Wasn't sure what to expect due to pevious reviews. We decided to go here as it was nearby and the weather was stormy so didn't want to travel too far. Pleasantly surprised. We both had Eggs benedict and latte and a fresh orange. Eggs benedict was perfect. Always a good gauge of how good a restaurant is for breakfast. Lattes were good and the service from the young girl who served us was exemplary. We will certainly return. Looks like any problems have been resolved.

It was my mums 80th birthday celebrations and I have never been so disappointed in my life in a restaurant. Tried twice to reach out to the owner but nearly one month later and no reply - super disappointing especially in this day and age!

The venue itself is clean and pleasant but the food is distinctly average and likewise the service. The staff did not know the choices of drinks available and apparently no alcohol free options available.

Came for Sunday breakfast which was advertised on social media 50% off, we should have asked ourselves why! 4 adults 1 toddler.. toddler breakfast served without strawberries as advertised. All 4 adult breakfast were lukewarm and everyone had a complaint about each breakfast. One which couldn't be eaten at all with being served absolutely solid! (Waffles) poached eggs were like boiled eggs. Not one member of staff approached us to ask how our food was.. we sat an age again no-one came near to clear the plates from the table, probably due to the amount of food that was left! I had to go to the desk to ask and pay for the bill I did report to staff then about how awful the food was to be told it would be passed on. I have contacted Olivias 2 weeks ago to be told my complaint would be passed to management, who I've never heard from. I was offered a voucher for reassurance, which I have refused as we won't be back.

Really disappointing visit. Young staff who were nice enough but no idea about customer service. Ordered kids pancakes and told the young boy to give chef feedback due to them being thin cheap pancakes from a supermarket. No effort in to the kids meals just sachets of Nutella next to them. Husband order breakfast waffle burger and it was soggy BIRDSEYE potato waffles made in a toast we are assuming. If you are going to charge GRO prices then more effort needs to be made from a service and quality point of view. £30 just for me and my husband (luckily kids ate for free for school holiday) We would of sent dish back but no one came over to check on us and we had to signal that we were done after plates being infront of us for 10 mins. We were the only table in till an Afternoon tea party came in (which looked decent) but we will not be back.

First time visit, breakfast food was nice, well presented but portions were tiny for the price. (Almost £10 for 3 tiny pancakes with biscoff!) Pancakes could have been shop bought though?! There no strawberries left and weren't told at the time of sitting down? Music was a bit too loud couldn't hear myself talk? Our pup loved her doggy breakfast which was a much bigger meal than we both had for the same price! Very overpriced food, not sure I'd rush back!
