Ordered chicken fried rice with ham and peas paid extra for the privilege and thin noodles..... got it home and there was no peas and it was thick noodles. Never be back again always check ur order before u leave

Placed an order. At over 1hr later I contact them to get. We're really busy. Then wait some more. It gets to 3hrs after I placed the order. Still not arrived. Nothing but an apology So that's cancelled.

I pre ordered a meal here from just eat as a substitute for my normal takeaway during the virus, but was a bit dubious after reading some of the reviews. I have to say I was really impressed by everything, from the service, delivery ( spot on order time) and the meal itself which was delicious as was my husband’s. Can’t fault anything and will definitely be ordering again next week!

Avoid like the Plague. Food beyond Bad: Sub-standard and Inedible. The whole £14.00 order went straight in the Bin. No refund.

2hrs to come. 3 dishes ordered and you would think they would get one right. Nope. All in the bin. Ribs terrible. What the hell is that sauce? Squid like rubber. How can you put food out like that, and cold? Refund???

Poor poor just ordered my usual came and was cold dry and stuff missing I know you’ve been taking over but won’t be back

At least the delivery was on time,the food was awful..

A lot smaller portions now and they charge you for extra sauce on a chips and curry and then don't give you any extra sauce

When I got the delivery and took it to my room the box which the food was in was completely soaked through and some of what I thought was my dinner had burst through the drenched box and it got even worse when I flipped the lid it was like a dogs dinner a complete mess I mean come on it may be a takeaway but have some pride in the food that your preparing for costumers

Good portions, good food, quick delivery

Nice food however one of the drivers, tall male with a butterfly tattoo on his neck isn’t very friendly and is quite rude. Wouldn’t want him delivering to me again.

One of the best Chinese in Kilmarnock, the curry sauce is unique and extremely tasty

Ordered a takeaway yesterday and it took nearly an hour to arrive. When it did it was disgusting the spare ribs were so covered with a thick mess I had to remove with a spoon . The sauce for the sweet and sour was a block in a cup. You could stand a spoon up in it. The soup was far to salty and the rice very over fried . So much so what I did eat upset my stomach.Wont be back !!!

Awesome Chinese takeaway. Only one I know of in (well, very near) Kilmarnock that has tofu (bean curd).

ordered shredded crispy chicken and when it came it was way too salty. i fned up to get it changed or give me my money bk and i was told no cos it was salty so if i was anyone else i wouldnt get anythin out it as it was revoltin

Chicken was under cooked, and by under cooked I mean PINK. Threw the whole thing in the bin. Not happy.

Absolute disgusting chicken chow mein was inedible spare ribs were revolting on the plus side the chips from the chicken Marland were good. So for good chips you know where to go

Very disappointed when a wrong order arrived but felt better when I rang them to complain because they promised a replacement free next time I ordered. I rang to place an order a few weeks later and reminded them of their free replacement only to be told this had not been recorded so they would not be honoring their promise. I felt very disappointed and angry that I was made to believe them and felt very foolish that I was took in. Not a happy customer at all and I have ripped up their menu and all my family and friends will no longer be using them but will use a company who they can rely on and trust.
