Once again an excellent service

food had a weird taste to it and nan bread was burnt , the food is usually great from here aswell so im disappointed 😞

Some of the topping had slid off the pizza due to it not being carried properly. First time in years ive had an issue, usually spot on pizzas and my go to take away

Didnt even show up on tracking before he arrived. Tasty and HOT!! So great to have hot food. Definitely use them again. Thanks peeps.

pizza was lovely chips were a bit mediocre

half the cheese had slid off the pizza and it arrived cold and hardened to the box. poppadoms were stale too and inedible.

Order came and was wrong, when contacting store was told they couldn’t change order, not helpful in the slightest and won’t be back

always roasty toasty melt in your mouth, like chocolate in the oven. delivery must have been tied to a rocket it was that quick.

Order never arrived phoned the shop they said it was on its way, nobody came, not even a phone call or something. Disappointed after I waited an hour for the eta anyway

Genuinely one of the worst pizzas I've ever had, not one bit of mozzarella on it, was topped with only cheddar and whatever else. Disgusting.

The restaurant told me when I phoned them the delivery guy had been at the door which isn’t true as I had been waiting next to the door and no one had been to the door so i phoned them and they told me a fresh order would be delivered when it arrived it was cold it was like they had just re delivered the original order so it was inedible

Ordered late night large pakora. Total was £11.70 for about 7 bits of small pakora. Absolute rip off. Will not be ordering again.

This place used to be good. Used to even provide curries which they don't anymore. ordered food after a night out and what I received was just awful. Mushroom Pakora which was soggy and falling apart and nachos which were stale topped with meat and very much to be desired (where are the sides, the dips etc?) wasn't worth requesting a refund but I'm never ordering from here again, that is how bad the food was. I'll stick with volcano which I should have in the first place.

Absolutely disgusting. Got the large grill box and more or less paid 15 pound for chips. Box was full of grease, donner meat was freezing and cause it was cold the grease had went hard. Worst thing I’ve ever had from here

Took ages , Food Quality rubbish

Was in tonight asked for a small donner kabab with onions and a small veg pakora. Both came with no onions even though its standard to have onions in your pakora.

Chicken pakora was soaking with grease and straight in the bin , waste of money .

The delivery time was phenomenal, the food on the other hand. It was Bland, Oily, Cold, The Portion size was tiny compared to the normal time. Indian Palace is normally so good but it was terrible today.

Banging munch as always and fast delivery no where beats Indian palace lol

This is "a chicken tikka hoagie. No word of a lie. This is what the are dishin out. Literally chips in a wrap with 3 strains of heated chicken. Criminal behaviour 🤣

food arrived cold, with the cheesy chips stuck to top of box and 15 minutes late. Everything in the box and the box were soggy due to amount of time taken for delivery. First time using this restaurant and probably the last.

Disappointed as asked for a large kebab got it in a container and Peter bread separate, also got a king kebab you where lucky if there was 6 bits chicken smallest big sauce and baby portion of salad. Very disappointed

Ordered chicken maryland and the chicken was half cooked at best , avoid if you don't want food poisoning

App states that our order has been delivered when it’s not. Had to call the takeaway to see where our order is. They said it was on it’s way but we had to wait a further 15 minutes for our order. when I asked why the app said it was delivered, I didn’t get an answer.

Disappointing portion of Donner tonight, dunno why this happens here, regularly get inconsistent portions of kebab meat. Last night it was packed full tonight was half empty. The tub is always the same size, it should always have the same amount of Donner in it. Can't fault the food quality, one of the only places that does a good kebab here, but had too many small shady portions not to mention it.

Ordered a large kebab it came in a tiny burger box asked for salad only thing I put in comments was no tomatoes, I was expecting lettuce cucumbers onions, no none of it got big out with the box being half full with cabbage and no other salad, I was so disappointed

great pizza, shame it didnt look as good as it tasted due to the delivery driver carrying the box by the edge and squashing the lid into the toppings. i forgive you though, still enjoyed it loads

Donner meat was like rubber dry and chewy tortilla chips were soggy as anything and hard to eat not good at all. Burger was good though.

Absolutely shocking the way our dinner got delivered tonight cheese hadn't even melted on the chips hardly any Donner meat chicken pakora freezing also but when you phone up the shop the boss think it's a high standard to send food out like that

Spicy chicken pizza was amazing, came 15 mins early, was fresh and hot. Tasted delicious! This is defo my place of choice from now on

A full quarter of my box was missing, the box itself was small nothing mega about it! Had really cold donner meat and was primarily chips !! Absolute disgrace will not be ordering again!!

Pizza and munchie box was cooked perfectly, always on time, delivery drivers always have great customer service

100% the best pizza in town!! arrived early and it was cooked to perfection, even the base was decent crispy right to the middle which was great. ( hot bite pizza 12" with green peppers)

Placed order at 10:30, got confirmation that it would be delivered between 11:30-11:40 11:45 came and still no food. Phoned the shop to be told that they never received this order !! This has never happened before and we use just eat alot ! Honestly think they were talking rubbish especially since we got a notification that the driver was on route !! Hit or a miss with this place. Place used to be amazing every time now 1 in 10 if your lucky !

Used to get great food from here but last night I ordered veg pakora which was definitely onion bajhis, everything was overcooked, although edible, it really has went downhill!

Delivered to wrong address , phone was “busy” for hours

The pakora cooked in old oil and tastes not nice. Portion size was poor for the price. Doubt I will order again

Delivery said arrived but hadn't. Chips did not stand up to the delay. No peppers or onions with chicken tikka kebab. Couldn't eat as it just tasted like salt very bland except salt flavour

Orderd a special wrap minus the chips and cheese... they sent me cold pakora in with the salad...no donner meat and a nan bread....called up saying they forgot the donner meat by that time my nan was completely cold ...they didn't even offer a replacement nan ...total waste of time and money..a replacement meal should have been done. Won't be ordering again

King size mixed kebab was fantastic. Chicken pakora was a bit dry even with the sauce and the spices onions portion was tiny.

Pizza was alright however the donner kebab wasn’t appealing whatsoever and the quality of it was very poor. I’ve taken a picture in case it needs sent. Good pizza but recommend staying clear of the donner kebab.

Most of the food was great as usual however one of my pizzas had pineapple instead of mushrooms

Food was poor quality. £2 for tiny tub of spiced onions. Kebab meat straight in bin. No sauce. Chips awful.
