Chill Grill Tandoori in North Ayrshire

Ordered food at 7pm. Received freezing food. Ordered again, almost 2 hours late. Disgraceful. I’m still waiting on actual fact had enough. Never use again .

Ordered a garlic cheese pizza with chips. I was sent a tomato pizza with 2 slices of garlic bread stuck onto it. No joke it was absolutely bizzar! I then phoned about getting my ordered sorted and was told i would get a full new MEAL. So the man arrived but only with the pizza and i said i was supposed to get a meal and he said he didn’t know. He demanded that i was to pay him £3 delivery for this even though i already paid delivery for the first. He wouldn’t leave my door intill he got his money off of me. He was delivering a pizza to the same address and took their money aswell. So making £6 instead of £3, i shouldn’t have given him the money as he was paid for the trip already! Honestly so much hassle to just get the order right and now i have had cold chips, cold garlic bread stuck to a pizza and been bumped an extra £3. Do not waste your time or money on these people absolutely shocking!

Ordered the budget meal came with a fully packed chicken tikka kebab, chicken tikka n jalepeno pizza with bbq base, pakora and a huge double cheeseburger, for less than £20, everything tasted fresh and it was all piping hot! 👌👌👌

Donner meat is of poor quality and absolutely reeks , Garlic cheese nan was disgusting, odd tasting Garlic sauce. I won't be ordering from this place again

I have used chill grill on and of for years had some outstanding food got a chicken garam masala tonite tasteless wasnt going to post anything but phoned them to complain not looking for any sort of money back or discount put the phone down on me twice ignorant people i know people will like them but dont touch them

Ripped off on an order where they missed the cheeseburger and chips but said the reason the order cost so much more than the 2 items we received is because of sauce and salad separately. I might have believe that if he didn't ask if we wanted cheese on the burger. But to charge £4.50 to put sauce in a 5p tub and salad in a 1p plastic bag is a rip off. We won't be back.

Ordered a large chips cheese and donner and small chips and cheese.....£18. Disgrace. But was starving so went with it. Both items came cold, the portions were tiny. Barely enough for a child let alone an adult. Donner meat was dry and seemed like it had been sitting for days. Used to use chill grill all the time. Won't be back. Went right down hill

Ordered chicken baked potato and lamb tikka kebab, paid for it, then I asked for cheese to be added to baked potato paid an extra 50p little did I know my friend already ordered with cheese so I paid for it again, on getting to hotel no CHICKEN!!! On baked potato, check your order every time, not be back

Have been a regular customer food has been amazing but ordered tonight on line £14.75 taken out of my account phoned regarding delivery web site does not exist then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to order again never be back

Ordered a chicken tikka calzone from this place less than half an hour on way to work. Dough not cooked properly, No chips in it, no dips in it, portion size ridiculously small and the prices in the place are horrendous. I would advise everyone to boycott the place. Rank Rotten

Said open when I called, no one answered.. not good for business

Ordered a king hoagie, there was that little donner meat on it that it would've been suitable for a vegetarian. What was on it was scraps and cut up into tiny pieces. Then the fatist that answered the phone (owners daughter) accused me of eating some of the dregs from it. Terrible customer service and they apparently don't like big boned people. Avoid at all costs, far better in the town.

The pizza I ordered last night was half raw dough. Must be easy enough to cook the base

Have had many takeaways from Chill Grill over the past year or so and have never been disappointed. Curries are fabulous and calzone is out of this world. A favourite is the curry meal deal. Pakora, spicy onions, popadoms, choice of curry with rice or naan, and a drink. Unbeatable.

Used Chilli Grill for my an occasion on Saturday 25th and the food was superb. Staff could not have been more accommodating and excellent service. Highly recommend and food was a enjoyed by all. Thank you.

Driver that delivers for them is a fraud that he lies about and ask more money than the delivery charge and the food you ordered. Delivery guy asked for £13.00 when munchies box was only £8.50 and delivery is £2.00 = £10,50 what was collect on their menu, AVOID At All Cost!!!!!!!

I placed an order which was to be delivered in an hour and half which got extended to 3 hours delivery time. In the end didnt even get delivered I phoned them the next day as I was directed to voicemail that night and they said it was delivered and to deal with just eat. Just eat couldn't do anything as they said it was delivered. So £26 down the drain.!!!!!!!

Top quality food and the portions sizes are good. The owner is a lovely man who takes time to know his customers.

Used to use this place regularly but recently standards have slipped and i have been going elsewhere. I ordered a cheese and tomato pizza, pakora and chips but it was the strangest tasting pizza i have ever tastied, it was like eating a bag of sugar, it was so sweet with hardly any cheese on it and the pakora was burnt. Wont be rushing back!

Nice stuffed crust tandoori chicken pizza.

Ordered in the shop. Got the order home, realised it was wrong. Took it back to get my order. When I said what I had ordered they had that wrong. So said I would have what was charged. Waited approximately 30 minutes while others came and went. Female assistant was more interested in talking to her friend than sorting my order. Did not even apologise but said it wasn't her fault she got it mixed up. Will not return.

Visited chill grill for take away and wasn't disappointed the owner is great really happy and helpful and the food was amazing I'll be back

Went in tonight, was the second time I had ordered but first time physically in the shop. The food has been good both times and there was no mix up, however coming into the shop was a shock! There must have been two new boys starting or in training, and the way the manager shouted at them and stormed about the shop is a disgrace. If any emoloyer spoke to me like that I would quit. Won't ever becback because of this. The owner needs to seriously work on his attitude and be kinder to his staff, or eventually won't have any staff nor customers ! At least speak to them better in front of customers, it made for a very awkward atmosphere and most of us just felt sorru for the poor kids.

Fantastic service booked for a buffet for party's a few times.would would not use anywhere else.the staff were so helpfully on helping us choose what would go down well with the age group of our guests as well as suggesting a.ount of food we would need.food arrived on the time we asked for it and the staff that brought it helped us set it all out and it was very resnably prised used them for3 times for party's with 100 guests and will definitely use them again.

Always great value for money especially the meal for 1 which does 2 people if you add a few extra sides and the food tastes great! The chips are unlike any other chips that you would usually get from an Indian (reheated and brick hard) Chill Grill's chips are always fresh, roasting hot and most importantly...edible! Deffo my go to takeaway for Indian food :)

Ordered pizza and a quick snack Chasni. All in pretty tasty but the lawthorn farm is much better for Chasni. Pizza was very nice though

Food is always lovely, staff on the phone are always great, never been to shop always had delivery but I can strongly recommend it. My one complaint about it would be that' it's only open to ten o'clock

A cramped little take away that caters for the general locality of Irvine. The staff in the main are helpful but frankly their is nothing exceptional about the place

It's not open late but they make a mean shish kebab!! I've also had their fish and chips and all the food is cooked fresh in front of you and is delicious.

We always order from here if getting an Indian. Food is great and the portions are even better. Definetely recommend this takeaway !!!

We alway order from here and it is by far the best place in Irvine to order from! The staff are very friendly and they always deliver within 30 mins or less.

Phoned for delivery, normally pick up but due to it being new year... Placed order and delivery was fast. Owner/staff very nice! Great food, we had pizza but have had curries, kebabs and munchie box... Will definitely use again and again and again...
