always spot on. never had an order wrong from this subway

Forgot the juice and when arrived the bag was open

The issue is with the delivery drivers. Either using different apps to do deliveries, whilst on my app showings me preparing your order, by the time I can see where the driver he is he is away by a house way somewhere else meaning my food gets cold which is no fault of the restaurant. Drivers shouldn’t be able to do this.

The bread was unbelievably stale, just not good what so ever :(

6 inch came sqished was in a box so was squished at shop not due to delivery and my footlong was missing chosen fillings

I'm missing parts of my order and number from Google not recognised, so only option is to submit a refund

The order was slightly mixed up. The six inch sub had mayo when it shouldn’t and the footlong had none when it should have. Despite that it was still nice.

Did not recieve the drink, crisps or cookie for one of the meal deals I ordered. Very disappointing.

Best subway out of the 3 in town. Best staff aswell.

the sandwich was a complete mess. bits of the bread was missing, no attempt to make it even look like a "Sandwich" . won't use again.

I didn’t get my order, I made and order and accidentally fell asleep but the delivery driver didn’t leave my order

Absolutely useless. Ordered a foot long sub and received a 6 inch. I got nachos with Jalapeños in my order too… I received half of that… but before even getting to the food it was a disaster because the delivery guy appears at the door with my orders bag open and a vape in his hand. Disgusting. So I then go to contact the shop and the phone number on Google doesn’t connect and you can’t contact via just eat. Avoid and make your sandwich yourself. It’ll be far better. Shocking.

Order didn't arrive as the driver decided to take the order for themselves.

Food was cold as delivery delivery was driving up and down looking for the house don’t know why he didn’t just call me, I had to call really loud to tell him how to get here

when placing the order was told 15-20 mins for delivery, waited nearly an hour and a half for one item that when arrived was incorrect and missing cheese. disappointed as it was only one item to get correct

I ordered my food to the wrong address and yet the driver didn’t even contact me and marked it as delivered, if he contacted me we could’ve arranged to meet at the new address

Ordered for Delivery at 12:37 and not received until 15:15, really disappointed, ordered it over an hour before my lunch break so it had enough time to arrive and still managed to not arrive until well after I had returned to work. Almost 3 hours wait from order time to arrival

Bread rock hard hardly no sauce dry as anything and not edible not happy at all

Waffles were frozen greasy disgusting garlic bread was cold tiny bit of cheese went in the bin

Subway in a BP petrol station, so is what it is. Food usual good stuff from Subway. Guys doing the prep and serving were working their socks off but keep smiling. Main gripe is that it looked like there were as many deliveries going out the door as there were going over the counter, which meant a queue and a fairly long wait for the not that many folk who physically went in person...

a want a refund simple as that clearly says toasted n it’s came freezing cold that’s twice now am not happy Al be down to the shop get me a refund payed for 2 diffrent types of cheese aswell n only got one now that’s a full footlong gone to waste because ur staff can’t read am taking this further get me a refund

My order only had 1 of the 3 bags of cookies that i ordered along with the footlong sub, i paid over £20 and i have not received 2 bags of cookies….. unacceptable…. I will not buy from here again….

my food arrived incorrect. I didn't ask for onions but I got onions on my sandwich luckily I'm not allergic to them so I was able to pick them off. but it was not what I asked for.

Put the stuff on the wrong bread

Always seem to miss items from the meals. It's not even a one time mistake. Will stop ordering from this branch now. But what food does arrive is good.

Absolutely shocking! No one in store but being told i would have to wait a minimum of 15mins to get served due to just eat orders! It’s in a services and supposed to be fast! Need to improve on this

Order was great except there were no cookies, I ordered a meal deal with a cookie and an extra pack of cookies and didn't get any. Unfortunately just eat doesn't let you select specific parts of the meal deal as missing so you have to either pay for something you didn't get or ask for a refund on the entire thing. That's a just eat issue as U*er eats allows you to get part refunded which seems fairer to the restaurant.

Usually are really good so wont give them bad review but some of order was missing and there is now way to contact the shop directly as phone number listed is not recognised hopefully just a one off

Very poor today on food aspect. Little to nothing in the salad box, very small amount of chicken tikka and jalapenos on the sub. Disappointed

charged TWICE and NO customer service phone number, NO webchat, food wasn't even warmed up or toasted as said in order.

Food was delightful and was devoured quickly. I suggest you try the new BreakSandwich warm with lots of tomato sauce. Yum yum :-)

My order was over 2 hours late! The app said that a driver was at the store for over 1hr 30mins. I called the restaurant and they confirmed that my order was sitting ready but no driver was there. Therefore my food was sitting for over an hour in the shop ready getting cold. As the app said a driver was assigned neither me or the shop could cancel the order. Worst experience.

They don't use spreads ie butter

Herb and cheese. Steak and cheese. Onions, lettuce, jalapenos and chipotle sauce.

Never have enough staff on, usually only one, and get totally stressed and overwhelmed when having to deal with just eat orders coming in and the general public in shop. I do a Weekly visit but yesterday's the sandwiches were the worst I've ever tasted out of there. Time to move shop, and try elsewhere.

Not the bread I asked for. Both ice creams missing. How hard is it to remember 2 tubs of ice cream !

Quite surprised here. Don’t really frequent Subway. But the sandwiches were excellent, the coffee good and the staff exceptionally friendly. Can’t fault them

Delivery was fine.. Food not so much. So not worth the money. Nachos had a tiny bit of sancue on them. Ham and cheese sandwich had next to no cheese on it... Other sandwich had next to nothing on. Not worth money at all

Food was great and arrived on time. Ahead of arriving the shop called to say some cookies were missing from my order and they hand delivered later - they went above and beyond which was much appreciated

Really enjoyed, everything ordered was good sub, hash brows, pizza and cheese bites were delivered hot and fresh. And a lovely personalised note from store manager. Will deffo recommend this place.

Took so long my hash browns were stone cold, bereft of any warmth what so ever. Driver didn't even bother knocking door just stood there mute. Worst .

It would have been good to get the 3rd bottle of 7up I ordered!

Fabulous place for food and drink, Liz (who runs the restaurant) does a great job everytime I go there.

Forgot the 2 bottles of Juice....at the price of them it would be nice to actually receive them 😢
