Very rude customer service 3 hours to deliver phoned 3 times kept being told 5 min it will be there 1 hour later It appeared no pizza when I called to ask where it was he told me he would deliver it in 5 min 30 min later nothing then hung up on me

Food is always spot on and delivery is fast !

Waited over 2 hours for delivery, 50 minutes after just eat update saying it had been delivered! Food was ok but a bit cold. Requested some money back via just eat but restaurant refused. Probably won't use again.

Absolute shambles of an order, over 3 hrs for delivery, omelette looked in a very very very badly cooked fried egg. Everything stone cold, not a chance I’ll order from there again.

food was late and even after contacting shop who said was ready to leave the food came cold.

Collection time is never accurate. Ordered a chasni! Had it before it’s been decent but clearly bright red! Not this time looks like butter chicken! Batter off the pakora as well! Pakora sauce changes colour every visit am sure! Spiced onions are awesome but

It was really good from beginning to end. Delivery driver is a credit to Just Eat. The food was delicious. Will definitely order again if Just Eat give me my £10 voucher they took off me for an undelivered order.

My order half empty with items missing and terrible customer service they actively avoid helping you

Food arrived extremely late. Pizza was literally cold to the touch, other food had the slightest heat at best. Called shop, told to return. Then told request refund from eat as too busy to deal with it, no heat bags for delivery driver either. Awful.

Ordered food tonight at 7.12pm was told be 20 mins I called them said they can't find the address but never contacted me although been here b4 .I tried calling back twice .they never answered. So I withheld my number and called and they answered a little strange don't you think .they got another restaurants driver to do the delivery. Tried to charge me more than I was told .food was freezing cold and we didn't get all we ordered. Its never came until we'll after 9pm and they are only 10 mins away

korma sauce was extremely runny for some reason

Good came eventually after 2 hours. Stone cold. Had to bin it all. Didn’t get sauce that we ordered. Phoned to complain and said would get free one next time. Phoned and now claiming only getting it half price even tho the full order went in the bin. Won’t be back.

Quality meal! No spices onions so gave us a wee tray of donner! Everything fresh and tasty

Waited half an hour after collection time given to actually get our food and the order was wrong - wrong sauce on burger and given chicken pakora instead of vegetable which is issue in terms of dietary requirements

No sauce on one kebab and a dribble on the other. Dry as a bone.

Staff so friendly! Excellent value, everything fresh. Only downside I would say the Butter Masala was a bit more watered down than usual so lacked a bit of flavour & creaminess but I’ll give it another go

Ordered a delivery, can't fault the service. Pleasant gentleman took order & the delivery was prompt. Ordered chicken pakora which was delicious and a spicy chicken pizza, they must have mixed up the spice with salt. The pizza had no spice whatsoever! OMG! The amount of salt in this was awful, glad we don't suffer from high cholesterol. We were up all night needing water.

Pizza was luke warm with a soggy base. Worst i've tasted. Donner meat was cold and didn't fill the tub. Waste of money! Won't be ordering again!

Ordered the tikka mix hoagie for the specific reason of not liking donner meat, turns up with donner meat all over it and no lamb tikka, payed extra for a standard hoaggie, also pakora wrap had no salad when specifically asked for salad. Not hard to read an order before sending

Hoagie Box arrived with no Donner Meat. Literally got sent a box of Chips and Cheese for £9.99. Phoned and was told they would send it out, but 3 hours later it still hasn't arrived. Will not be ordering again, you just lost yourselves future custom.

Curry’s were really nice. Only downside is the lambs a bit chewy. That was the second time so next time I’ll stick to chicken. Cheese naan superb and I love the kick to the spiced onions.

Paid an extra £4 for cheese on munchy box, didn't get any. Also no chicken wings in the munchy box. Pizza was okay 👍

absolutely terrible, order was for a pizza and a calzone , 20 mins after placing the order I had a call saying no Currys were available so we agreed on a grill box , again after 40 mins I called to cancel then 15 mils later a stone cold pizza and a dry nan bread with cold Donner was there , not impressed but hey ho

Not to the usual standard. Pakora was cold and minimal veg in pitta.

Pakora was good, the curry was fairly bland and didnt taste of much, rice was stodgy and stuck together in clumps

Cold, chicken was extremely dry. Donner King Kebab was good size portion. Chicken Tikka King Donner was poor portion level. Naans were very doughy 😢. Not the usual standard as have ordered many times before

Quick delivery and food good however Donner was missing from 1 on the hoagies, very strange.

Absolute joke of a place, pay for delivery and the send the complete wrong order. After back and forward with the shop telling me it was being fixed and then again that it was on its way, being given 2 drivers number to find out where my order was and the driver was told to come collect the wrong order with no replacement. 1 hour and 30 minutes after the wrong order was delivered I Had to come down myself to get them to sort it.

First time ordering from this Shop. It did say it would be 1hr 30mins and it was that. The pizza was the bottom end of the lukewarm scale, im still trying to figure out if it was half cooked or just sat an hour. Id have known id never accepted!!!

Sadly, we appear to have been at the end of the delivery schedule and the food was cold… into the bin! 🤷🏼‍♂️. The driver sat in his car for a few moments, no doubt on his phone, before arriving at the door with our food in an unzipped delivery bag. Called the restaurant. Very pleasant guy but sad to have been let down again

Delivery took an hour but the food had obviously been sitting in the bag for ages. Everything was soggy and lukewarm. Disappointed as food is usually so fresh.

The pizza munchi box any one I have ever had the chips donner meat and pakora have come seperate but this one the chips were flung in with it so it was a soggy pizza very disappointing and also the vegetable pakora was soggy not crispy wont order aga

Long wait for food. Cold an unappetising when arrived. Ordered cheeseburger ...no salad just raw onion... got no onion and lots of salad!! Had to phone 3 times to see where order was. Very disappointing

My food was like it had been half eaten,the munch box came with chips,chicken pakora and 3 onion rings. The cheese and garlic naan bread was burnt black I complained for them to send out a completely different order and now won’t accept responsibility for it

Waited nearly 2 hours for food that was slightly warm and was missing an item. This is not the first time we have ordered and waited too long for delivery. Won't be ordering from here again unfortunately.

Placed a phone order, came in allocated time but missing sauces and cans of juice, phoned straight away to be told would be sent out on new order, still waiting 3 hours later despite phoning several times to see where order is, obviously once they have your money not interested, very poor service

the food was cold the chips where that bad when I went to tip them out the tub they came out in one big clump and the chicken tikka was full of water looking stuff horrible

a few times I've requested in the notes NO cheese on chips, order arrived with cheese on chips! then I've got to wait a further hr while they send out fresh chips!, also no sauces came with my order tonight! I think when your spending over £20 on an order, you would think they would make sure its right first time! this is 3rd time I've had problems ordering just a munchy box! think it's time to take my custom elsewhere!

Paid a fortune for lots of extra toppings on pizza. It was an absolute disgrace. Barely any topping at all. Pure rip off.

Have used curry King for years but the pizza last night was awful. The veg was lying on top of the base in large chunks and there was hardly any cheese on the pizza. As a result the veg just fell off Something must have been sitting in the box as some of the pizza was stuck to the lid which was compressed! I was very disappointed M Wright

We normally love ordering from here, always a good review but today was different. Chips missing from order. Received plain naan when ordered garlic naan. We had to bin it as it wasn’t edible. Received plain chicken when ordered chicken tikka (for korma). Luckily received a refund from just eat with the chips but all else, sadly, was very disappointing.,

Pizza was excellent, kebab and the madras curry were all excellent all withing reasonable price with a short service time excellent place

was told it was out for delivery for 10/15 minutes will be there soon another 10 minutes pass then they changed the delivery time a further 10 minutes then eventually it arrived cold normally I would go and pick it up and it's great but delivery makes me not ordering again

Most things were dry u edible u forgot pitta breads and no can unacceptable
