we could’ve arranged to meet at the new address

Subway in a BP petrol station, so is what it is. Food usual good stuff from Subway. Guys doing the prep and serving were working their socks off but keep smiling. Main gripe is that it looked like there were as many deliveries going out the door as there were going over the counter, which meant a queue and a fairly long wait for the not that many folk who physically went in person...

a want a refund simple as that clearly says toasted n it’s came freezing cold that’s twice now am not happy Al be down to the shop get me a refund payed for 2 diffrent types of cheese aswell n only got one now that’s a full footlong gone to waste because ur staff can’t read am taking this further get me a refund

My cookies were given wrong and both of my subs weren’t toasted at all

My order only had 1 of the 3 bags of cookies that i ordered along with the footlong sub, i paid over £20 and i have not received 2 bags of cookies….. unacceptable…. I will not buy from here again….

my food arrived incorrect. I didn't ask for onions but I got onions on my sandwich luckily I'm not allergic to them so I was able to pick them off. but it was not what I asked for.

Put the stuff on the wrong bread

Absolutely shocking! No one in store but being told i would have to wait a minimum of 15mins to get served due to just eat orders! It’s in a services and supposed to be fast! Need to improve on this

Very poor today on food aspect. Little to nothing in the salad box, very small amount of chicken tikka and jalapenos on the sub. Disappointed

Order was great except there were no cookies, I ordered a meal deal with a cookie and an extra pack of cookies and didn't get any. Unfortunately just eat doesn't let you select specific parts of the meal deal as missing so you have to either pay for something you didn't get or ask for a refund on the entire thing. That's a just eat issue as U*er eats allows you to get part refunded which seems fairer to the restaurant.

Usually are really good so wont give them bad review but some of order was missing and there is now way to contact the shop directly as phone number listed is not recognised hopefully just a one off

Food was delightful and was devoured quickly. I suggest you try the new BreakSandwich warm with lots of tomato sauce. Yum yum :-)
