Nice coffee shop next to Rugby Park, but very long queues despite it not being busy. 6 members of staff working but no organisation. Took 15 minutes to get served 1 latte. Staff are friendly.

Very poor service and charged 20% service charge without giving option to remove it, certainly won't be eating here again

Dismayed to find I was charged £17.00 for two toasted sandwiches, plus £1.50 per sandwich for premium filling, which was Cheese and Carmalised onion, when did the humble cheese and onion become premium? Not happy as the standard fillings included a roast beef and carmalised onion for which I would have paid £1.50 less, no lettuce no tomato, I didn't make a fuss as I was treating someone to lunch, but come off it I would get a cheese and onion toastie in any run of the mill establishment and they would not pretend it was premium! Cheese is cheese, and onion, onion, I am gob smacked at their cheek!

Been often with my eldely dad was always great. Last time we were there total shambels dad got wrong soup when finally changed I had to get him a clean spoon as his was taken. Today went with dad and grandson waited ages to get served yes was busy but take offence to other people getting served before us even if you are the provest. Grandson got chicken nuggets £6 but didn't include a drink so £2 for a juice in total £8 for 4 chicken nuggets and handful of chips. My dad and I asked for sandwich each and chips each sandwiches came and had 2 ask for the chips after 10 min we got them another 10 min later after we finished our sandwiches got told we would not be charged for chips but were until I told the crabbit server . Dad loves here as he is die hard killie fan but a really think after today will be our last definitely need more servers and train them in hospitality !

Went here for lunch Sunday afternoon for the first time. You don't need to book but it is popular and no wonder! Beautiful model decor, relaxing atmosphere. There's plenty of free parking. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Tables are well spaced out. The Pavilion is a cafe by day and a bar by night, and would be lovely to sit in either way. They have a great selection of bakery, and a good cafe menu. They also do afternoon tea with optional prosecco which I look forward to trying. The food was lovely and fresh. It was busy but we got a table for 2 okay and service was quick. Definitely recommend. For a wider range or more extensive menu, there is the restaurant (Blues) still within the hotel which is next to the Pavilion.

This is like a conservatory and the noise of people trying to talk and eventually shouting to each other to be heard is awful. Ordered a latte which was lukewarm and in a small cup. Charged £3 for this. Lots of staff buzzing around aimlessly. On our departure we noticed a group sitting in reception having their coffees etc, this was quieter and they must have known the place to talk to each other in a relaxed atmosphere.

Had a lovely lunch. Staff were very friendly. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them Will definitely return. We had the choice of sitting inside or outside in the terrace

This is really a bar that serves food rather than a restaurant - I mistakenly thought it served the same as the Blues at the Park. Nevertheless - I had a well prepared steak and trimmings, with excellent service. All in all a good meal, despite a minor fire emergency part way through that was well handled by staff.

Delivery was ordered at 10.20am and finally arrived at 1pm. Breakfast for the family and was obviously sitting ready at cafe for hours as arrived stone cold. My sister in law ordered a Macdonalds at 12 midday and arrived 40 mins later (both stores are next to one another). Complained and got just over £5 back. What’s the point as tried to cancel at 12pm just to be told I would loose my money,(food sitting ready in store for over an hour and not remade is a joke)Total waste of time and money…

food was fairly poor this time. wasn't the best. the ceaser salad wasn't the best the chicken was dry and the croutons were so oily they were disgusting. the soup had far to much basil in and wasn't nice. the service was terrible we waiting a while on arrival to be seated and then waited ages to have a drinks order and then ordering food and then waited ages for food and when we had young children getting upset because they were waiting made it not very enjoyable. then we had to ask three times! for the bill at the end of meal again with young children getting upset made the meal stressful. and defiantly not worth the drive out there. more time needs to be taken with service staff and not be rushing around and also made us feel concerned when the staff were rushing around and we had two young children in high chairs felt like the staff were going to knock them over! just need to slow down and be more aware of tables.
