Ordered food last night it was portion of chicken pakora, chips and cheese and a donner hoggie and the chips were soggie the donner was really dry and the chicken pakora was dry aswell absolutely horrendous wasn’t nice at all

ordered a hoggie last night and the kebab was dry no cheese overall was horrendous come on pami get ur act together you could do better mate!!

Takeaway is under new management. I ordered food this weekend and was very happy with meal. Tasty and fresh food, and an extensive menu. Well worth a try

Veg meal but just packed full of onion which I hate. I ordered veg biryani not onion biryani. I had this meal once before and it was full of large chunks of potatoes, carrot, cauliflower etc. Not this time. Disappointed.

India Palace is amazing. I love LOVE the chips, cheese and donner meat and the tikka chasni. Excellent food. x

Items missing to start with. A total waste of money. Chicken was not the right colour. Not sure what it was to be honest.

Ordered madras and Korma both inedible cost 24 quid phoned to complain not interested but also health and safety concern which I willl be reporting first thing tomorrow.

Got a South Indian curry was absolutely delicious , also ordered a bhoona curry was lovely aswell. Rice cooked well. Tandoori chaapati was nice and so was the naan bread . Highly recommend if looking for a good curry . Best curry in Kilwinning 👌👌

The pizza was very burnt. It was late and I would never eat there again.

Beware Justeat users, establishment has the same name as a top class Irvine restaurant. When my order finally arrived it was barely warm, this being the least of my issues. The food had obviously been ready for a while as all the boxes were soft and soggy, the pizza toppings were stuck to the top of the flattened box, the mixed kebab consisted of donner meat and tandoori coated chicken, no other advertised kebab meats were there! The nan bread was undercooked and soggy, the overly greasy donner meat and overdressed salad certainly didn’t help. The afore mentioned greasy donner meat also led to 2 more king kebabs having soggy nan’s. The salad kebab’s pitta bread was soggy again due to the dripping wet salad. Chips, well probably better described as cardboard as the were obviously reheated and had went cold again. The staff at this establishment also have issues reading as none of the notes to restaurant were followed. To sum up my experience “Greasy cold soggy disgusting food” never again!!!

The food was just dumped on my doorstep. If they did bother to knock on the door it was so quiet not even the dog noticed and the dog always notices people at the door. No phone call, no text message, no nothing. Just found the food stone cold and heavily rained on sitting on the doorstep an hour after it was due to be delivered. Obviously it was inedible at that point.

The donner meat was so thick I think they used a spoon to cut it.

Restaurant didn’t have certain items but instead of contacting they automatically chose a replacement item! The tikka is extremely hot so be aware

Items where missing food was absolutely Vile was freezing cold when it got delivered and the box had fallen to bits and half of the food was covered in soggy cardboard as there was so much sauce on the order it was complete nonsense and non edible biggest waste of time and money

Food delivery was right on time. Pizza was delish! Definetly be back!

Baked potatoes were hard, donner meat was cut very thick and some bits were still pink inside. Won’t be ordering again.

Usually stick to pizza but decided to get a curry. Big mistake, opened the container and could have filled a bath with the oil floating about and was very bland. Took over 2 hours for delivery and they kept changing the time. Requested a refund and have not heard a word. Definitely last time I order from there

Disappointed in the quality this time. A quarter of the donor meat was totally dry and uneatable. in fact some of the meat was so dry it could be snapped in two!! The green salad was not great Usually good food from this restaurant ,moist & well presented. This was my third in a row order from Indian Palace but not to be for a while now.

Ordered a pizza at 4pm it arrived cremated totally burnt on top at 5.20pm couldn't eat it & I called up to complain & a new not burnt pizza arrived at 6.40pm .. That's 2 hours 40 minutes for a pizza.. Am a New customer & sadly I won't be calling again for food...

Ordered a 12 inch pizza and got the wrong size of pizza a 10 inch and it came cold

Phoned on a Wednesday at half 5 so not a busy time. Took food 1hr 20mins to get to us. Pakora was burnt, nan bread was the worst I have ever seen. Looked and tasted like it had been re heat more than once. Wrong label on the cartons telling us which was which. Just not happy at all with the taste or quality of the food. Definitely won’t use again.

Worst take away place I’ve ate from, korma was the worst ever the chicken was under cooked! Could’ve made better myself. Only thing good about it was delivered on time.

I’ve noticed a real decline in the quality of food in recent weeks. The meat in my most recent order was completely undercooked and inedible with the whole meal having to be thrown out.

I have been using "India Palace" on numerous occasions, and after last night I will be looking somewhere else. This has to be the worst take away meals ever delivered. The Madras curry tasted bland and looked like mud and the Ceylonese Korma tasted sour. The chicken pakora was the only thing from the meal that we ate, as it was ok, but the cooking oil needs changed, Has the restaurant changed hands or is there a new chef? I hate leaving bad reviews, but as I said previously this was the worst ever, and could not ignore.

Perfect order. Came on time and everything was hot and fresh. Excellent service, the best staff and wonderful takeaway. A++++++++++

Possibly the worst curry I have ever experienced more oil than a tanker could hold surely it can’t be properly trained Indian chefs cooking this The whole experience was poor a shambles whilst ordering staff would be better in the circus as clowns

Chicken South Indian curry Amazing

Would recommend! Had a set meal for 2 between 3 people and plenty of food for us all.

Was a great meal enjoyed by all the family. Will definitely be ordering again 👍🏽

Came on time, was still hot. But the food was garbage, everything looked and tasted like it came out the freezer. Would not recommend, if you want stuff from the freezer, it’s quicker and cheaper to make it at home

Worst Indian meal ever, could have Shaved with the nan, it was so thin. Rice cold , main cold, 1st and last.

Possibly the worst Takeaway I've ever had..The Garlic bread was so thin I could have shaved with it..Rice was nearly warm, curry was the same. Delivery 20 mins late.. Never again!!!!

Items were missing from all of the meals, there was also no cheese on the burger as well as no garlic sauce with the munch box. No salad that came with the donner meal. This is very very disappointing. It appeared as if there was no effort or care going into the order. Not on!

Delivered bang on time. (One hour wait) mixed kebab cold and quite disappointing portion size, flavour was nice though. Pizzas ALL cold, disappointing. Unfortunately wouldn’t order from here again.

Curry was cold chicken was burnt. Pizza was damaged in box obviously something heavy sat on it. I ordered garlic nan and got some kind of piri piri powder on the nan. I will never order from here again. All food was cold. £31 wasted please keep your money people dont order from here.

Went to collect & was told had wrong town! Went back to confirm order no & eventually received order (25 mins later than expected time). When unpacked all food, order was missing a naan bread. Set meal included 2 but only had 1 & that was dried out & hard. Some of the dishes were only lukewarm while other dishes were hot. Have ordered from here many times and have never had any complaints before and have been hesitant to complain this time tbh as food is always tasty. Did try calling them but phone line appears to be down so left with no other option to contact them. I am sure this will be an isolated incident but still very disappointed with service & naan breads 😢😢

Time was not the issue 3 pizzas and portion of chips none were delivered coldish and in plastic bags that had soaked the pizza boxes, pizzas were decent quality but cold soggy pizza and chips is never nice. I thought just eat ensured delivery in thermal bags, disappointed I must say £23.50 wasted really
