We order pretty regularly and it's never been a bad service but tonight was abysmal. Large portion of chips cheese and curry was missing from order. The portion we did receive had the most pathetically small smearing of curry sauce on it. And the chicken pakora was so dry it was nearly inedible. Hopefully just an off night and not a new standard going forward.

Haggis supper batter was like concrete .

second time they've sent a full order with no salt and vinegar as requested. was on hold for 5 mins to be told a driver could collect the order and remake it and send another but would be another hour wait. hamburger was rock solid clearly a reheat from lunchtime and chips were all brown and disgusting. Will be sticking to Manhatten from now on.

woman on the phone didn’t even know a jalapeño is a pepper when i asked if the peppers option on the pizza would be jalapeños, she walked away from the phone and started talking to her coworkers as if i’m the stupid one😂

Ordered a cheese ham and pineapple pizza for £13.00. it went to the wrong address ,my son's instead of mine.We decided to leave it and he could eat the pizza when he went home . He arrived and there was no pizza.Presumably the knocked the door realised there was no one in and returned the pizza to the shop.In between times we had given them the right address .The pizza has never arrived anywhere ,we are £13.00 out of pocket and hungry .Who knows wherethe pizza is now.If it was delivered back to the shop then surely they would have called us . Can't find the no. to call them direct ,so who knows where the missing pizza is . I would like either a £13.00 refund or a pizza to the value of ,a cheese ham and pineapple pizza for tomorrow nights dinner would be nice .One or the other and an apology . All 3 would be lovely.Totally ruined halloween night for us .

Food was lovely and tasty, delivery on time and restaurant notes read and accommodated. I think my only complaint would be my tub of cheese was starting to melt before I even got it out the tub so I think that might of been better in with the cold drinks rather than hot food, but really not the biggest issue and everything else was great,

We didn’t get the chips with the fish. We were supposed to as we ordered the large special fish supper.

This special fish should be better than normal fish, but was so hard to eat , it has a horrible crust , no flavour poor portion of chips as well.

Food undelivered in the first instance. Phoned twice to be told it would be delivered again before 8pm. It was ordered at 5.30ish. That's over 2 and a half hours late. Food arrived late only for it to be freezing cold.

Food should have been put in the bin long before you boxed this up I have honestly never seen a dogs dinner like this in my life, i wouldn't have fed this pizza to my dog let alone try to eat it myself, think you have put me off your establishment for life.

Wouldn’t recommend the garlic bread. Very expensive for what it is. Otherwise it was okay - not the best not the worst.

So, even though the food (half pizza crunch supper) arrived earlier than expected, the chips were cold and very low quality 95 percent crispy bits with very little potato content. I ended up throwing most of it out. The bag had clearly been opened and hadn't even tried to hide this fact. I have had good food from this outlet before, but this experience was enough to put me off. Shame, used to like it here.

Is it that hard to get an order correct? You order a meal for a family of 4.. turns up wrong! So some have to wait.. chips microwaved due to them not replacing, not nice! Perfect if collecting, but anything delivered is a nightmare! Not the 1st time either!

Food was luke warm and batter was chewy....well what batter that wasn't stuck to the paper as no grease proof paper used....very disappointed and certainly not cheap

I cannot believe the portion of chips I just got delivered that cost £4.10, it’s actually hilarious , it was half of those white boxes and they were not that hot into the bargain although I wasn’t bothered about that as I was more shocked at how many chips I got for that price that was supposed to be a large portion? If that was a large portion I would hate to see the normal portion, I won’t be ordering again , I think everyone is jumping on the band wagon ripping everyone off these days, I will not be ordering again

I asked for Salami & pineapple pizza, but no Salami on it & just a sprinkle of pineapple.

Fish and chips looked like reheat and were dry and hard to eat . Don’t think I will order from Marinies again

Very disappointed with the food. It was stone cold when we got it which is unusual as Marinis is normally first class.

This place is garbage. Food arrived freezing cold and like an hour late. Phoned up and was told it had left 10 minutes ago. Showed up a further 20 mins later. If you can't provide an adequate service you shouldn't be taking orders.

Normal great service and piping hot food but tonight delivery was over an hour and forty minutes after ordering girl explained only 1 driver and roads slippy was happy to accept that till food arrived got 2 10 inch pizzas instead of a 15 inch single sausage was missing chips were cold and looked like reheats fish so so decided just to make the best of what we had as everyone was very hungry but most of the chips went in the bin

Undercooked batter on fish. Very soggy, extremely greasy and a bad taste from the grease coming from the batter. Never had such a soggy and greasy batter from any other chippy in East Kilbride that I’ve used.

When you order from Fish &Chips place you expect battered fish, I don’t understand why we recieved breaded fish - it wasn't even we could choose which one we want. Fish didn't even taste fresh. Everything arrived luke warm, chips were soggy. First time ordering and unfortunately last time too ,overall not a great experience

Usually the food is always amazing out of here but unfortunately this time the pizza was damaged and squished and the fritters were ice cold

Ordered a large fish supper but it was disgusting hard kind of burnt batter with hardly any fish in it & the bit of fish I did get was very dry & chips tasted like re-heated ones & looked awful was so looking forward to this fish supper as hadn’t had one for a while won’t be ordering again from this shop

Ordered a Haggis supper and it was delicious not too peppery . The chips were obviously just cooked and were soft and fluffy with crispy coating . I never usually finish a chippy but I ate every single bit and thoroughly enjoyed it . Big thumbs up
