ordered whisky and mixer. only got the mixer

Ordered from a set menu (three mains and starter) plus an additional main. After getting it home we discovered it was the wrong starter, one main was wrong and one main was missing. We contacted them who said we would get refunded for the main missing. No refund has been made!

Pretty basic food. The member of staff working at the time looked like he was squatting in the place. Actually afraid to eat what I bought so threw it away.

Well the only word to describe the events of last night is chaos. People getting the wrong orders, orders sitting out getting cold. Staff didn't have a clue!! Our pizza was cold when we picked it up after getting it 20 minutes after the sign said collect. Staff just didn't bother. If you want the pizza you ordered and you want in warm, don't go here!!

Girl behind counter doesn’t have a clue what she is doing, been waiting over 30 minutes for my lunch. Not happy one bit! Shocking

The senior management must thinks everything is rosy here - well it’s not ! Possibly the slowest ever coffee shop I’ve ever been to, they are far too busy with Just Eat & Deliveroo. Staff ignore customers at the till to fulfil Just Eat & Deliveroo orders, it’s not uncommon to wait 10minutes just to get served than Billy Whizz in the kitchen slowly and methodically makes your order after preparing the Just Eat & Deliveroo orders. The only reason I go is because it’s a good meeting point and it’s clean, apart from that the coffee is awful, food average and service terrible. Sorry if the truth hurts, but management should go in undercover and see the debacle of a coffee shop that bears your good name, if this place closes because of dropping footfall, blames yourselves for relying on Just Eat & Deliveroo to make money because people are voting with their feet.

Tried this place for the first time last night. Massive portions and delicious food. Lots of variety to order. Would definitely recommend.

The way I was spoken to by a staff member in this branch was utterly disgusting. I was told to 'go and count them' and that I 'could stand there all day'. For anyone to speak to someone in this manner is awful. I truly hope this staff member finds peace and learns to channel their hatred and anger in a more healthy way in the future. Context: I ordered a boneless bucket and a separate meal of mini fillets. When I received the bag, the mini fillets weren't there, so I went back in to ask. I was told that they were in with the rest of the chicken in the boneless bucket, and that I could "go and count them". I asked for the girls name and to speak to a manager, to which I was told "I don't need to tell you my name" (fair enough), and "so you can stand there all day". The manager Jason told me he would deal with this matter internally, which I hope is true.

Soup delicious spring roll filling needs more seasoning and flavour

Waited over 2 hours for delivery, to be given the wrong order. 2 phone calls later and then part of order was still missing so gave up. Food less than average and definitely not worth the wait... won't be wasting my money here again, very disappointing.

Fast and hot food, order was spot on despite making multiple amendments to each meal. Freshly made and tasty Service was pleasant - served by Alex who was polite and friendly
