Not good Indian food... Stale, reheated, dry, not authentic. Taste not good, horrible to be honest. Hygiene standards questionable- Salad beside raw meat displayed for all to see. Customer service poor. The staff seem unhappy and maybe given up. I wouldn't recommend getting food here.

Beware the nan bread scam! Order three take aways/deliveries over a couple of months I'm no a rice fan so always order a nan as I live them. My first collection they gave me rice rather than the nan I ordered so I phoned them and went back to swap the rice for the nan, an honest mistake I thought. My second order was a delivery once again the nan that I ordered never arrived but I did get rice! I phoned them, they asked me if I could come and collect the nan, this time I said no you can deliver it as it was your mistake so the dide, eventually! My third order which I went to collect, silly me I didn't check it before I left but to my surprise, yes you have guessed it I go rice not nan!! I is a mistake, to is inefficiency 3 times is a scam, it's obviouysly cheaper and quicker to make rice than nan so they save time and money by doing this. Did I go back and pick up the nan again, nope i took the whole order back and ask for a full refund. The guy who I think was either the manager or owner could do with going on a customer services course as the way I was spoken to and the accusations that were made we uncalled for, not the way to treat customers if you waqnt them to return. So if you are looking for the food you order and good customed service this is a place to avoid, if you like mediocre food, abuse from the owner/manager andanything but what you order and like the idea of the nan bread scam this is the place for you. I certainly wont be back, would rather drive to hanilton and get great food, great service and what I order from the Bombay Cottage.

Stopped in and got chicken pakora, the chicken was hard tasted like it was a week old and to top it off a black hair was sticking out a piece. Won't be back was terrible.

Ordered a takeaway from here for 6 people, took payment and when my husband went to collect said we hadn't paid. If it was just us would have walked away but had friends for dinner. Paid twice as they said they would refund the money. Went to my bank and was confirmed that the Manzil had taken payment. Returned to Manzil for refund said never received payment so over £60 down to us. Will never be back and word to all don't pay till you are in the shop...

I ordered a large buffet for my mums 70th Birthday party. I ordered for around 30 people and there was loads of food. I ordered 5 large pizzas, 2 boxes of chicken pakora, 2 boxes of veg pakora, 2 boxes of Chips and we got lots of poppadoms, spicy onions, salad and sauce for free! The food arrived exactly on time at 7pm and everyone loved it!! I will defo be ordering from here again. Thank you so much xx

I appreciate during lockdown, they are likely busier than normal however last night waiting 2hours and 40 mins for our food to arrive. We phoned after 1.5 hours and they said it was being made but still took over another hour to arrive. Maybe turning the phones off for 10 mins to give those who are waiting a courtesy call and allow the kitchen to get back on track may be an idea? Food arrived which was fine but no apology or acknowledgement that we waited almost 3 hours!

Just order kebabs and a portion of chicken pakora. One of the kebabs the pitta bread was absolutely terrible no idea how they cut it opened and had to heat up the meat,my husband's had to be put in the microwave twice to heat it up and the pakora was also luke warm. Will definitely not be back here.

ordered from hear last night and the food was not the same it was all reheats i normally order from hear 2 to 3 times a week but no more its not the first time this has happen am sure it will not be the last munchy box i got the chicken pakora was hard and dry no flavor kebab was rank i throw it in the bin reason why i did not complain because i know what some places are like you order summit you dont like it and complain about it guarantee next time you order from them they will do summit to your food not saying the manzil has done but in general few places out there would do summit like that so thanks for the service manzil but no longer order from yous thanks

Easter Sunday April 12th 2020 was the first time trying Manzil Tandoori & I have to say the food, delivery time & service provided was outstanding. My home delivery ordered consisted of, Chicken Tikka Kebab 10" Double Spicy Chicken, Green Chillies & Jalapenos Pizza on a Spicy base. Food presentation from Manzil Tandoori was absolutely fantastic. The food arrived roasting hot, looked stunning & most importantly of all tasted absolutely delicious with plenty of it. Delivery due to the current climate was an estimated 45 minutes but the food actually arrived 20 - 25 minutes earlier than quoted, so that again was absolutely superb in these times. It's just a pity I couldn't tip your delivery driver during these times as he thoroughly deserved it & was absolutely fantastic in getting our food delivered early. Keep up the good work to all at Manzil Tandoori. Manzil Tandoori 5* from me & well worth a try. An excellent Indian takeaway.

Can’t fault the food, I’ll say that right off the bat. But we will be going back to our usual Indian take away. Specifically left a note saying to call when outside as I’ve two young kids and would get to enjoy my food a little better had the ridiculously loud buzzer we can’t turn off not woken them both up at ten to 12 at night. I put that on the notes for a reason, double added the number. glad it wasn’t a food allergy notice or something... also worth noting that apparently the close door wasn’t even locked as the delivery guy was on my door step having apparently pressed the buzzer on the way past?! Food was lovely, but doubtful will order again sadly.

Got the set meal for 1 tonight and it was great. I had veg pakora which was delish and it was a huge portion. Main meal was also delish. I would highly recommend this take away and I’ll definitely be using it again

If ordering from here be prepared to have to spell out your order as the staff receiving the calls seem incapable of knowing what is on the menu. Eg Ordered a set meal for 2 B. Answer " That will be meal A" No meal deal B. "What would you like with that deal". I would like Chicken Murgha Mirch Multani. " Can you spell that" Mu "Is that B" No M. Separately i would like a Tandooir meal. "Is that Tikka" No Tandoori. I specified Tandoori 3 times. Tikka was delivered with 3 rice 2 salad 1 Nan bread missing. When went down to inform staff of the order mistake was met with "Its not my fault I just send it to the kitchen". They eventually apologised & gave us a completely new order. The meals come in plastic containers with no indication what is in them so you don't even know if the order is correct. The use of a marker pen to indicate each containers contents would solve this. Additionally the staff maybe should try & familiarise themselves with the menu or reprint with numbers alongside so they can be quoted rather that the actual name of the curry. The quotes "" Above are replies from Manzil staff. Needless to say we wont be going through this ordeal again. Its a shame as the food is very good its just the staff that makes ordering so difficult. Also when trying to order online from their website some of the prices are incorrect.

This place was mobbed. 35 minutes for a takeaway. Machines did not give a receipt with a number, no number displayed on the screen. Lots of staff but Managemet not helping much. It was just utter carnage in that place. I felt really sorry for the staff who still managed to remain calm and courteous. McDonald's get some sort of structure that works

My advise not to use their delivery service since they show zero interest in preparing any delivery orders. A delivery order will be treated always as a low priority, they’re treating delivery partners with much disrespect and ignorance. An order can be ready for ages before they think to hand it to a rider, since they’re too busy chatting. As a result of this an order will be delivered most of the time freezing cold and late. Their drive thru is doing slightly better but again always check your bag before leaving .
