First time ordering papa johns a few weeks ago from when they dispatched the pizza took over 30mins thoo i live 10mins drive away. The delivery driver couldn't even open the entrance door buzzed several times ended up going down to open the door. Food was freezing cold and think something was sat on the pizza boxes as you can see from the photo. I was that hugry i just stuck in the oven. No reply from the branch but customer service gave me 2 large pizza vouchers no idea if il use as i never enjoyed the pizza.

The only best pizza I kept ordering. But why is it closed? Couldn't order anymore. Hoping to order soon.

Wonderful place with great staff

Im gluten and lactose intolerant so i bought a gluten free pizza with vegan cheese. Still ended up with a sore stomach. Don't think there was much care put into the pizza and the cheese was very uneven and lumpy. Like they just flung it on. The delivery was prompt at least.

Poorer quality than other branches. Pizza contained a foreign object. Staff didn't wear uniforms or hair nets. Lacklustre service and a needless delay. This branch's biggest benefit is that there's a Domino's just round the corner. Must do better. Sorry, Papa J, I won't be back.

Havn't had a Papa Johns since moving from London 6 years ago and wanted to see if it was still good or not. On bringing my order home, the tub of tomato and herb dip i ordered was missing and the £3.99 crispy cheese base i ordered on my pizza was also missing, with just a regular thin and crispy in it's place. Considering it was a 1 hour 10 minute round trip to get it because i live in the sticks, I was gutted i didn't get what I had ordered. Last time I will be using Papa Johns unfortunately.

Ordered from here , many times always good and fresh. And the delivery is fast. There nice people to deal with. .

Ordered an XXL with stuffed crust and they wrapped the cheese in the crust so thick it didn't cook. The driver updated the food as having been delivered over 20 mins before he actually got here, I assume so the store can present false metrics about how quick their service is. When it actually got here it was lukewarm at best. The toppings were completely tasteless this time too. I've had decent service from this branch but this completely put me off ever ordering again. 20 odd quid for raw dough and cold chicken wings.

Been waiting over an hour on my food. No answer in the restaurant. Says it’s been delivered but it hasn’t. This branch is a joke

Brilliant pizza's they have really good deals on!

Went last night, the place was in a bit of turmoil after being shut for a month due to burst pipes. The 2 girls at the counter couldn't have been any friendlier or more helpful. The pizzas were delicious too

Waited 2 hours for a pizza, ended up having to go pick it up. No communication, nothing. Phone doesn't work either. Great pizza but this is a joke

Ordered at 6.20pm, still no delivery at 8.10pm. Won't be using again.

This is last nights pizza that I just couldn’t bring myself to eat. I tried - I really did. It was cool when it arrived and soggy. Hubby loves ur pizza but I won’t be using u again

Placed an order for pizza online - 20 minutes later received a call to tell me it may be up to 2 hours to wait for delivery. Asked them to cancel and for a refund and was then told it would be up to 5 days until I can get a refund!

Delivery times have been getting longer and longer, now we have a delivery that's been on the road for over an hour and not reached us. Its no good constantly providing £5 credits, you need to manage the deliveries better

Its the 30th of october 2021 and we waited 3 hours for our order then we were missing some items I will not be ordering from here again and I am disgusted with how it was handled and all we got was a lousy 50% discount for the next time we order which they will not remeber anyway. Not to mention our sids came cold and hard and our pizzas just as cold.

Order from the Hamilton shop fairly regularly and usually get a good pizza. Today it was horrendous - xxl Greek had nearly no toppings just chewing on a piece of bread for most of it. Create your own had no cheese mix on it unless it was a dusting we were charged for! Both extra thin bases where patchy with thick though bits and near burnt edges. To top it off temp was luke warm at best. Very disappointed with the food, will not order again.

I was placing a order for delivery at 1:35am which I plenty of time before delivery ends and the male manager said he didn't want to send out anymore deliveries at this time which he actually lied and said the time was 1:45am when it was actually 1:35am. I have ordered deliveries as late as 1:45am and have received them no problems so I don't understand why this manager was unwilling to deliver at this time. His attitude was really bad as well, I feel his attitude was totally unprofessional, we expect more as we spend hundreds of pounds per year on this service from this particular branch.

Super delish stuffed crushed pizza with all the meats, cheesy tots and chicken poppers with the delish special garlic butter sauce 10 out of 10

Ordered online for a collection, was told to arrive in 30 minutes but arrived after 20 minutes so that there was no risk of being late and it sitting getting cold. Waited a further 25 minutes in the store and eventually got our order and left. Arrived home (~6 minute drive) and both pizzas were cold, as we're both sides. To add insult to injury, the side had bacon in it (no use to me as a vegetarian!). I specifically ensured I selected the potato tots without bacon so to be given them with bacon was an abs joke - I assume someone either can't read or is so lackadaisical that they don't care about order specifics. First and last time using the Hamilton branch and won't be back. The Rutherglen branch is much better, as is local Dominos.

I visit there today 15/02/2020 at 9 o’clock and Manager talking very Rude with customers and saying close but closing time it’s 11pm but they are closed before 9pm.

The food here was really good. Will be back.

Best vegan pizza I have tried anywhere. If you're on the fence then definitely go for it. Staff were super friendly too.

Absolutely gutted that the shop doesn't open early on a Thursday and Friday anymore, our boss has noticed how hangry we all are as we were regulars every week!! #open@12again!!

Just off the phone to who I assume was the manager was very arrogant was told that the delivery driver had rung and knocked on the door several times having spent a fair amount of money with papa John's over the last few months I am very unhappy with the customer service i have just received and will not be using them again

First time ordering and we got a long blonde hair in our chicken bbq pizza. Phoned to complain and got a half heart apology. Would you like another pizza? no i'd rather be offered a refund.

Couldn’t be bothered cooking last Sunday. Ordered a large pizza from Papa Johns, delivered promptly, still very hot and was absolutely delicious. Including delivery it was a shade over £12. Always deals on the app. Excellent value.

Very poor customer service, partner order at half past 6 to be ready by half past 7. Was still standing in there at 10 to 8 having been there since quarter past 7. Wasn't the only one fed up with waiting. Complained twice and told would be 10 minutes. Somehow the useless girl at the till ignored several customers whilst talkinh to a colleague. Then miraculously my order had seemed to be sittin at the bottom of a pile. Pizza and sides were cold and currently having dioreah as I type this as did my partner. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
